14/02/2025: Descubrimos este restaurante la última vez que estuvimos en Florencia y sabíamos que queríamos visitarlo de nuevo. Hicimos una reserva para el almuerzo, y tenían una mesa lista para nosotros cuando llegamos. Este restaurante tiene un ambiente encantador. Dom, nuestro camarero, estaba feliz de saber que habíamos venido antes y nos cuidó excelentemente. Ambos disfrutamos de una de nuestras favoritas - una especialidad florentina - la Ribollita, que es una sopa de pan y verduras. Es una sopa muy abundante y llena. También decidimos compartir una Pizza Margherita, que era perfecta – una corteza crujiente cubierta con la cantidad justa de salsa de tomate – queso mozzarella y albahaca. Mi marido disfrutó de la casa de vino blanco. Este es un restaurante al que vale la pena volver cuando visitamos Florencia.

06/10/2024: With the food we were happy. But the waiter (he looked like the boss) was incredibly rude. He was impatient and almost scolded us at times. In the end he refused to bring us four boxes for our pizzas. We ordered too much and couldn't finish them. He complained. "You haven't eaten anything! I won't bring you four cartons." He wanted to put 4 pizzas on top of each other in a single carton. I left the restaurant with the pizza in my hand. I also work as a waitress and I understand that it is stressful and that sometimes you can't laugh anymore. That's why I tried to be courteous and understanding, but treatment like this is inexcusable.

26/03/2025: A good place to eat tasty pizzas made with excellent ingredients both with the pizza round solution and in the normal way. Super kind and helpful. Top quality products and pizzas with wholemeal flours and cereals. Highly recommended

Molto molto gentile il personale, siamo stati a cena ci è piaciuta molto volevamo replicare a pranzo il giorno successivo ,era chiuso, peccato!

07/02/2025: Ordinary pizza and endless waiting. We had given the place a second chance: since we had been in the summer on a crowded Saturday. In the middle of winter on a rainy Friday evening we arrived before 8pm, we waited an hour and a half to have the first pizzas and after another 2 minutes the other 2. With the result of eating them cold!! The owner, I think it is, with the excuse of waiting insistently invites you to request appetizers, it is not clear whether it is a strategy to make you spend more. It is particularly insistent even for desserts, coffee and so on and so forth! I strongly advise against it also because for what they offer the cost is excessive!!

15/02/2025: We have eaten lunches and enjoyed “happy hours” on our annual and semi annual trips for over 12 years. Great menu - tourist and local menu. Variety of dishes offered from biz lunch to full dinner menu. Great selections for this type facility.

E le cipolle caramellate veramente gustose. Porzioni Super abbondanti. Io avevo portato la torta di compleanno ma, vedendo passare i dessert serviti agli altri tavoli..beh me ne sono pentita. 03/03/2025: I am Neapolitan, I was passing through the hotel near Poldo Express, I ordered, with APP and personally collected my 3 pizzas, for the family. What can I say... "WITHOUT WORDS!" Punctual like Swiss, Welcoming, friendly, courteous. And then the pizza... AWESOME! That coming from a Neapolitan... Certainly different, crunchy, seasoned with excellent products, digestible and SUPER cooked HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Well done Poldini

There is a wait, yes, but for us the pizza is worth it, if it improved that too it would be a full 5. However it remains my favorite pizza in Pisa

14/01/2025: It's a shame I can't give zero because what they deserve, I ask for the hot one and they tell me that the one on the pan is all booked up and in the meantime I order a pizza, Italy One slice remains during cooking and almost out of pity I'm asked if I want it of course I give up . I get the pizza, I pay for it, I take home an inedible pizza. I'm sorry that once with real vanilla, things were not like that. Never again in this place
