19/05/2025: Absolutely avoid They make you believe that it is prepared live but it is not so Parmigiana in broth not fried reheated in the microwave they call it modern… Potatoes forgotten and then reheated in the microwave with a burn plate where my son burned himself, among other things from the day before, I spat them on the plate because they were horrible, paid anyway Horrible pre-wrapped hamburger Entrecote they call it, but a really poor quality cut inedible…. Better leave the catering alone and give yourselves to oil and the earth….. You are better

06/06/2025: We came to dine by chance in this family restaurant: very pleasant terrace with sea view, very good dishes such as the excellent "orecchiette alle cime di rape", friendly welcome and service, special mention for the waitress Vita absolutely adorable and very attentive to ensure our dinner goes as well as possible! In short, a must if you are in the area!

18/05/2025: Second time we go and we are very satisfied. Not all top marks as the menu could be improved for gluten intolerance. This time there was no gluten-free first course for my wife and they could always provide it, especially with a reservation. They could provide more choice for the gluten-free first course. For the environment, excellent mark but we ended up in the middle of a slightly annoying current, something that could perhaps be improved.

07/11/2024: In the display case the food doesn't stay very hot after a while, so you have to hope that they are freshly baked to enjoy them at their best.

06/09/2024: The small castle has been somewhat distorted with overly invasive restorations in the 1980s. The completely redone flooring and the important plasters have altered the beauty of this historic place. However, I believe that subsequent attempts were made to conserve and maintain what appears to be a beautiful monument of this small community. Particular praise goes to the Proloco di Andrano and to the guide who offered the visit and demonstrated absolute competence and passion in their work.

28/05/2025: Posto sul mare, molto bello, pulito, bagni ben tenuti, puliti e profumati. Personale di sala garbato, lista dei vini soddisfacente.Qualche appunto: il vino rosato ordinato era caldo, poi il cameriere ha aggiunto nel cestello del ghiaccio ,sale e aqua per refrigerare, ed è migliorato. I primi erano buoni, ottimo il risotto. I secondi maluccio: i gamberi al sale immangiabili perché il sale non si era compattato in crosta, o perché non è stato usato il bianco d'uovo o è stata usata molta acqua nel composto , per cui c'era una grande quantità di sale sparsa nel piatto. Avevamo ordinato del pesce spada con capperi ed olive e ci è stato portato un altro secondo; alle nostra rimostranza ci è stato sostituito con pesce spada gigliato...la frittura era buona, solo un po' monocorde, costituita da merluzzetti, probabilmente perché pescato fresco . Conto corretto.

25/10/2024: La semana que estuve en Tenuta Linazza, un lugar bien cuidado y tranquilo rodeado de olivos, fue simplemente maravilloso. Emilio (y su encantadora esposa Clara, su hermano y padre) nos mostró (un pequeño grupo de invitados internacionales) alrededor en Salento. Nos llevaron a muchos lugares interesantes y hermosos, y obtuvimos todos los detalles y la historia sobre esta región. Estar allí fue una gran manera de conocer esta parte de Italia. Junto a la experiencia de la cultura y la naturaleza Emilio cocinó comida fantástica y nos enseñó lo esencial de la cocina italiana, mientras que nos sentimos como en casa y parte de la familia. Muchas gracias, Emilio, cálido anfitrión acogedor, guía, chef, conductor. ¡Respeto!

01/06/2025: La prima volta che sono stato in questo locale inizialmente ho avuto una buona impressione, il locale è carino e ben tenuto, anche nella pizza vengono usati ingredienti di buona qualità, la pizza senza glutine però purtroppo presentava i bordi crudi al centro...cosa che ho anche segnalato. La volta successiva (era fine settembre) avevamo prenotato un tavolo per 2 e solo una volta arrivati ci dicono che erano disponibili solo tavoli esterni e siccome stava iniziando a piovere siamo dovuti andare via....Poi ci sono tornato per delle pizze da asporto e anche in questo caso c'è stata poca chiarezza...nel senso che controllando a casa il costo pagato con i prezzi del menù on line, abbiamo constatato che ci è stato fatto pagare di più e il difetto della senza glutine è fra l'altro rimasto...

31/05/2025: We were a group of more than 10 people, they put us at a table against the wall and in the very narrow passage to the bathroom and the kitchen with all the obvious inconvenience. They don't even have a mobile platform to let wheelchairs in, the bathroom has no key and is not suitable for a disabled person in a wheelchair. The pizza was good at first, hot, but after a while it became a sole, very poor ingredients, the freshly cut truffle that tasted absolutely nothing.... a unique disappointment, exaggerated prices for the service and the food. Never again

11/06/2025: a "La Cucchiara" Trattoria vieni accolto come qualcuno di famiglia senza però dimenticare la professionalità. I piatti ti vengono serviti come opere d'arte e descritti ad uno ad uno. Il servizio è attento ma mai invadente, ma passiamo ai piatti: La presentazione è già perfetta, prima ancora del palato sono gli occhi a godere del primo assaggio. I colori, il profumo tutto in perfetta armonia! Poi arriva il gusto bilanciato, fresco, mai pesante, ogni singolo sapore si sposa meravigliosamente con gli altri. Mangiare a "La Cucchiara Trattoria" non è solo pranzare o cenare fuori, è una vera esperienza sensoriale che ti soddisfa e non appesantisce e te ne esci che ti senti in pace con i sensi. Menzione speciale al piatto di fritto misto di mare, una frittura leggerissima e che non sostituisce ma esalta il sapore dei calamari, polipo e gamberi. L'ambiente interno è molto carino, tutto in stile marinaresco, anche l'esterno è ben curato e guarda proprio alla grande piazza di Giovinazzo. Che altro dire? Andateci e godete anche voi di un esperienza che non è solo culinaria, ma omnisensoriale! Inutile dire che è tutti gli alimenti sono freschissimi e di prima qualità ed anche i dolci sono fatti personalmente dallo chef Franco, che cucina davvero con passione, fantasia e professionalità!

01/06/2025: I just had lunch at this restaurant and I can say it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind, helpful, and satisfied our every request. The food is excellent, a perfect place for lunch or dinner with friends. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: It is a good restaurant and an excellent pizzeria. Large and spacious room. Ideal for parties of various types from birthdays to graduations, passing through all other occasions, including beautiful evenings with friends or with whoever you wish. I've been there more than once and I must say that I always enjoyed it. Nothing negative. It would be better to go during the week. Quite crowded on weekends.
