After a year, I returned to ROMANELLI! The best fried food in Brindisi. The lady who served me at the cash register was very kind and welcoming. RECOMMENDED

The best panzerotti I've ever eaten in my life, and the pizza too! I stayed for 4 days and couldn't resist going back with my family every night, no matter how full I was after the day! A perfect score, and the staff is incredibly kind! I RECOMMEND IT, RECOMMEND IT, RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Guys, what can I say... Tradition is not lost, a fantastic, close-knit, coordinated, professional staff, from Life "ALLA FRITTA BRINDISINA"... If you come to Brindisi this stop is mandatory... I recommend the one stuffed with Gorgonzola... Too spectacular!!!

I used to go there as a child, and after more than 40 years, I'm back! The fried calzone is always delicious, along with many other typical pizzeria dishes. Prices are modest, but you have to accept that the place doesn't offer much seating. But then again, that's the beauty of a fried pizza: eating it piping hot while standing with a good beer!

26/05/2026: Had a fantastic dinner at Pizzeria Trimalchione in Fasano! The pizzas were absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients, a light and perfectly cooked dough, and plenty of creative options on the menu. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and very reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely one of the best pizza experiences in Puglia …highly recommended if you are visiting Fasano!
