07/01/2024: Cenone di fine d'anno. Siamo in 8,non essendo di Martina, ci siamo fatti guidare dalle recensioni e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Come da titolo, siamo stati coccolati in tutto, cibo eccellente, personale accogliente e super cortese, le ragazze che servivano al tavolo ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia, proprietario super attento.Musica di accompagnamento non invadente. Bellissima e intima l'atmosfera che si e' venuta a creare alla mezzanotte. Ci torneremo sicuramente in periodo "normale". Ancora tanti complimenti!

31/07/2024: We had dinner there on our first night close to Alberobello and ended up coming back the next two evenings. We loved the food, staff was wonderful and prices unbeatable.

15/07/2024: The food is good, I came following other reviews that spoke of very low prices... unfortunately this was not the case!! I paid €55 for 2 house starters and 2 pizzas with 1 water and 1/2 house wine....that's not cheap!!!!

10/08/2024: I have been visiting Puglia for 25 years and have lived in Manduria during this time. Today I ate the best pizza in 25 years in this simple restaurant! And someone should say again that you definitely have to go to Oria, Lecce or Ostuni when we can get such delicious food directly in Uggiano. Kind regards from Germany too. Ps: See you soon and kisses to the pizza maker!

10/08/2024: We were on the terrace for dinner, a quiet and pleasant place, excellent quality pizza as well as the starters. Recommended.

25/08/2024: It's a really large place and, for that matter, it's really well organised, with friendly and helpful waiters. Just a bit of chaos at the butcher's counter to choose the meat, which is why I give it 4 stars. We were table number 155, imagine how many people it hosts 😅 but the meat was truly delicious! The bill is truly excellent and within everyone's reach!

24/08/2024: My husband and I dined at Dario’s and we were underwhelmed. It seemed as if others were ordering from an a’la carte menu and had a way better experience. The meat was way more rare than we are used to but respected that it was how they wanted to serve it. I actually had the vegetarian menu and it was horrible. I would not recommend it. Main menu was tomato on bread followed by shakshuka style egg with tomato and a potato. I feel that being in Italy, a simple Pasta or parmigiana wouldn’t hurt since I paid same price as my husband who had the steak menu. Service was poor - seemed as if they just wanted it served and finished quickly. Overall a poor service - best seating seems To be inside the main grill area and/or from an ala carte menu as most of the reviews mention tomahawk etc

24/08/2024: Nothing special for 50 euros each. I've eaten much better Florentine steak in other restaurants nearby, at least I get my piece of meat and I know what I'm eating, no pieces of meat. It looks like one of those all you can eat Chinese restaurants, the difference is that you pay 50 euros instead of 20 euros!! The meat isn't made in Italy anyway, they pay little for it and they charge a lot for it!!!

13/08/2024: Immersed in well-kept and harmonious greenery, the structure is welcoming and elegant. The Sunday lunch, with a fixed menu, gracefully presented the flavours, colors and scents of the Itria valley. The wine is good. A susumaniello capable of enhancing every course. The oil is excellent. All produced on site. Zero km lunch. The service was impeccable. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. At the end of the meal, the walk among the animals, the trulli and the olive trees of the farm concluded our beautiful visit to the farm.

18/08/2024: It was my husband and I with my little daughter, terrible experience, I had to wait 15 minutes to ask for a table, booked already before… Once seated, I ask if the €20 starter (seafood) was enough, and the waiter tells me yes, it's fine for two, among other things consisting of a small pizza, bruschetta, anchovies, mussels, a bit of octopus... when we went to ask for the on the bill they made us pay €40 for 4 starters only, and I wasn't the only one to complain about this, they are authorized thieves! In all this they don't even provide a receipt, unless you ask for it, AVOID!!!

13/07/2024: La cena alla Masseria Palazzi è stata fantastica! Cibo delizioso e fresco, con piatti ricchi di sapore e presentati alla perfezione. Il personale era super accogliente. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente!

Smiles, kindness and availability are the ingredients that make this place unique at any time of the day.
