24/05/2025: my boyfriend arrived at the closing point and despite this they were extremely available to make two pizzas on the fly. he knows well from working in the sector how much of a disruption it can be so he was extremely impressed by the kindness! also the pizzas are delicious 🫶🏼

17/05/2025: A special place! We found a wonderful pizza near the station. We received excellent service and left completely satisfied!! Excellent experience!

21/08/2025: It looks like a snack bar and tastes like one, too. The pizzas are okay, but the dough is a bit hard. Bruschetta was two warm slices of white bread with two slices of tomatoes each. Instead of grilled vegetables, we got battered fried dough with pieces of vegetables. Bottom line: It helped with my hunger, but I definitely expect more in Italy.

20/08/2025: A very interesting discovery. The pizza is truly above-average in quality, with a remarkable number of variations and truly unique flavors. The calzone is recommended. Prices are average.

28/10/2025: A regular stop for 30 years now, every time I go to the beach. The restaurant, run by the girls, is also excellent. The sandwiches are top-notch.

05/10/2025: Bar il Doccio is a must-see for those traveling between Grosseto and Siena. It offers excellent sandwiches filled to order, with excellent cured meats, cheeses, or delicious porchetta. You can purchase locally sourced packaged products, including wine, sweets, and more. The service is fast, and the prices are reasonable. Parking is ample and free.

We particularly enjoyed the location directly by the sea and in the shopping area, which made for a relaxing holiday. The room was always clean, and the food in the hotel restaurant was very delicious. We would especially like to praise the excellent service, from the manager himself to the entire team. We always felt well looked after and were provided with many useful tips for excursions in the surrounding area. The parking in front of the door at a fair price of €8 per day was also very convenient. Overall, we were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit to the Hotel Playa. 05/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Arezzo. The dough is thick yet light, with a perfectly soft center: thin enough not to feel heavy, yet firm enough to hold all the ingredients. It's nothing like some Neapolitan-style pizzas that seem almost raw in the center. The flavor is truly excellent, and you can immediately taste the high quality of both the ingredients and the dough. Among the appetizers, I absolutely recommend trying the zeppoline: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The prosciutto and burrata combination is also excellent—served fresh, made to order, not pre-cooked or pre-packaged. The only small negative is the limited dessert selection. However, after such a satisfying pizza, dessert is almost unnecessary. (Perhaps it was just a coincidence that not all of them were available that day.)

04/10/2025: Neighborhood pizzeria. Takeout and delivery available, wood-fired gas oven. Authentic Neapolitan pizza. On par with the most renowned in the city.

22/06/2025: We had already been there and the Tuscan pizza 🍕 was confirmed to be of a good standard as were the penne alla maurone, on this occasion there was also the issue of Diolaiuti who, having left the Neapolitan, was ready to break the banks for the rapprochement with the vegans. There was much talk of the cancellation of the bunk beds planned for the new mansion. We saw the crazy girl again.

09/09/2025: A salami pizza with literally 4 thin slices of salami that is also ugly to look at... I don't understand who taught you how to make pizzas... I remind you that the saying that food should also be eaten with the eyes is not just a figure of speech... there are pizzerias in Arezzo that are definitely better both in terms of service and quality of ingredients.
