09/07/2025: Rude and impolite staff. I was arrogantly asked to pick up some balls on the floor that I hadn't even touched, with the threat of being banned from entering. Totally unacceptable behavior toward a customer. I advise the staff to learn how to better manage customer relations.

18/04/2025: This was probably the best meal I've had in quite some time! Who would expect good Middle Eastern food in Brindisi? The gentleman behind the counter spoke good English, and was very helpful. Definitely worth a return visit, since it's more of a sit-down comfortable environment than just a fast food takeout place.

03/08/2025: I took my number, I was in line, and it was noon. There were a lot of people, but I was still drawn in by the positive reviews. There was a bit of a wait, and that was my lucky break. Because while I waited, I watched them work, with the same hands they used to take and give money, they returned to handling the focaccia and other products. No one was wearing gloves. The wait didn't discourage me, because the products looked good.

09/07/2025: Big Ben was truly a great discovery! They have a very welcoming room but I recommend takeaway. I've tried practically a bit of everything and I can say that everything is very good. Surely what I liked the most are the pucce and the burritos... SPACE! Super mega recommended! PS: a big applause for the wheel of fortune appetizer that rewards you with a coupon if you eat it all!

07/07/2025: We are a Scottish family visiting the area on holiday. We visited Big Ben for takeaway. Unfortunately we were not able to download the app as not available on our UK-based phones. We visited the premises, and were told it was a 40 min wait. Ok I understand when places are busy. But was actually 75 mins. And the food was not very hot once received, and the order was incorrect (only realised once home). May have just been a bad night.

18/08/2025: Marien Platz is a fantastic place located on the outskirts of Lecce. From the outside, you're in Salento; close your eyes, step inside, and you'll find yourself transported to Germany, if you believe it enough. The location, dominated by wood, is spacious and comfortable. The service is punctual, knowledgeable, and fast. The culinary experience has its roots, as you might expect, in Northern Europe, yet without forgetting the typical compromises of a local restaurant. I ate very well, with excellent meat quality and respect for the cooking methods and waiting times.

15/08/2025: A table was booked at 9:30 PM on August 13th. The dishes were ordered almost immediately and arrived an hour and a half later. We asked four different waiters for a bottle of water, a total of seven or eight times; the bottle never arrived and was promptly added to the bill. The dishes in question (five pizzas, four of which were identical) arrived after having called the waiters twice. They brought the first four dishes together, completing the order 20 minutes later. Once I went to the cashier and presented my complaint, the issue was immediately downplayed and reduced to the bottle of water being charged but never seen. All this happened in front of the owner (no more than a meter away from me), who continued to give orders to the staff as if nothing had happened. No one felt the need to apologize for the sloppy service, to say the least.

10/08/2025: The hotel is in a good location 50 meters from the Grotte de la Castellana and 30 minutes from the important towns that are worth visiting around. The hotel is very neglected, the outside needs a coat of paint, inside is not bad but the rooms have a balcony, in my case my reservation said a balcony and when I arrived my room did not have one. It is important to emphasize since if you are looking to hang your clothes after the beach, some rooms do not have it and they do not notify you. Breakfast was quite good, the staff very good, there was a party in the restaurant next door, with a lot of noise, I notified reception and they immediately lowered the music. The pool and the entrance are well kept.

24/07/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, it's well-kept and clean. There's no written menu; the waiter at the table tells you, so you don't even know the prices; you eat but have no idea how much you're spending. The food is good.

15/05/2025: Great food, it gave me the energy to get platinum 2 on overwatch I thank all my fans for supporting me. Too bad the fans in the photos are not for sale, I would have liked to buy them. That said I felt at home, but I really wanted that fan, that said thanks for everything and have a good evening.

20/07/2025: The pizza was the worst we have ever eaten in our lives, the service was not very pleasant and there was dirt everywhere, we were very disappointed

03/09/2025: A nice atmosphere in itself, but some of the service was very inattentive and unfriendly. The Coke we ordered right at the start only arrived after we had already finished our food, even though we had already had the other drinks. We didn't even get the cheesecake we ordered. The highlight of the whole thing was the unfriendly cashier who judged us with her stares. It's a real shame, I wouldn't go back!

02/09/2025: I drove around Taranto trying to find it, and when I arrived, they told me they only have pistachio crepes for gluten-free, even though they advertise several other options on their website. A complete disappointment.

29/04/2025: I went to your place last week, the pastries were excellent, only one flaw, the price went up quite a bit, in just two days, for Easter a tray of mixed mignon, exactly 21 pastries paid €25.00, only after two days a tray with 25 pastries paid €34.00! It seems a bit much to me, what do you think?
