22/06/2025: We had already been there and the Tuscan pizza 🍕 was confirmed to be of a good standard as were the penne alla maurone, on this occasion there was also the issue of Diolaiuti who, having left the Neapolitan, was ready to break the banks for the rapprochement with the vegans. There was much talk of the cancellation of the bunk beds planned for the new mansion. We saw the crazy girl again.

18/09/2025: Only if you're hungry and there's nothing else nearby. The pasta was overcooked and tasteless (I had the house specialty) and the pizza had to come out of the freezer.

11/11/2025: On Saturday evening, November 8, 2025, I had dinner with several other people at an off-road rally. The menu was the same for the entire group: - Appetizer: 5 slices of mixed cured meats and 2 crostini with sauce - First course: penne alla boscaiola (good, but a spoonful more and a little more boscaiolo sauce wouldn't have hurt) - Second course: grilled meat, chopped into small pieces, cooked well, but a little more would have been fine, and the potatoes were very good, but please use a little less oil. Overall, the food was neither praise nor disgrace. Very good and attentive service from the waiters and staff. The lady, who I believe is the owner, better calm down, as nothing will change. I think you can improve the kitchen. There's potential. Good work, Matteo.

08/11/2025: This place was recommended to me, and I booked without looking at the reviews. Once I walked in, I wondered what it was like, and the reviews were pretty bad. I was obviously very biased, but I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy service and excellent food. We tried fragrant pici with porcini mushrooms, a truly delicious ribollita, and a tender ossobuco that melted in your mouth, accompanied by a fresh, crunchy, and flavorful mixed salad. I recommend finishing your dinner with their cantucci.

22/09/2025: Good evening! One question: why don't you eliminate home delivery if the pizzas arrive like this? The juice left by the pizza actually leaked out of the carton... The sausage tasted sour, the extra salami I asked for and paid for was a thin slice broken into 2-3 small pieces (I'm attaching a photo of all the salami I found on the pizza). The edge of the pizza? Like a hard, stale biscuit, the center? Wet and rubbery... First and last time, a supermarket pizza is better.

20/07/2025: The owner, Gigi, is a true rocket-powered restaurant. The pizza is delicious, the "Napoli sa sega" pizza, the most photogenic porcellino I've ever eaten in Sardinia, the turbo mushroom risotto "Portami con te" is a resurrection, the fried fish is so delicate it feels like flying, the freshest beer served with a chilled glass that seems to have come from Mount Everest (27°59'17"n 86°55'31"e). Want to know about the dessert? Come and try it!

We particularly enjoyed the location directly by the sea and in the shopping area, which made for a relaxing holiday. The room was always clean, and the food in the hotel restaurant was very delicious. We would especially like to praise the excellent service, from the manager himself to the entire team. We always felt well looked after and were provided with many useful tips for excursions in the surrounding area. The parking in front of the door at a fair price of €8 per day was also very convenient. Overall, we were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit to the Hotel Playa. 24/05/2025: my boyfriend arrived at the closing point and despite this they were extremely available to make two pizzas on the fly. he knows well from working in the sector how much of a disruption it can be so he was extremely impressed by the kindness! also the pizzas are delicious 🫶🏼

03/11/2025: Poor quality food If the staff had been at least polite, I probably wouldn't have even written a review, but the girls were all unhelpful and rude; when we left, they didn't even say goodbye. That said, the pasta was loaded with garlic, and I have nothing against garlic, but the quantity was truly disproportionate and cumbersome. Not even the tomatoes in the salad had any flavor whatsoever. In short, a purely touristy place, and not even that cheap. It's a shame, because if a foreign tourist even tastes the Taggiasca olives in those scialatielli with octopus I had, they'll form a poor opinion of the true quality of the product.
