29/07/2025: We stayed at the property for 4 days. We had a great time. Excellent value for money: the room was cozy and spacious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The young woman who welcomed us in the morning during breakfast was super attentive to every detail, helpful, courteous, and very friendly... (She recommended lots of great places to eat). The pool area is welcoming... perhaps the only flaw is the bar... it's really understocked. Anyway, we were satisfied.

11/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale in sei adulti e un bambino. L’ambiente è carino e il personale inizialmente cordiale, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la trasparenza dei prezzi. Abbiamo ordinato sei antipasti, indicati chiaramente nel menù a 14 euro ciascuno. Alla fine, però, ci siamo trovati a pagarli 15 euro l’uno, senza alcuna spiegazione. Sullo scontrino era indicato “menu degustazione”, che non avevamo richiesto né concordato. Inoltre, abbiamo ordinato un arrosto misto da mettere al centro del tavolo, ma ci è stato fatto pagare come se ciascuno avesse preso una porzione individuale. In realtà la quantità era tutt’altro che sufficiente per sei persone. Il risultato è stato un conto finale di 240 euro, davvero eccessivo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Peccato, perché la qualità dei piatti non era male, ma la gestione poco chiara dei prezzi rovina l’esperienza. Un locale dovrebbe puntare sulla correttezza oltre che sulla cucina.

21/04/2025: Ristorante caratteristico che propone un'ottima cucina locale a base di carne. Ottimi gli antipasti, i fegatini e le bombette. Molto buona la carta dei vini. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Prezzi giusti.

20/07/2025: Sono tornato qui dopo tanti anni. Location bellissima, come sempre. Cibo non buono (come sempre, servizio di bassissimo livello (questa e’ una novità). Ristorante adatto a stranieri. Gli italiani non si troveranno mai bene qui per la qualità del cibo.

18/07/2025: We dined at Ci Sushi in Maglie yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, except for the food, which was indeed excellent. Therefore, I'm giving it two stars, which are entirely due to the quality of the dishes. Upon arrival, we were greeted emotionlessly. No smile, no welcome; it felt more like an obligation than a warm welcome. Once at the table, three menus were literally thrown on the corner of the table, without any explanation, after which the waiter immediately left. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I raised my hand to ask how the concept worked. Only after three attempts did I receive an incomplete explanation, which didn't help me much. We ordered three colas and a bottle of water. The cola arrived after 10 minutes, but the bottle of water didn't. I had to raise my hand again and inquire about that as well. The waiter's reaction at that moment was downright unprofessional; a look of temporary indignation even made me want to leave immediately. Still, we decided to stay, hoping things would improve afterward. During our meal, we noticed that several dishes we ordered simply weren't arriving. Nothing was said, and no one came to check on us. To make matters worse, at one point a staff member came to our table and sternly announced, without any context or apparent reason, that we would have to pay extra if we didn't finish our plates. This, while we were simply enjoying our meal. Not long after, one of our tables was suddenly removed, forcing two people to sit upside down. Very bizarre and inappropriate. At that point, we decided to leave. As far as we're concerned, something is fundamentally wrong with the structure, organization, and management of this restaurant. The tension and dissatisfaction radiates from almost every staff member, and that significantly detracts from the entire dining experience. We felt unwelcome and certainly not valued as customers. Conclusion: the food is fine, but the overall experience is completely undermined by a lack of hospitality, organization, and customer focus. We'll definitely skip this restaurant in the future. It's a shame, because the kitchen's potential could be so much greater.

28/08/2025: Gallone Real Pub – it seems that everything is selected here, the best. The selection of dishes and drinks from all over the world is unusual for Italy, but as they say, everything made in Italy becomes Italian. From the impressive architecture on the outside to the authentic, yet modern and cozy interior inside – this place captivates from the first sight. The service is impeccable, and the dishes are prepared only from the freshest and highest quality products. The warm atmosphere invites you to come back again and again. The prices are really fair, especially considering how exclusive this place is.

16/08/2025: Very good food, nice atmosphere, one of Salento's historic pubs, in the square in Tricase and in a historic building. It's a shame about the service; this evening it was a bit lacking, other evenings it wasn't, but I highly recommend it. Worth a try.

27/07/2025: Excellent service, special thanks to waiter Yuri for his helpfulness, patience, and professionalism. We'll definitely be back. There was a bit of a wait for the sashimi, but it was worth it.

26/07/2025: Review updated after two years. The menu has changed and improved. They could find better cuts of raw ham and maintain consistency in serving it on the rocks (personal preference). Excellent dishes, I'm a regular customer and have never had any problems. I would space out the tables for two because when it's very busy, it feels like you're eating in a group when you'd prefer a bit of privacy. As for the service, it depends on who you're with. Besides the managers, there's a very calm and kind young man and woman, while two others almost throw plates at you. Other than that, everything was excellent! Thanks to the waiter who suggested the condensed milk with Chinese rolls 😋 What a discovery!
