17/11/2025: Unfortunately, the quality of service and products has progressively declined over the years. The waffles we ordered were disappointing: they tasted like packaged products rather than freshly prepared, and they were cold and unpleasant.
Particularly unpleasant was finding traces of lipstick on one of the glasses, a sign of improper cleaning. We only noticed this after drinking, and at that point, we didn't feel it was necessary to report it to the staff.
Given these experiences, I'm unlikely to return to this establishment, even though the ambiance is very refined and initially suggested a much higher level of quality.

03/11/2025: Disappointingly, on a Monday morning when things are usually fresh, I ate a focaccia with peeled tomatoes that wasn't cold, but frozen... evidently from the day before or even frozen.
Then I threw it away. I didn't return it just to avoid arguments, but a negative review is in order.
17/09/2025: On our way to Matera, we stopped here for a snack. It was closed, but a local resident called the owner, and we were able to buy delicious focaccia and biscotti. Pure Italian hospitality!

15/11/2025: I ordered takeout pizza, and with the first bite, an orchestra began to form in my head.
Perfect dough, stringy mozzarella, and flavors that played in harmony.
A true concert of flavors, even for takeout. 🍕🎶
07/11/2025: Really beautiful place, I was there last night, the food in general but especially the pizzeria was really more than excellent, and the staff is really excellent and friendly, in fact I will definitely go back

03/11/2025: I'm from outside the industry, and for someone like me (pastry chefs), finding a croissant made with poorly made semi-finished products and paying 1.30 a piece is truly absurd, not to mention the vegan pecan braid, which is known to be a frozen product (also cooked incorrectly) for 1.40. Illy coffee is known to be expensive, and I can't complain. Paying even 50 cents for a cover charge on a table covered in crumbs from previous customers is truly insane... At the end of the day, 9 euros for two coffees and four croissants, if you can call them that.

07/09/2025: I got takeout, the burgers were very good and well seasoned, the fried chicken was also excellent, and the home delivery was also good.

Abbiamo preso antipasto misto con varie portate e la carne mista, che a mio avviso erano la cosa più buona, le salsicce e le bombette qualcosa di stupendo!!

02/03/2025: Locale carino, location in un trullo....bello poter vedere la forma conica del soffitto.... Secondo me si mangia abbastanza bene, prodotti locali ....da quel che ho visto antipasti abbondanti....prezzi nella media. Non mi entusiasma, ma è un ristorante di livello medio/ alto....arredato con cura....pulito e rivolto a famiglie e giovani. Però dall' esterno è un po' desolato....e non molto " visibile".....siamo nella campagna di Martina Franca, esattamente a San Paolo ....ma se si ha bisogno di tranquillità va benissimo. Promosso ma potrebbe migliorare.
