09/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We went to Pizzeria da Nicola in Camaiore, and I'm giving it 4 stars for one reason only: its location. Unfortunately, it's on the provincial road, and despite having a small parking lot, crossing the street is truly dangerous. Cars rarely slow down, and both entering and exiting are quite risky. Otherwise, everything else is fantastic. If I lived closer, I'd eat their pizza every day, for lunch and dinner! The pizza deserves 10 stars: very thin, well-cooked, made with excellent ingredients, and truly delicious (obviously for those who love thin crust pizza, like me). The value for money is unbeatable. In addition to pizzas, they also offer classic desserts, and for those who prefer a more formal setting, you can also order a few dishes. When we were there, they offered fresh porcini mushrooms and clams; you could choose, for example, linguine with clams or fried mushrooms. It's a historic place that needs no introduction. The staff is friendly and, compared to what I remembered, even faster service. I definitely recommend it!
