05/01/2025: They are Calabrians from the province of Cosenza. Places famous for Sila mushrooms which are not lacking among the large mouthfuls in oil. The pizza is huge and very hot, not like the thin ones which are already cold after 2 minutes. The dough has risen for a long time, you can notice it by its lightness. Typical Calabrian ones are the crushed olives, the spicy little fish called sea rose, the use of scamorza instead of mozzarella, aubergines and peppers, the nduja which is the original one from Spilinga. I recommend it warmly, remembering that for a few years they have only been doing takeaway!

01/12/2024: A pizza that is a sensory experience. Excellent ingredients from scamorza to nduia with mushrooms in oil. It's a shame you can't eat in the restaurant anymore. And if for decades there was pizza waiting for us even an hour and a half/two there must be a reason 😂

15/06/2025: We stumbled upon what seemed to be a quality place by chance. We were warmly welcomed but, alas, we were not satisfied. The fried seafood was poor in fish, but rich in vegetables. The pizza was only tasty because of the buffalo mozzarella, while the chips were nothing special. Too bad.

12/06/2025: The taste is good, but the portions are ridiculous. Unfortunately, the average European won't be able to fill you up here, and I say that as a slim person who eats little. Since you have to order twice to get full, it's naturally a bit more expensive.

03/05/2025: Insider tip for an affordable and delicious meal in Forte Dei Marmi. There you can dine deliciously in a simple atmosphere at very moderate prices. In the rest of the town you can forget about it.

17/05/2025: the speck and gorgonzola pizza was good even if too wet in the center. the dessert was decent. however, you have to find the parking along the provincial road, do not enter the very small and closed street.

31/05/2025: Every year, in the summer, I return to Lido di Camaiore and this pizzeria is now a fixed stop. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and the quality of the pizzas is truly excellent. Since I cannot eat gluten, I think it is fantastic that they also have a gluten-free option, the vegetable pizza is simply delicious, with fresh and tasty ingredients. I can only recommend this pizzeria...

15/06/2025: Esperienza pessima, da evitare assolutamente Avevamo segnalato con largo anticipo che una persona del nostro gruppo era celiaca. Nonostante ciò, al momento dell’ordine ci è stato comunicato che non avevano nemmeno il pane senza glutine: un'assurdità nel 2025, soprattutto per un ristorante che pretende di essere attento alle esigenze alimentari. La persona celiaca ha ricevuto il suo piatto e ha finito di mangiare da 15 minuti, mentre le nostre pizze non erano nemmeno state infornate. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni a un membro dello staff, ci siamo trovati davanti a un atteggiamento scortese e poco professionale: hanno dato la colpa alla cameriera, alzando la voce tra loro senza nemmeno rivolgerci una parola di scuse. Di fronte a tutto questo, abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andarcene. A quel punto, il pizzaiolo ha pensato bene di gridare “bravi!” in tono sarcastico, peggiorando ulteriormente una situazione già imbarazzante. Tutti i tavoli attorno a noi erano scioccati dal comportamento del personale. Un ristorante si giudica non solo dal cibo, ma soprattutto dal rispetto verso i clienti. In questo caso, non c’è stata né professionalità, né rispetto umano. Non torneremo mai più e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia esigenze alimentari particolari (o semplicemente voglia essere trattato con un minimo di educazione) di mettere piede qui.

04/05/2025: Beautiful discovery in this little village. The food is really good. The cheese starter is superb as are the first courses with wild boar and roe deer. All excellent and really well done. We didn't have the second courses but the meat dishes that were displayed among the various tables were really inviting (to be returned to try). The lady who served us was very kind and nice. Good service. Excellent quality/price ratio.

25/05/2025: Locale in posizione comoda e isolata, molto accogliente nonostante la sala sia al secondo piano con una scala un po' ripida. Prendiamo 2 focacce con prosciutto cotto e mozzarella senza lattosio, ci vengono servite come un pane arabo quindi già la presentazione non era il massimo poi unte sia in cottura che dopo (abbiamo bevuto tutta la notte e questo la dice lunga per non parlare che con tutto quello olio tornava a gola ogni 5 minuti) Nonostante questo abbiamo chiesto una seconda ordinazione, una pizza bianca (mozzarella senza lattosio) e prosciutto cotto messo dopo. Il servizio e' stato sempre molto carino e veloce, ma ci arriva la pizza con un mare d'acqua sotto la pizza (l acqua che ha rilasciato la mozzarella senza lattosio) ora capisco tutto magari il pizzaiolo non e' abituato a trattare la mozzarella senza lattosio, ma servire una pizza con tutta l acqua che va a giro per il piatto e' una cosa imperdonabile se parliamo di pizzeria gourmet. ( La mozzarella va saputa trattare e sgocciolare bene se no meglio non farla). Peccato perché avevamo grosse aspettative. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, prezzi giusti conto senza sorprese.

03/06/2025: Andati in questo "locale" per un fine scuola....non credo possano esserci espressioni esistenti, nel vocabolario italiano, per esprimere la totale assenza di qualità del cibo, della mancanza di empatia del personale se non nello scadere bea volgarità....unica nota positiva? I bambini si sono divertiti nel giardino con giochi. Ma meglio pagare e non mangiare....

02/06/2025: Questo posto è l’ideale per famiglie con bambini: nel nostro caso lo abbiamo scelto anche perché uno ha problemi di celiachia e non è semplice trovare pizzerie qui in zona che forniscano menù senza glutine.

14/04/2025: È la prima volta che faccio una recensione, ma ieri, sono stato in questo ristorante, festeggiavamo i 50 anni di matrimonio di mio zio. Che dire ? Top. Cameriere bravissime, padrona simpaticissima, cordialità, professionalità, piatti squisiti, pure se per il menu scelto, non fossero tra i miei preferiti, li ho mangiati con gusto. La carne era qualcosa di veramente speciale. Ma tutto lo è stato. Bravi bravi bravi. Super mega consigliato.

25/03/2025: I really like this place, for the food, the hospitality and the environment. It has a beautiful garden and is located in Azzano in an environmental context under Monte Altissimo (Michelangelo's quarries) and near the Malbacco pools.
