20/08/2025: Pizza with thick, dry speck, probably leftovers, and a completely bitter pizza due to the completely burnt base. Not recommended.
06/08/2025: A very positive experience, prices significantly lower than any other pizzeria in Salento, friendly and professional staff, quick ordering and table service, highly recommended.
N.B. In addition to everything mentioned above, I'd like to point out that TABARIS doesn't charge a cover charge.
Come in large numbers.

11/08/2025: You're definitely at the mercy of superficiality. The waiter and owner dismiss you with condescension. It's not a complaint, but what happened to us. They didn't even bring us the bread we asked for.

15/09/2025: Friendliness and warmth are the hallmarks of this café. Besides excellent service and good coffee, their croissants and gelato are their specialties. For my birthday, I ordered croissants and had them delivered, making me a great impression on my friends. I highly recommend them.

16/08/2025: The dining room staff wasn't particularly professional, but they were attentive, given their skills...
We ate pizza because they had nothing left to cook (they could have called us). The pizza was good, but the price tag for the €12 + €4 for the cartwheel, totaling €16, is a bit excessive. I'd also suggest updating the website prices, which are quite different now.
10/08/2025: The service and professionalism of the staff were very satisfactory.
The food and typical local dishes will definitely make us return.
