30/07/2025: In short: this is a pizzeria that serves only good pizzas. We've been here twice and had seven different pizzas. If you're hungry and want a quick pizza, you should come here anytime. I don't understand all the negative reviews at all, because the owner and his wife were very welcoming. The owner even made us pizzas on the spur of the moment before opening hours. I also have videos of the pizzas.

30/07/2025: The best pizza in Ceglie Messapica 🍕. The chef bakes the pizzas himself in a stone oven using olive wood! The taste is amazing & the prices are around €5-9! You have to try them, they're incredibly crispy.

17/05/2025: A very beautiful restaurant. I felt very comfortable. The food was excellent. I'll be back. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly, which made the experience even better. Each dish was carefully prepared, and the flavors blended perfectly. The desserts in particular left a lasting impression, so I can't wait to try them again. I can't wait to return to discover new delicacies.

07/03/2025: The experience was excellent! The pizza is delicious, with a light and fragrant dough, the freshest ingredients, and a wide selection of toppings. The dishes are also carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, always available to accommodate any request. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautifully decorated, perfect for both a dinner with friends or a special occasion. Excellent value for money! I will definitely be back and recommend it to all lovers of good pizza and Italian cuisine.

02/09/2025: We went for lunch on August 15th. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we were immediately put at ease. The dishes were excellent, and the descriptions were detailed. We will definitely be back.

21/10/2025: We had lunch last week on a rainy day, so my friend and I opted for the inside of the restaurant, which immediately struck us as nice and clean. The food we ordered arrived promptly and we found it delicious. The staff was also friendly and recommended a selection of dishes for us to try since we weren't sure what to choose. A place to recommend.

18/10/2025: I had the chef's: nothing special. I asked for a portion of fries for my son and they brought me a bowl of blackened and flaccid potatoes. Not recommended.

10/11/2025: A charming location, nestled in the low-lying countryside of San Giovanni Rotondo and easily accessible. A warm welcome worthy of a business card. Qualified staff available to accommodate guests' requests. A varied menu and very tasty food, all accompanied by a good wine.

19/10/2025: I'd heard so much about this place, but I'd never been there, until a friend of ours organized a pizza at Signor Cesare. The place is easy to find and has ample parking. Once inside, you immediately notice that it's not your average place, but the kind of place where details and refinement make the difference. All the dishes are top-notch, especially the pizza. Congratulations!

14/09/2025: It's been years since I've eaten the legendary pizza from Oltremare... the pizza chef isn't the same anymore, but I think it's his son... and the pizza... is absolutely as good as it was all those years ago. A casual place that has added a small outdoor veranda. The price is average.

05/10/2025: Excellent food, elegant atmosphere. The deli was my salvation when I planned a last-minute Sunday lunch. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. I can't fully comment on the table service because I used the deli to purchase ready-made dishes, but I think there's no doubt about the quality of the service. Excellent value for money.

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. When we booked, we weren't informed that lunch would be served to everyone at the same time. We arrived at 12:50, and out of kindness, we were served a paltry appetizer at 2:00. At 2:45, we were still waiting for the other diners. We got up. I asked for the bill: €40 for a paltry, subpar appetizer. I made a terrible impression on my guest.

16/08/2025: A REAL agriturismo, we ate almost everything they produced. The ricotta cheese of the day, as well as the mozzarella. The Ferragosto menu was exceptional, just a little pricey.

09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.

01/06/2025: We ate a truly special pizza: soft and light dough, cooked to perfection and topped with high quality ingredients such as mozzarella fior di latte. Despite a Saturday evening with the room almost full, the service was more than fast. The final delight was the dessert: a homemade cake, Torroncino al Rum, truly special. The price perfectly in line with the quality of the food and the service offered.

27/09/2025: I didn't really like it... too close to a busy main road!!!!! Be careful, they say €21 without drinks. We paid €40 per person!

14/05/2025: Needing to buy something for breakfast, I opened Google Maps and searched for “supermarket” nearby. That’s how I came across this bakery right around the corner. In fact, following Google Maps, I ended up relying on my nose to find it—there wasn’t any sign out front. I was a bit puzzled, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Once inside, I asked for the brioche and the clerk pointed me to a bag with five rolls that looked like little oil buns. At €1.80 total, the price was a very pleasant surprise!

17/10/2025: A more than satisfactory stay, excellent, very kind staff, excellent cuisine, beautiful view, I will definitely return.

16/10/2025: Large room, first floor with balcony, side sea view. Furniture is dated, bed has two mattresses of different heights, very uncomfortable! Directly above the restaurant, very noisy in the evening and from 6:15 am onwards :-(( Breakfast is self-service, selection is okay, coffee is available from the vending machine.... The good location is a plus, with loungers and umbrellas included just across the street, as well as free parking (in October).

05/10/2025: The manager and staff were SUPERB. We stopped by for an aperitif and they treated us really well! I highly recommend it!
