Exceptional kindness and professionalism. Table with a fantastic view of the canal. Super fresh, top-quality fish. You pay a fair price, excellent quality, impeccable service. They pampered us and advised us throughout. I emphasize the professionalism and promptness of the waiters, always attentive to what was missing and what was served at the table. They were attentive, kind, extremely polite, professional, and never intrusive. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

If I have to eat fish in Taranto, Il Canale Restaurant is always a must.
One of my absolute favorites: the fish is top-quality, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the flavors are always impeccable.
The location is truly breathtaking, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends.
Special mention for the sea bass fillet: simply top-notch.
Eugenio and his son are a huge plus: always kind, helpful, and attentive to their customers, they truly make you feel at home.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to eat real fish, prepared well, in a place that exudes passion and quality.
