05/10/2024: Disappointing, soggy pizzas, we feel like we're eating cardboard, no really, the waiter who watches his videos on his phone turns the volume up and doesn't understand us at all. No running away.

08/02/2024: The best pizza in Maracalagonis! Friendly and kind staff. What needs improvement: speed in ordering and table service; eliminate the table in front of the bathroom. For the rest everything is ok!

07/09/2024: Aperitif at sunset in a well-kept marina in Porto Pozzo... courteous service, good cocktails with which they offer you chips and peanuts... you can have a substantial aperitif by ordering for a fee excellent platters of must, cheese and cured meats, bruschetta, pinse and more. .around €30 p.p. with 2 rounds of cocktails each.

05/03/2025: Here at Ginepro you can find appetizers, first and second courses of land and sea typical of the Sardinian territory! We ate very well for several days, on a business trip! The staff is very kind and attentive to customers.. we will be back to try the pizza too!!!!

12/05/2025: Note to self: volgende keer eerst reviews van anderen bekijken voordat we een restaurant binnen gaan. We kwamen rond 19.00 aan in een volledig leeg restaurant. Na een uurtje wachten op ons eten werden mijn pizza en de kreeft van mijn vriendin gebracht. De verrassing kwam bij het afrekenen. De kreeft kostte geen 20,- zoals op de kaart aangegeven maar 20,- per 100 gram. Er staat in kleine lettertjes geschreven "hg" hetgeen bij navraag hectogram betekent. En omdat onze kreeft 500 g (5 hg) weegt kostte deze 100,-. Toen ik de eigenaar daarop aansprak dreigde hij de politie te bellen. Op mijn verzoek om dat dan maar te doen bleef het stil. Uiteindelijk dan toch maar betaald en de man een fijne avond gewenst. Maar duidelijk een no-go restaurant.

16/09/2024: A month ago I was on holiday in Sardinia and I stopped by Aglientu. We had a great time. At low prices we ate a lot and well! The lemon ravioli are delicious and I recommend them to everyone. Really great food and great welcome.

11/09/2024: Nice and well looked after place. Let me be clear that it IS NOT the classic restaurant where you sit and are served. I don't understand the reviews that complain about the cover charge because there is no table service: the cover charge does not include waiter service. If you can't imagine getting up to go to the counter to get your plate, you can choose another place, right? Kind and friendly staff, truly golden people. Excellent food, without a doubt the best eaten in Sardinia. The pasta is very fresh. I recommend the trio of first courses to be able to try more things. It's difficult to leave without buying some pasta to take home 😅 Fish just as good, desserts too - I've never eaten such a light but still full-bodied and tasty seada. I don't even agree with the complaints about costs, it's the least expensive place we ate in and the farmhouses in the area ALL have a fixed menu which starts at a minimum of €40 per person, here you can get by even with less.

02/01/2025: 1 January 2025, around 2-30, after a wonderful end of the year, spent in Alghero, with a friend, we feel the need to drink, something hot. We choose the Alguer bar, we sit down and not before 15 minutes of waiting (not crowded place) we both order a chocolate, we are promptly told that the coffee machine has already been turned off, we are confirmed that the place was not in any case in closing and we order 2 soft drinks. Between one chat and another, after about 20 minutes my friend points out to me that at a table next to ours, of 8/10 people, all coffee orders were served; chocolate with cream!! ginseng , coffee etc. I point this out to the lady behind the counter who justifies herself with some senseless reasons, proposing to prepare them immediately... We decide to leave, with the awareness that it was probably not "convenient" to turn on a machine for 2 customers, compared to a few more people or perhaps they thought that given the circumstances the customers preferred alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks rather than a cafeteria, something denied by the facts... customer service and care, from our experience, I couldn't give an opinion rating, if not below zero. Unfortunately, one star must be given for publication..

26/10/2024: Brilliant croissants with pistachios or peach jam. A large number of locals = a guarantee of a good breakfast.

18/04/2025: I recently stayed at a hotel in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. The hotel itself was very nice and well maintained. The location is great, with a beach nearby, which was definitely a highlight. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that you have to pay extra to use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The staff wasn’t as friendly or helpful as I expected, which took away a bit from the experience. The food was average – not bad, but nothing special either. Overall, I did enjoy the place and the beautiful surroundings, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service

22/11/2024: Personnel très correct, repas très bon malgré la quantité un peu juste à mon avis. Prix un peu élevés. Service un peu long malgré le peu de monde.

27/10/2024: Cena di fine agosto. Ambiente molto bello: si cena in mezzo all’orto. Lo stile è shabby chic, dall’abbigliamento con grembiule del personale, al menu alla lavagna. Prima serata e mangiato bene. Prezzo alllineato al locale

27/10/2024: Antipasti, primi e secondi davvero ottimi. Locale stupendo davvero accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Personale gentile, attento ma non invadente. Solo i dolci non ci hanno convinti. Comunque consigliato, soprattutto in coppia.

20/04/2025: A place in the lower part of the street that risks going unnoticed if it weren't for the few tables outside. The offer of pizzas and focaccias is good, the ones I tried, the margherita slices, were not unforgettable. Although freshly baked they did not have the crunchiness of typical pizzas by the slice, they were also decidedly bland (especially the sauce) and had the mozzarella that was not well melted and tended to separate from everything else. What is quite annoying is the owner who, after having handled the money, then also touches the pizzas without having washed or disinfected. HACCP courses are given on the subject, but regardless of this, it is not clear that it is not hygienic??? Does it cost a lot to equip yourself with pliers so as not to touch the product with your hands??? Even a little more courtesy wouldn't hurt

12/01/2025: We had lunch in this place recommended to us by local guys we met on the seafront, plentiful and delicious fregola like the pasta with shellfish, excellent quality squid unfortunately served cold due to service requirements but after having said so it was removed from the bill even though I wanted to pay for it because it was consumed entirely and was very good. ; only slightly negative note, cool environment which would be mitigated if they closed the doors. Highly recommended.

03/05/2025: The waiter decided to put a hot coffee in front of a 2 year old child. It was a long glass and fell over the child. No apology, no new drink. He also had the nerve to charge for the drink.

15/03/2025: Beautiful location, very underrated in my opinion, lacking in staff in my opinion and consequently many prefer to go elsewhere. Increasing services such as aperitifs, breakfasts and offering some musical events would be the turning point. I was there for lunch a year ago and I had a good time, it must also be said that it was summer and therefore they were in good shape.
