24/08/2025: I ordered four sandwiches and a portion of fries for takeout. I ordered three house sandwiches, No. 3, with the cheddar removed and cheese added to one sandwich, plus a No. 2 meat sandwich. After picking them up and returning home, we noticed a very serious mistake. We had three No. 3 sandwiches, all with mozzarella, and one sandwich with prosciutto and mozzarella. He made a mistake on all the sandwiches. I'm disappointed because I've been coming here for many years and have never seen this kind of mistake.

10/11/2025: This week I had a rather traumatic experience. That evening, a friend and I showed up with the intention of eating a panzerotto with a sausage. Unfortunately, it was obvious that the sausage had been made 2 or 3 hours earlier. The mayonnaise inside had gone bad, and even though I'm a sucker for everything, I spat it all out. I don't recommend spending €2-3 to eat such poor-quality products. Instead, go get a kebab at Bilal's, it will brighten your day. P.S. I SUFFER FROM YOU and I hope you improve the service and everything you offer.

28/09/2025: Worst pizza ever in Andria! I had a horrible experience. First of all, it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. But the worst part is that they screwed up everything and took the liberty of modifying it as they pleased without asking me first. I ordered two pizzas and they exchanged mine for a Maxi without asking... They brought me the wrong dessert pizza. Their Capricciosa was disgusting, filled with sausage. Never again!

27/07/2025: The place is nice. But unfortunately, the staff isn't very friendly, which I regret. You can't wait more than an hour for a pizza and say it's normal; it's unprofessional. You shouldn't rudely respond to a customer in dialect just because they wanted a drink with their pizza. The menu isn't 100% consistent with what's on the menu. You can sense the staff being nervous toward customers, which creates discomfort.

08/09/2025: We've been to this place several times, and I've been amazed by their excellent and fast service, perfectly coordinated staff, extensive menu with a wide selection, and, if you're lucky, a beautiful view of the Trani sea! Their mixed bruschetta platter is definitely worth trying. I'll be back whenever I can. Kudos to the staff! P.S. Prices are reasonable.

06/09/2025: Casal de' Pazzi, the summer location, is a great place for everyone to eat while admiring the view of the Trani sea. Good food and friendly staff.

22/09/2025: A quick evening with friends: we ordered two focaccias, two plates of mortadella, and two beers. The food was truly delicious, with quality ingredients and an authentic flavor. The only complaint was the bill: €32 in total seemed a bit high for what we ate. Overall, a pleasant experience, but a better balance between the quantity ordered and the prices charged would be desirable.

21/08/2025: A place that's almost like a market, with people shouting at you, making you feel uncomfortable, pre-cooked, low-quality food, and high prices. A tip: Continuing down the same road, there's another excellent pizzeria with very good food, top-notch professionalism from both the waiters and the owners, and more reasonable prices. I made a note about the beers that "La Campana" also sells, but with a €2 premium. A place to forget.

24/11/2025: Extremely inattentive staff; on a very expensive menu, they left nothing out in the takeout bag. This was due to the lack of attention, and I dare say it was highly unprofessional. The food is also good, but if you want to be sure of getting something, don't come here because you might not even get served it even though you paid, and that's it.

If you ordered a salad, I recommend remembering the ingredients listed on the menu, because only some will be included. Finally, if you order a fried food... beware of tricks: the fried food will be very hard, perhaps reheated, and, worse still, it will still taste like what you ordered. Unfortunately, writing negative reviews isn't a pleasure, but compared to those who offer professional, high-quality catering, in this case we're far from it, especially considering the price, which was significantly expensive compared to the raw ingredients of the food served.

26/10/2025: We had lunch here on a sunny Sunday in October. The location is near the port, so it's highly recommended. The food was excellent (I highly recommend the seafood paccheri and the delicious friselle). The service was extremely efficient and friendly (they even brought a bowl of water for my dog ​​on their own initiative). We'll definitely be back.
