11/05/2026: I went there recently (Sunday after lunch) for a two-flavor cone. The ice cream shop was empty of customers and there were two sales assistants (I think they were managers): the first impression was one of surprise because in the past it was full of people at all hours. I thought that's not a good sign and I wasn't wrong. I got the chocolate and black cherry flavors: what can I say, I remembered the ice cream from this ice cream shop being tastier. I looked around and there weren't even any tables or chairs left to stop for a few minutes to enjoy the product. This surprised me first because they also have a pastry shop and second because they used to be there. A girl I asked told me that the tables were outside on the corner of the building. I went into that space under the sun, the traffic and even the beggars to ask for some money.

21/04/2026: Everything was very good, the place was clean, the staff were friendly and there were many different foods and flavours, the only flaw was that the yoghurts were very cold.

06/06/2026: Terrible experience. I booked a table for three, arrived a few minutes early, and was told to wait until the designated time. When I arrived, I was told they'd given our table to someone else because we weren't there, while we were at the adjacent ice cream shop to pass the time. I even pointed out to the lady the table set for three, and she told me she'd have to extend it to accommodate more people. Really RUDE!!! Plus, I have a disabled husband; they ruined our evening. What's the point of a reservation? Really awful! We wanted to spend a pleasant evening in beautiful Trani, but these people really disgusted us!

26/07/2026: A truly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the older lady who greeted us was extremely rude and unkind, making us feel anything but welcome. We ordered a pasta dish, which turned out to be incredibly spicy, far beyond what we expected. We politely asked if we could have some stracciatella to tone down the heat, but our request was completely ignored: no response, no explanation, and no attempt to accommodate us. The only positive note was a young woman in a white shirt, who was very kind and helpful. We hope she finds a job where courtesy and customer service are more valued. Beyond the food, what really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth is the complete lack of customer service. A little courtesy and helpfulness would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

21/07/2026: The food wasn't good. I ordered pasta with seafood. Everything was overly salted and there were empty shells on the plate. I don't recommend it. The service was very poor.

13/10/2025: Located near the Bisceglie area, where the afternoon and evening nightlife is concentrated, especially in spring, summer, and fall. The atmosphere is ideal for those who love the sea. On Via la Marina (Port area), 400 GRADI is perfect for a casual evening of takeout. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined: perfect for a sit-down dinner with friends or a relaxed bite-and-go. The pizza is the real highlight. A light, well-leavened dough allows the crust to be crisp and airy. High-quality ingredients, balanced flavors, friendly service, and a good value.

26/04/2026: Seafood appetizer, trofie allo scoglio, wine, mineral water, sorbet, and coffee €100 for two. A bit too much! Good food, but not excellent. Only mussels and lupini beans, not a single clam! The old Osteria al Duomo (we wanted to go there) is no more.

30/05/2026: For €12, a paltry appetizer. We were told it was for two people, but it wasn't nearly enough. Everything was cold, and the cured meats weren't fresh. It's a tourist trap.

18/05/2026: Last Sunday I had a spritz at this bar. It was served to me full of ice, without a couple of taralli or crisps, without anything, and I paid a whopping €7 for it, plus a 0.50c service charge, and I bought a small bag of crisps myself. As a Venetian, I'm horrified. We pay €4 to €5 for a spritz, and with it, you're offered a bowl of crisps or pretzels or other tasty little appetizers that we call "chicchetti." We use good prosecco, not just Campari and mineral water, as I believe this one has been done, and we always ask the customer if they'd like some ice, too. It's better than sipping on a good Primitivo or Aleatico in Puglia; leave the spritz up north. Stay away!!!

20/12/2025: The atmosphere is unwelcoming and unfriendly. They don't turn on the heaters outside. This place is strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.

02/05/2026: We went to this place on a Saturday night. The pizza was decent, the service was terrible. The owner is incredibly rude and has no respect for either customers or employees. We won't be going back.

14/12/2025: I ordered a Mexican pizza with olives and a fried panzerotto at 7:50 PM, and it arrived at 9:20 PM. It's crazy. The best part is that once the pizza arrived, I went to open the box and found a 4 Seasons pizza, a different one from the one I ordered and very cold. I tried calling several times for an explanation, but while it kept ringing, they hung up on me. In the end, I found a cold pizza, different from the one I ordered. I waited an hour and a half without any explanation. Do you think we find money on the floor? We also work to earn money, and in the end, when you want to treat yourself, you find people like this who ruin your evening. Shame on you for not being polite and serious towards customers.

07/05/2026: Having been there on a very crowded day due to the kite festival and only being able to try the tourist menu, I have to say the food wasn't bad and the service was prompt, polite, and courteous. I hope to try it again on quieter days.

03/05/2026: A seafront restaurant with a quiet atmosphere and clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food.

16/11/2025: For me this pizzeria could even close down..they are totally incompetent..they would be quicker to change jobs..I only give them 1 because 0 cannot be given..I strongly advise against it to everyone.

15/11/2025: Ordered pizza at 9pm, arrived at 11pm. Frozen and inedible. Never again. My rating would be 0 if there had been.
