20/07/2025: The owner, Gigi, is a true rocket-powered restaurant. The pizza is delicious, the "Napoli sa sega" pizza, the most photogenic porcellino I've ever eaten in Sardinia, the turbo mushroom risotto "Portami con te" is a resurrection, the fried fish is so delicate it feels like flying, the freshest beer served with a chilled glass that seems to have come from Mount Everest (27°59'17"n 86°55'31"e). 05/08/2025: Embarrassing service. I spoke to the pizza chef on the phone and asked if I could bring a bottle of sparkling wine, and he told me that it wasn't possible and that their bottles were available. He served a bottle to the table without an aluminum cap, so it was practically already opened, and when I asked the pizza chef, he said that it would have to be paid for, even though the misunderstanding was his. After less than 10 seconds, he started yelling at my sister and the rest of the group (there were 9 of us) and verbally abusing us. He threatened to call the police after the alcohol and pizzas had already been paid for. He rudely kicked us out of the place and continued to insult a friend of mine, who was TOTALLY not recommended, and to top it all, the pizzas were burnt, like many other times I've been here. I've been here several times and I'm completely disappointed by the service and the pizza chef's attitude. Despite my invitation to calm down and not shout, the pizza chef continued to come out from behind the counter and come right in my face as if threatening. It was a theatrical scene. I definitely won't be returning, nor will anyone who witnessed this farce.

02/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. It had already happened to me some time ago, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I had a table booked and it was about to be given away. I waited over an hour for 4 pizzas. 2 of them arrived and they were completely wrong. Unfortunately, they were badly cooked, burnt, dry, and salty. Half the pizza was left because it was inedible. I reported everything to the waiter and the owner, who is impractical and didn't care, telling me he doesn't have any staff and that's how it is. Well, you are a bunch of incompetents, you have low-quality products, and you made me waste my time and money. It was a total waste.

05/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Arezzo. The dough is thick yet light, with a perfectly soft center: thin enough not to feel heavy, yet firm enough to hold all the ingredients. It's nothing like some Neapolitan-style pizzas that seem almost raw in the center. The flavor is truly excellent, and you can immediately taste the high quality of both the ingredients and the dough. Among the appetizers, I absolutely recommend trying the zeppoline: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The prosciutto and burrata combination is also excellent—served fresh, made to order, not pre-cooked or pre-packaged. The only small negative is the limited dessert selection. However, after such a satisfying pizza, dessert is almost unnecessary. (Perhaps it was just a coincidence that not all of them were available that day.)

04/10/2025: Neighborhood pizzeria. Takeout and delivery available, wood-fired gas oven. Authentic Neapolitan pizza. On par with the most renowned in the city.

09/09/2025: A salami pizza with literally 4 thin slices of salami that is also ugly to look at... I don't understand who taught you how to make pizzas... I remind you that the saying that food should also be eaten with the eyes is not just a figure of speech... there are pizzerias in Arezzo that are definitely better both in terms of service and quality of ingredients.
