12/06/2026: On my trip to Florence, I'd say this restaurant was my favorite. The pasta was incredibly good, spectacular. The dessert was also amazing; the tiramisu was a 10/10. My only complaint was the waiter who showed me to my table. He wasn't very friendly, but the food was so good that in the end, I didn't care whether he was nice or not.

I hadn't been back in years, perhaps because of the natural skepticism I have for places "too central," but I had to change my mind and really enjoyed it. We tried two simple pizzas, a Margherita and a salami, and they were truly delicious. Low-fat, crispy, and flavorful... ideal for those seeking this style and preferring to avoid the overly pronounced crusts found at other pizzerias in the city center. The space is spacious, so you can hear a bit of conversation, but the tables with high-backed wooden benches create niches, giving you a bit of privacy; it's comfortable. Special mention goes to the staff. The staff is friendly, approachable, and well-organized. The welcome is warm and friendly. Peering around the nearby tables, I saw some truly inviting fresh pasta dishes (made in-house)—a great alternative for those who prefer traditional cuisine. The tiramisu also seems to be a sure thing: a great reason to come back. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. It's a solid, no-frills choice. If you're downtown and want to play it safe and eat a good pizza without feeling like a tourist who needs ripping off, this is the place to be. I personally will be back.

The crostoni are truly excellent, especially the one with vegetables and brie, a must-try. The fresh pasta is also excellent, carefully prepared and very tasty. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, friendly, and attentive.

If I remember correctly, it's a classic Tuscan dish called ribollita. But that's not the only reason this place stands out. Every waiter here looks like a male model! My mum and all my female friends were completely captivated. 😂 There was one waiter named Ari who was especially unforgettable. Not only is he incredibly handsome, but he's also unbelievably muscular—you could literally tell through his clothes! 😆 I'll definitely be coming back if I get the chance. I'm already getting close to becoming a regular! 😂😂 This restaurant serves a ribollita, the classic Tuscan soup of tomato, vegetables and bread, and it is absolutely delicious. Truly one of the best things I've ever eaten! But that's not the only reason why this place is worth a visit. All the waiters are beautiful, they look like models! Our server was exceptional: attentive, genuinely kind, and incredibly knowledgeable! His food recommendations were spot on. He even showed us the best way to eat an orange, and somehow made something so simple unforgettable! His name was Yuri. We had an appetizer, main course, two bottles of wine, and to top it all off ice cream which phenomenal and the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re in the area, this is an absolute must-try. We can’t wait to come back!
