05/06/2025: A pearl on the Corso di Gallipoli: “Stella Marina” Lunch was a journey through the scents and flavors of Salento. As a first course we tasted tagliolini al limone with purple shrimp and burrata: a very successful combination of the citrus freshness of the pasta, the sweetness and delicacy of the purple shrimp, and the creaminess of the burrata that enveloped everything in a symphony of flavor. A refined but perfectly balanced dish. To follow, a sliced ​​tuna served on a bed of rocket with fresh cherry tomatoes and a delicate balsamic glaze. The tuna, perfectly seared and tender when cut, released all the flavor of the sea. Careful presentation, genuine flavors. To accompany everything, an excellent glass of local white wine, fresh and fragrant, perfect for enhancing the dishes. Friendly service, a relaxed atmosphere and a central location make “Stella Marina” a must-visit for those looking for authentic and well-executed seafood cuisine in the heart of Gallipoli. Highly recommended!

23/07/2025: Extremely rude staff. When we arrived around 11 AM and politely asked for two sunbeds with an umbrella, we were rudely and condescendingly told that we shouldn’t expect to get a spot without a reservation. When my eyes briefly wandered to an obviously free area, we were snapped at and told not to even look at those sunbeds – they were “already reserved” anyway. For me, unprovoked rudeness is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a place that charges premium prices and presents itself as high-end. I expect professionalism, courtesy, and respectful treatment of guests. A clear never again for me – not recommended.

22/07/2025: A bit crowded, but that's to be expected in July. The beach is convenient, and the restaurant's prices are a bit higher than other beaches in the area, but the excellent service makes up for it. The bar is reasonably priced and well-stocked, and the staff is very friendly.

14/06/2025: great place with a large outdoor veranda in a good location wide selection of pizzas and numerous drinks great food! 💯 waiting times a bit long and staff not very organized given that I had booked for 10 and found myself with a table for 5 set up for 10... too narrow! overall good pizzeria, I would go back

11/06/2025: We went to this pizzeria for take-out pizzas and we had a good time. The wait to order was long and the staff was a bit confused, after which the preparation was faster. The quality of the pizza is average, as it is thin and undercooked. I will definitely return to revise my review.

05/07/2025: La terrazza della macelleria Fumarola è un posto accogliente dove gustare un piatto di carne mista, in particolar modo le bombette martinesi. Il menù tipico comprende un tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali, tra cui il celeberrimo capocollo martinese e poi un piatto di carne mista con patate alla brace Consigliatissimo .

22/07/2025: Pizzeria La Stalla del Nonno in Troia (FG) is a unique culinary experience! The pizza is cooked to perfection, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic, like a real country stable. The service is friendly and welcoming, with staff that make you feel right at home. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. I highly recommend trying the "tomato, arugula, and parmesan" pizza and the local wine. It's the perfect place for a night out with friends or a family dinner. I'll be back soon to try other specialties!
