The panzerotto is truly exceptional. Dry fried, perfectly cooked, and with superb toppings. The best in town, hands down.

The food is excellent, but there's room for improvement. The wait is a bit long, ranging from 10 to 30 minutes, given the large number of customers. The panzerotti are an 8, and the pizza is a 6, and needs improvement.

27/10/2025: The formula is a winning one: you choose your meat (and the selection is delicious) and sit down while they cook it for you on a long, spectacular grill. The benches are comfortable, the place feels like a Texas barn, and the country music is missing. We had excellent pork, perfectly cooked bombette and chicken wings, but the torcinelli were a bit tough. They season everything themselves, but it's unclear why, if you ask for lemon, they bring it to you already squeezed. Decent wine selection, fair prices. Bravo!

29/11/2025: What can I say? It was divine. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the dishes are beautifully prepared. We had cardoncelli mushrooms (outstanding) and culatello for appetizers. For our first course, we had lorighittas with sheep's milk ragù and fregola with cheese, melon, and truffle. Guys, it was amazing, a 10! Next, we shared the braised goat meat; we didn't even need a knife. The house cake was delicious! Good luck, guys: I know you're hidden away, but then again, gems are hard to find! We'll definitely be back.
17/11/2025: The place, the staff, the wonderful food. You feel pampered, but with great professionalism. The dishes are a revisitation of our typical dishes, reworked with great skill. The price is in line with what's offered. 10 out of 10.
