The pinsa selection is excellent, very varied, although the ingredients are a bit too romanticized for my taste. The selection of bottled beers is also very varied, and recently a good draft lager has been added. The only complaint is that it's not as cold as you'd expect from a draft beer. The atmosphere isn't very large, but it's quite well-kept, even if it's spartan. The lady taking orders is very friendly and professional, and I'd advise her to use the same measure she uses to extend kindness and a smile to even the smallest requests/needs of customers; it would achieve perfection.
In any case, it's a highly recommended place.

This combination creates a unique dough, giving the pinsa a light and crunchy texture, a distinctive flavor, and an excellent nutritional profile.

The interior is decent with white lighting (it could be warmer and softer), but the tables aren't comfortable if you sit at the sides. The pinsa isn't particularly generous, but it's very good. Much of the menu is vegan. Special attention is paid to quality ingredients. A wide selection of beers. The menu is a bit chaotic, and could be improved.

This pizzeria was a real discovery, one that makes you want to return even before you've finished the last bite!
The dough is light, well-crafted, with a perfectly developed crust, soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The cooking is also precise, balanced, and enhances every detail! The quality of the ingredients is clearly evident: refined ingredients, combined with taste and intelligence, creating a harmonious and never boring whole! A fantastic combination, which makes their pizza excellent!
The wait times are absolutely in line with the quality of the product, and are more than compensated by the pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service. The staff stands out for their kindness, courtesy, and attentiveness: always available, ready to answer any request clearly, maintaining a welcoming and professional attitude.
The restaurant is meticulously designed, with a style that manages to be both refined and warm; every element contributes to creating a pleasant atmosphere where it's easy to feel at ease.
The desserts deserve a special mention! They're delicious (and I'm putting it mildly), beautifully crafted, and the perfect way to round off the experience, with the same level of quality as the rest of the menu! I'm not vegan, but I appreciate how the restaurant shows attention to this theme, offering a wide and carefully curated selection of specialty items, even desserts, thoughtfully designed without ever feeling like a second-rate option!
