29/06/2025: Bad experience, terrible service at the tables (rude and sleepy guys), too much waiting, overcooked chips maybe because they don't change the oil, poor hygiene in the bathrooms, never again, I don't recommend this place, low quality pizza, indigestible

30/08/2025: Disappointing service and rather long wait times, especially for a grilled chicken breast. The panzerotti weren't very good, and some were even cold. Not to mention the coffee.

14/10/2025: Correct welcome we place order after more than an hour of waiting the dishes finally arrive sloppy service the plates are not appetizing the wines don't even mention it and the bread was not fresh. No management at the level of cooking spinach cooked in water without any taste a salad taken out of a bag in short as much to eat at home and even then it is better without a doubt all for a sum of 130 € I strongly advise against. Obliged to put stars to publish an announcement but they are not at all deserved...

28/09/2025: Just dropped in here by accident on a rainy night. We ordered the duck and the goose both superb. Wine from Locorotondo was also very good. For desert we had fig ice cream also superb. Salad just plain leaves which was fine, roast potatoes tasty. Ambience and service excellent. I would eat here again

02/11/2025: A nice pizzeria restaurant facing the sea where you can enjoy good typical first courses as well as good fried seafood, all served by kind and professional girls, the panoramic view offers the sea view on the small port, the quality/price ratio is right ... recommended to everyone

17/10/2025: My wife and I went out tonight to share a very special moment… from the moment we walked in, it was not a good experience. The restaurant was empty and they put us right beside another couple, which we found very strange. We then kindly asked if we could move just because they had the room and we wanted our moment as much to ourselves as possible. The moment we did that, they moved us two times and then proceeded not to serve us at all. In fact, the people who came in after us got their drinks, their food before anyone even asked us.. then a party of 6 came in and they proceeded to sit them, take their drinks, get their drinks and take their orders. I get it if we were rude but we were very polite and friendly with our request but we were as kind as possible with a very reasonable request. Finally, after 20 minutes further went by.. enough was enough and we felt they didn’t deserve our business and left. I rarely leave bad reviews and can’t think of the last time I’ve walked out… instead we went to Zia Teresa right down the street, much better experience and much more welcoming. I’d recommend giving your business to someone who truly appreciates it as even when we got up, right in front of the manager/owner, they didn’t even ask us what was wrong….

15/10/2025: The "lady" at the cash register is extremely rude and indifferent, making customers wait in front of her for minutes on end while she's busy doing other things, without even looking up or saying hello. What's the point of being polite? Their only good thing is Piazza Sant'Oronzo, which brings them tons of tourists...but who never come back!

19/07/2025: I'm very sorry to have to express my profound disappointment regarding my experience with this pizzeria. If I remember correctly, I've ordered takeout pizza here three times (picked up by us and eaten at home), choosing it primarily because it's the closest to my house (about 5 km). However, both the last time (I don't remember the exact date) and tonight, the pizzas were, once again, completely inedible: rock hard and burned on the bottom (the one in the photo is actually the least serious!). Of the three pizzas ordered (as shown on the receipt), after cutting them to avoid the charred parts (the bottom) and the burned edge, only one remained intact and edible. We practically threw the other two away. Last time, for the sake of peace, I didn't contact the restaurant, thinking it was an isolated incident. Tonight, however, I called to report the problem. The kind lady on the phone offered to return the pizza and make me a new one, but unfortunately I had to leave in a hurry for work, so I decided against it. In the end, after discarding the burnt parts, the pizza was only half eaten (basically, when you cut it, one pizza came out), eaten by two people. I left and stopped at another pizzeria for a quick panzerotto. By the way, the French fries were also unsatisfactory: a strong onion smell made the little girl refuse them because onion makes her nauseous. In short, over €20 wasted. A word of advice to customers, especially regulars: before picking up the pizza, check it immediately. And I'm not referring to the rock-hard pizza (perhaps overcooked), but the charred pieces. While a single bite of burnt food isn't dangerous, regular consumption is still not recommended, as it's carcinogenic. Conclusion? A ruined evening. After two failed attempts out of three, sadly I won't be returning.

31/08/2025: Let me start by saying that, for me, kindness and humility are the most important things that make people special. In your restaurant, all these elements are unknown to you. From the moment we were welcomed, it was immediately clear that the lady was annoyed. As the evening progressed, it got worse and worse. We ordered two portions of potatoes, one of gratinated mussels, and four scialatelli with clams. The service was completely non-existent. They brought the portions of potatoes and mussels just like that. We had to ask for the dishes ourselves. The first courses arrived, the pasta was cold and sticky, inedible, and we had to leave them. I'm disgusted by the chef's arrogance when he showed up at the table and told us to go to hell, saying we'd never eaten scialatelli with clams. To conclude, even though there's so much to say, we'll never return to your restaurant. Being from Manduria, I hate to speak ill of a restaurant in my hometown, but in this case, I advise you to humble yourself, or you'll lose all your customers. With this, I'm responding to your lies. We had cleaned all the clams beforehand so we could eat them with the pasta; only a forkful was missing from the plate, just enough to understand that it wasn't a dish worth eating. And anyway, I'll come in person tonight to find out who knows me and can tell you that I'm causing problems.

14/10/2025: We discovered this hidden treasure through a Facebook recommendation. Despite mixed reviews, the ambiance looked too intriguing to pass up, so we decided to take a chance—and we’re thrilled we did. Tucked away down a charming side alley, this place is truly a gem. What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from “Damiano”, who personally guided us through the menu with his recommendations. Every dish he suggested was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. We tried the Capocollo, Tagliata, and Involtino Di Manzo Al Pomodoro, and each one was perfection—100% hits across the board!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

13/10/2025: Server was rude and seemingly didn’t even want to be there, the food wasn‘t any good either. Ambiente outside was pretty good, chairs were very uncomfortable though.

25/10/2025: Calm atmosphere, good burgers (incredible buns) but a big lack of sauce, so the whole thing is dry. Great discovery of a craft beer. Fast and efficient service.

10/10/2025: Thursday night, there's no one in the restaurant, just us...maybe we should have had our doubts sooner...yes! We ate burgers served with only seven fries and the meat was almost cold and undercooked...so much so that today all three of us have abdominal pain and diarrhea...that says it all!

12/10/2025: Fixed menu, overall good food. The orecchiette were excellent. The ravioli or something similar was not there. The meat was not there. Friendly staff. Paid €50.00 per person, but for a fixed menu, it's too expensive.

20/09/2025: I went for breakfast with friends a few months ago at Caffè Rudiae near Porta Rudiae, and I must say I was very impressed. It's a historic and truly unique place: charming retro decor, with myriads of clocks, toys, paintings, vintage objects, and much more that make it one of a kind. The place is very welcoming and has both an intimate and quaint indoor room and a spacious outdoor area that's perfect for al fresco dining in the summer. The display case is immense and overflowing with all kinds of desserts—the pasticciotto, of course, was a must. We tried the classic one and one with lemon cream, which was truly special, accompanied by an excellent cappuccino. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and helpful: they even patiently handled a friend of ours's change of heart without any problem. The prices are excellent and affordable. I'll definitely be back to try something else, and I highly recommend anyone passing through Lecce to stop here: not only for the uniqueness of the place, which alone makes a statement, but also for the quality and deliciousness of the products.
