13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Everything's perfect. Mother and daughter (also truly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine. They know the clarity of the dishes, the quality and ingredients, and the precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pull a noodle out every minute to determine the degree of doneness. We had a delicious meal; I would give it a star. Pulled skate, lukewarm, with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tenderly cooked potatoes. This broth is delicious. Then came pasta, with prawns and small sun-drenched tomatoes. The main course was sea bass, perfectly prepared, with just a hint of olive oil. It's an insider tip here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it. Cervaro by Antinori. Also an insider tip. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, definitely. With a big hug☺️🙏

29/08/2025: The restaurant is very formal and reserved, with a very extensive menu (perhaps too extensive) that opens with a phrase that immediately turns heads: "minimum spend per person €50." The waiter was very kind, while the order taker was very cold and aloof, perhaps more interested in calculating the bill based on the dishes ordered. We ordered two spaghetti with clams: tasty, but the portion was worthy of a taste and topped with just five clams (Price €22). For the main course, two grilled swordfish steaks, flavorless and of questionable freshness, a bagged salad on the side, and two glasses of white wine to drink, all for the modest sum of €113. The price for a good seafood restaurant is fair, but not here!

28/08/2025: The classic focaccia and the cereal roll with raisins and anchovies are delicious...the owner is super kind!!! We'll stock up before we leave for work again!!!!

20/07/2025: I saw an ad for this bakery that talked about pizza from Bari. I love anything savory, so out of curiosity I went in. They were right: delicious pizza, and a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere, with tables inside where you can enjoy their products. I'll be back!

14/07/2025: Pizzeria in Bisceglia. Given the name, I would expect Neapolitan style pizza, but the reality is different. The pizzas are tasty, a nice selection, but we expected a different dough. The staff is friendly, the service is good. The ingredients on the pizza are good.

20/10/2025: Restaurant/pizzeria serving first and second courses, and excellent Neapolitan pizza, which I've tried. I don't know about the other dishes. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. Prices are average. I recommend it.

07/10/2025: Best pizza in town - once upon a time! Yesterday's pizza was still half-raw and had canned mushrooms...nothing like it used to be, unfortunately! The specialty pizza is no longer available either. Sadly, this was my last visit there.

18/10/2025: I wouldn't say it was exactly the best. We arrived at 10 pm (with a reservation for a table for two) and since it's a rustic setting with wooden tables and chairs, just like a tavern, we would have liked to enjoy it by sitting at one of those tables too. Instead, the one given to us was the only iron table with plastic chairs. Since there were 4/5 other long wooden tables completely empty and it was after 10 pm, we asked to be able to sit at one of those but we were told they were all reserved. We left at 12:30 am and the tables were never occupied!! Moving on to the food, I ordered a sandwich that had stracciatella and chopped pistachios among the ingredients. As I ate it, I realized that it wasn't the taste I expected and then looking inside I noticed that they had put some mozzarella in it, which was cold since it's a seafood sandwich so compact. I immediately noticed the difference with the stracciatella and not even a trace of chopped pistachios. I had my sandwich taken back since I would have paid €10 for it anyway, and it came back to me after a good twenty minutes, so I was convinced that they were remaking it for me. Instead, it arrived with a bite just like I had left it, with only the two ingredients inside. An unpleasant experience, which needs improvement in the kitchen and the waiters' management of the tables.

08/11/2025: Terrible experience, never again... We ordered 2 and they arrived after exactly an hour... Freezing cold and wrong... if you are not able to offer a takeaway service simply don't do it

07/09/2025: Terrible attitude to tourists and children. I am shocked by the behavior of the workers - they almost brought my child to tears. At first everything was fine: a girl brought us food. But then my daughter went to the toilet and asked the staff how to close it. The man working there started explaining something to her in Italian, and of course she didn’t understand. She told him she could speak English, but he didn’t want to hear this and she left. Then she told me about it, and then he came up, interfering in our conversation without any apology, and started angrily explaining something in Italian to her. I was shocked, didn’t understand nothing and why he does like this. When my daughter repeated that she didn’t understand and could only speak English, he started raising his voice, scolding us, and declaring that we should speak Italian, not he in English. At this point I couldn’t stand it any longer and asked him not to shout - that this was a child he was yelling at! But instead of calming down, he became even more indignant until another worker finally intervened. My daughter was very frightened and stressed, because she couldn’t understand why she was being shouted at, when she had only asked “how to close the toilet,” since there was no lock! We decided to leave. But while I went to the toilet, girl from the bar came up to my daughter and scolded her for tearing a paper placemat under her plate. Can you imagine? They were reusing paper placemats! At the same time, they charge a €4 coperto! For what? Unfortunately, my daughter told me this only after we had already left. I am truly shocked by the disgusting and arrogant behavior of the staff. It is hard for me to imagine that in our country anyone would tell an Italian in a café to speak Latvian or Russian, and then start scolding and yelling at his child. Also, when we first came in, there was no one else there. We ordered pizza and coffee. Later a group of people arrived, and girl from the bar brought us only one coffee. Then I noticed that the she was making coffee for that group. I went up and asked where ours was? In the end, we had to wait for the second coffee until she finished making it for those who had arrived after us - even though both we and they were about to leave on the same bus, and the girl knew we were in a hurry.

21/10/2025: Very warm welcome. We only ate at the restaurant. Good food. It's a good place. Very good value for money.

12/09/2025: We went to Hotel Lanzillotta for lunch after a wonderful visit to Alberobello, accompanied by my parents and my fiancé. The experience was truly excellent in every way! The service was impeccable: the waiter was extremely kind, attentive to every detail, and available to answer any of our questions. We felt truly pampered. The food was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors. A pleasant surprise was the wait for our order: we were offered four bruschettas, bread, and taralli, a truly pleasant welcome that we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area: quality, courtesy, and a beautiful atmosphere in the heart of Alberobello.
