25/07/2024: It is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Pietrasanta, in the historic center.
We wanted to have breakfast under the sky covered with umbrellas and so we stopped in this bar for the first time.
We loved it both for the location and for the breakfast.
Every time we returned to Pietrasanta, since we liked it a lot and had a great time, we had breakfast here.
We also brought other friends of ours, certain that we would make a good impression on them as they were our guests.
I saw that they are also a pizzeria so we will definitely be sure to try the pizza.
Despite being in a central street, the outdoor tables have the right amount of space to be comfortable: We even had a good time there with our dog and our friend's dog.
There are also tables inside but we always prefer to sit outside under the sky covered by umbrellas.
The outdoor tables are however covered by the restaurant's umbrellas, so they are always in the shade, creating a pleasant environment without being under the heat of the sun.
The staff is always kind, welcoming, smiling and ready to satisfy customers' needs.

15/08/2024: We had dinner this evening at the Eden restaurant and I must say that the excellent quality of the dishes and the balanced bill were surpassed by the kindness and charisma of their staff, which is no longer a given today. A special greeting to Robert, keep it up, well done guys!!
14/08/2024: Randomly chosen for a dinner, welcomed immediately even though we hadn't booked. The location is nice, it could be a typical tourist restaurant, but the quality of the dishes, especially the octopus as a starter, exceeded expectations. Definitely affordable prices.

19/07/2024: The pizzas are nothing like in the attached photos, ours were flat and hard, the sauce was acidic like the kindness of the Workers, the mozzarella was raw and looked fake and let's not talk about the hygiene which was non-existent, the gloves are cheap and for orders too if you say a time you will have to wait at least half an hour more.
PS: you have a lot to work on

25/08/2024: Unfortunately I cannot give a complete review because, being with my friends for a stag party, we were treated extremely coldly by the staff, taking it for granted that we would disturb the other customers.
I can understand the situation, but education always comes first, and this evening it was definitely lacking, with great regret on our part.
21/08/2024: Restaurant on the seafront recommended by a friend of ours for the seafood carbonara, really good, we also tried two other first courses, very good, even if the prices are around 16/18 per dish. Too bad there is no air conditioning and after a day of travel in this heat we needed it 🫠all parking is paid

13/08/2024: Ci hanno fatto sedere in un tavolo posto dalla parte opposta del locale in una pinetina parco giochi piena di sabbia. Tavolo arrugginito e sedie traballanti. Una tovaglietta 50x30 di carta. Il servizio molto sforzato. Insalata di mare e pizza 35 euro mi sembra molto eccessivo anche se siamo in agosto. Sicuramente è un mordi e fuggi e non mi vedi mai più. Per essere in un luogo di vacanza non possono approfittare così tanto. Sconsiglio vivamente se non hai un bel portafoglio pieno

31/08/2024: Very good pizza and great beer. Prices are more than reasonable considering the fact that the restaurant is located behind the church on the main town square. The waiter was somewhat clumsy, but she was nice.

15/07/2024: Pizzeria l'Oliva offers an experience that focuses on thin pizzas, a type that I personally don't prefer, but I must admit that, for lovers of this type of pizza, it is an excellent choice. The cecina is truly excellent, perhaps one of the highlights of the menu. They don't serve sweets, at least I haven't seen them.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, demonstrating a clear passion for their work. The atmosphere of the place is minimalist and seems more suitable for takeaway than for consumption on site, although still welcoming. The chairs perhaps a little uncomfortable.
A negative aspect that I encountered concerns the moment of payment: I was not provided with a detailed receipt but only the total. The cashier checked out with a calculator, which left me puzzled as to why she couldn't use the cash register. This method did not allow me to verify the correctness of the account and an honest mistake can always happen to anyone.
In conclusion, Pizzeria l'Oliva is a good place for those who love thin pizza and appreciate courteous and passionate service. However, it would be desirable to improve transparency and precision at the time of payment, at least in my experience.
