21/04/2024: Devo essere sincera: abbiamo scelto questa pizzeria solo perché vicinissima al campo di atletica dove nostro figlio aveva una gara. Scelta azzeccatissima. Personale cortese, servizio veloce, pizze davvero buone. L'impasto è ben lievitato e ben cotto e i condimenti di ottima qualità. Trattandosi di jna pizzeria gourmet, non ci sono le pizze classiche, ma devo dire che c'è abbastanza scelta per accontentare tutti i gusti. Nostro figlio ha chiesto una variazione (non gli piace il gorgonzola, ma voleva prendere la pizza ai formaggi e 'nduja) e non c'è stato alcun problema -lo scrivo perché ho letto qualche recensione in cui si diceva che non si poteva fare, forse dipende dal tipo di variazione che si chiede- Molto buoni anche i dolci, i bomboloncini sono stati portati dentro un sacchetto di carta personalizzato e fatto appositamente per questi dolci. L'ambiente è accogliente. Unico piccolo appunto: il conto è a mio avviso un po' troppo salato. Peccato che per noi non è vicino, altrimenti potrebbe diventare la nostra pizzeria preferita

08/04/2024: Siamo arrivati per cena senza prenotazione ma fortunatamente abbiamo trovato posto . Non avevamo una gran fame quindi ci siamo accontentati di una margherita e di una focaccia col cotto , anche se una pizzetta sfiziosa non mi sarebbe dispiaciuta . I dolci erano molto buoni, locale carino e personale gentilissimo.. i prezzi sono un po’ altini

18/11/2023: Premetto di essere già stata altre volte e sempre con mio figlio è autistico e che ci mette sempre tantissimo a mangiare. Ho telefonato e nonostante fosse sabato sera ed erano pienissimi mi hanno comunque trovato un tavolo per due. Siamo arrivati e la Signora Grazia ci ha subito fatti accomodare al nostro tavolo, ci ha portato il menù e ci ha lasciato per darci il tempo di scegliere con calma. Il Signor Alessandro, il proprietario, è venuto a salutarci e mi ha chiesto se mio figlio mangiava sempre la stessa pizza dell’ultima volta,io ho detto di si e come per magia nonostante la pizzeria fosse stracolma di persone dopo 5 minuti mio figlio aveva la pizza nel piatto !!!! Sono rimasta veramente commossa per la gentilezza e il cuore che Grazia e il figlio Alessandro mettono nel fare questo lavoro. Perché lo fanno veramente con il cuore ❤️ In più c’è da dire che la loro pizza è veramente molto buona e leggera e molto digeribile. In poche parole veramente buonissima !!!

03/11/2023: Very familiar environment, excellent food from platters to pizzas, all surrounded by friendliness from all the staff and speed in serving the ordered food. I also took a cheesecake which unfortunately I wasn't able to photograph because it was devoured in a second due to its goodness!! Highly recommended and congratulations to everyone, we will definitely return if we pass by here ❤️

07/04/2024: We stopped for breakfast and there are really a lot of choice of desserts and croissants. The service leaves something to be desired. The person who served us didn't tell us the tastes of the desserts.

01/04/2024: We should have had doubts right away! We ask for the card to order a drink and the waiter says it isn't there. Let's order anyway! I take an Irish coffee and the surprise is rather unpleasant: 15 euros. No accompanying biscuits or similar! I really found it a bit too excessive in terms of service and bill. Learn to be wary as soon as something doesn't add up...

19/03/2024: It is located in Matraia in our hills of Lucca... it is called Le Colonne because it has a large portico between the columns, where in summer you can enjoy a wonderful view.....a very clean and nice environment, excellent service and ....if you want to eat pigeon, pigeon tagliatelle, delicious grilled cod, tortelli, excellent cured meats... in short, try it for yourself

02/04/2024: Restaurant located a few steps from the seafront, the internal environment is on two floors, well furnished with toilets in good condition. The menu offers fish and meat dishes and also pizzas. I had a grilled fish which however was poor, the waiting times are fair, the staff was a little nervous, the food is good but the portions are a little small compared to the price, the wine is still good. For payment they also make separate accounts and also accept credit cards.

27/04/2024: Decent place but in my opinion too expensive for the poor quality of the food, almost no parking to get out we had to make 10 maneuvers, the road you enter is full of potholes, in any case both the first and last time!!

22/04/2024: Ate fish, excellent mixed fried food but mussels a little old. For 2 euros of half a kilo of mussels I give up on going back again. There are fridges, freezers and expiry dates.

02/05/2024: The first time we went to the new management...we ate a well-leavened and light pizza. The mozzarella on the pizza was very good. Very tasty arancino and pasta omelette! Well done!👏🏻

12/03/2024: Typical Sicilian food, really good. Spectacular arancini, I ate them with white ragù and speck and pistachio....pure enjoyment. Delicious bread and panelle, cannoli filled on the spot. Very good prices for the quality of the food. Highly recommended. Management has changed, I will update the review at the first opportunity.

30/03/2024: We ordered a pizza to take away - within a few minutes it was ready and incredibly tasty! The staff was also very helpful and friendly and the price is absolutely right! We'd love to come back :)

02/04/2024: My experience with Pinseria Pilato was quite short like the Easter holidays in Lucca, unfortunately!! On the advice of our friends from Lucca, we ordered takeaway and I can say, in my opinion, that they were excellent, cooked very well and tasty seasoned!! There will certainly be another opportunity to return to Lucca and consume the delicious Pinsa on site!!

29/03/2024: The Pinsa is excellent and the beers are equally excellent. Fairly fast service with the few tables occupied, I couldn't say the same thing if there were more diners, considering the presence of only one "very nice" waitress. Atmosphere, nothing exceptional but after all come to eat not to watch. I advise
