We ate at the restaurant (partnered with the Santa Barbara Mining Trail) and it was special. The staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was spectacular! The fregola with sausage and tomato was highly recommended. The braised beef was easy to cut with a spoon, and the zucchini flowers stuffed with local cheese were fresh, fragrant, and flavorful. It was the best dinner of the Camino and unforgettable.

This place is a recent discovery for me. I've had the pleasure of coming here several times over the past few months and sampling various dishes from their menu. The cuisine is truly top-notch; the dishes are all excellent, the ingredients are top-quality, and most importantly, their menu changes regularly based on seasonal produce, which I think is truly appreciated, especially these days. The care and dedication of the entire staff is undeniably evident; they are truly kind, helpful, friendly, and professional. The value for money is quite reasonable, in my opinion, and the place has a truly pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it. :)

In just a few days, it's become a favorite. Delicious cuisine showcases authentic Sardinian flavors with creative flair, superb hospitality, and a welcoming, authentic yet unpretentious atmosphere. It's worth coming here even from Cagliari if you want to spend a pleasant evening not only enjoying excellent food, but also feeling welcomed and at peace with the world.
