11/05/2025: No more food of dubious quality..exaggerated prices based on the portions..we ordered sweet chips..they arrived in a milk bowl already cold as well as the classic fries which were also cold served in a classic cup bowl that I use for breakfast at home. We were six adults, barely enough for 4! People paid a good 8 euros..Fried meatballs with a terrible taste seemed already fried and then reheated..just two each paid 8 euros! From the menu ordered a hamburger 250 g.. I received a classic sandwich with hamburger lettuce cooked very badly in my opinion, already pre-cooked and then finished cooking it at a later time including a very poor quality brioche bun (the sandwich is not mentioned on the menu!!) paid 15 euros.. non-litre cream water paid 3; euros.. a friend of mine then ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza arrived, apologizing, they changed it and returned after 1 minute counted with the same modified pizza cold.. just like my other friend ordered mixed roast which arrived cold in cold lava stone which they only use for embellishment.. they deduct the mixed roast from the bill apologizing for what happened for a total of over 170 euros luckily we didn't pay for the roast otherwise how much would the bill have been? over 200 for having eaten two cold chips.. wrong cold pizza and a sandwich that wasn't mentioned on the menu.. of terrible quality.. the only thing decent perhaps and the Raffo beer they say is on tap.. never again!! Aaa I forgot 3 euro cover charge each to have a table without a tablecloth!!!

07/09/2025: We were at Chiatona in the open air, the service was impeccable, with a simple trailer transformed into a mini pizzeria, fantastic, with the lady, the wife of Mr. Tagariello, really good, very friendly, and we will return, to Massafra

14/07/2025: Ci siamo trovati qui dopo aver letto le recensioni, spinti dalla curiosità di verificare che fosse effettivamente così buono. In effetti non siamo rimasti delusi, anzi, se possibile è andata anche meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo. Il capocollo preso come antipasto si scioglieva in bocca. Ottimi anche i primi piatti, a base di pasta fresca di ottima qualità. Buonissima la cheesecake fatta da loro. Nota di merito anche per l'accoglienza e la simpatia dei ragazzi. Ogni volta che passeremo da Martina Franca torneremo volentieri.

16/09/2025: We dined here on Saturday evening, so I completely understand that the service can't be excellent, given the crowd. That said, we had a reservation for 9:30 PM, a table for two. We sat down, looked at the menu, and after 10 minutes, we asked the waiter if we could order. He told us he would call the manager. The manager arrived at the table at 10:15 PM. We ordered a portion of fries, which arrived fairly quickly, and two pizzas, which arrived at 11:45 PM...yes, an hour and a half wait. Out of respect for the work of others and a great deal of understanding, we didn't leave early. That said, the location is undoubtedly beautiful, but the wait times are excessive, suggesting poor internal organization. Therefore (for example), if you have 20 tables, a single person can't manage them. Furthermore, at the table next to ours there was a family with 3 children who had to wait the same amount of time. Luckily, the children had fallen asleep on the table in the meantime, otherwise poor parents dealing with children who unfortunately and naturally have less patience.

02/08/2025: Friendly staff, clean environment. We waited 1.5 hours for our pizzas, being told that the next batch would be ours three times, when other people who arrived later were served first. What a shame.

29/08/2025: I loved the location. We ate outside. Very charming, everything well-maintained and clean. Table for 23 people, endless appetizers, all very, very good, respecting Apulian traditions: fava beans and chicory, parmigiana, meatballs, fish appetizers, etc. To finish, a pizza round, very good if you like thin-crust pizza.

13/07/2025: This evening, as happens quite often to me, I ordered home delivery from this pizzeria and, as always, I have to say, impeccable home delivery service, excellent pizza, excellent puccia, excellent beer, in short, combined with a very professional and attentive staff, in short, definitely worth trying and recommending, you will definitely be satisfied without a doubt
