09/04/2026: Easter Monday, a busy day, a busy workday, but also a day of celebration and carefree fun for those who go out. The place is beautiful, with the beach and the sea right in front. We find a seat, and that's where the problems begin. The menus arrive after half an hour, after asking three different waiters. Having managed to place our order after almost an hour and noticing that the tables that arrived after ours were being served first, one of us took the liberty of asking a passing waiter why the other tables were being served before ours. We'd only been sitting for over an hour and hadn't even been served a small bottle of water. He also asked if he could find out how much longer we'd have to wait, given the presence of small children in our group. The waiter's response was: "Ma'am, today is Easter Monday, if you like. Otherwise, you can get up and leave." We looked at each other and were about to leave, but out of respect for some of the people who were working there frantically on Easter Monday, perhaps to make up for the incompetent behavior of this "kind" waiter, we decided to stay. The ice creams are coming. Here's a tip for anyone who has to choose, as some of us, including myself, did: if you choose the affogato, whether it's coffee or chocolate, choose the flavor but be careful to choose three flavors. Otherwise, as happened to us, if you have to choose two, they will do the third as they choose without warning and perhaps ruin the taste of the cup. Unfortunately, the ice cream isn't the best, but what was most annoying was the cream that seemed to have granules and therefore not good. Returning to the composition of the cup, it should be mentioned beforehand that if there are three flavors, at least make sure to mention it when ordering. Otherwise, if it was overlooked, stick to the flavors chosen and perhaps put one that doesn't fit at all. We could definitely return. The place is beautiful, but it will definitely be a cone to grab and eat on the beach. I advise the establishment that holidays bring people out, but you need to provide the right service. If it hadn't been a holiday, I, along with eight other people, wouldn't have dreamed of going out and driving more than 100 km. The day allowed for this, but make it unique and if you have to spend and invest in staff, do it. It's a good investment and it serves as a showcase for future customers. I tell the waiter that there are many ways to express your frustration with the amount of work being done, but a customer who asks isn't always synonymous with rudeness, and a simple sentence is enough to put everyone at ease. To be fair, I'm posting the photos and everyone has the right to try and perhaps get the best out of this establishment.

Also available with delicious whole wheat dough, very light. Fabulous appetizers (legendary parmiggiana! 😍). Good selection of excellent quality beers and delicious desserts to finish. All served by very kind waiters, very capable and kind staff and staff. Beautiful open pizza counter. Pizza chefs 🔝 especially the boss Kema 💪🥇. Definitely worth coming back!

Located in the heart of the historic center of Ceglie Messapica, a village seemingly suspended in time, the restaurant welcomes you to an extremely characteristic and welcoming setting, perfectly in tune with the whitewashed streets and the magical atmosphere that surrounds it. The highlight is undoubtedly the food. We enjoyed expertly prepared local dishes: fresh ingredients and flavors that evoke the truest tradition. Every bite is a tribute to the region, and the passion they put into showcasing Ceglie's traditional recipes is evident. The food is excellent, with no complaints about the quality. However, since we were there on Easter Sunday, there were a few small flaws worth mentioning for the sake of complete honesty: The Menu: Despite the deliciousness of the dishes, I would have expected a more "celebratory" touch, something that would further elevate the offerings given the special occasion. Space Management: The sore point of the day was the seating arrangement. They crowded us in very close to other guests' tables, which took away some of the warmth and intimacy the venue usually promises. I understand the desire to accommodate everyone, but the comfort suffered. Despite these small inconveniences, likely related to the large holiday crowds, I absolutely recommend Sapori e Tradizioni. It's the ideal place for those who want to lose themselves in the alleys of an enchanting historic center and end their stroll with the authentic flavors of yesteryear. I will definitely return, perhaps at a less crowded time to fully enjoy the beauty of the location!

I have 750 meters to walk, but I have mobility problems and no strength left, so I wanted pizza delivered. The delivery is March 31, 2026, so the pizzeria is not very busy on that date.

The atmosphere is very refined and clean, and the staff is helpful and extremely kind. The pinsa, in particular, is truly delicious. The semifreddo with "ferreo rochè" is exquisite. The added value is undoubtedly the helpfulness, courtesy, and kindness shown by Luciano (the owner) and the staff, with Francesco as a great conductor. Thank you for taking us around the center, the Padre Pio Sanctuary, and for your kindness.

A restored old oil mill with star vaults in the historic center of Specchia... a pizzeria that has truly come back to greatness (varied pizza menu and plenty of choice) for the quality of the products, the atmosphere, the expertise, the attention to detail, the professionalism, the cleanliness... well done, well done!!! Delicious pizza, it's a pleasure to watch the pizza chefs at work... the wait times are just right for a Friday, there's communication and collaboration between the staff in the dining room, the kitchen, and the pizzeria. Kindness, customer care, fair bill. Good work, guys!!
