04/09/2024: First restaurant in Pisa and I'm really disappointed. A pizza that wasn't one and a fish for 18 euros served roughly with fries and a not very fresh salad. In terms of presentation everything needs to be reviewed. Provide more choices for vegans as well.

27/08/2024: A stop at adobe to discover the famous tower. We were looking for a small restaurant for 4 for lunch. This restaurant was the best rated of the 3 that were on the same street. A nice, simple restaurant with varied dishes but always Italian 😁 Good value for money, menus written in Italian, English and French! A pleasant and efficient server team I recommend

12/08/2024: Lovely classy bar, with so much ground to explore and intimate seating. The cocktails are good, you pay money onto a card and then take this to the bar to order a drink. Only downside was the music! No words, just background music. Hard to dance to!

02/08/2024: My husband and I came here when we visited Florence as part of our honeymoon. The waiters were incredible and made us feel so special! We loved one of them so much we even asked for a selfie for the memories! Food also tasted amazing, best pizza we’ve had in a long time!

02/08/2024: I celebrated my birthday, menu agreed in advance based on starter, pizza and dessert. Price in line with those of other pizzerias in Florence, excellent digestible pizzas, quality ingredients. The coccoli with stracchino are also excellent. Friendly and helpful staff for every request, even for intolerances they guaranteed a variation from the pizza menu. There is no gluten free pizza dough. Suggestive location with a view of the Arno. The only flaw is the heat in the summer, we should think of a system to create some ventilation. To be strengthened by the service staff, some small problems with the agreements made on the dessert, I had requested the cheesecake and they brought me the tiramisu, probably the confusion and the heat did not help, however good and appreciated, requested a sweet variation for my pregnant friend immediately satisfied. Parking in the area is difficult to find if you don't arrive early.

06/04/2024: Purtroppo sia le pizze che il calzone ritirati per portarli a casa sono risultati poco cotti con addirittura la salsa di pomodoro cruda. Troppe pizze da consegnare, servire e far ritirare il poco tempo. Peggioramento nel tempo irreversibile.

01/09/2024: After I don't know how many years I returned to eat at the Le 4 Strada restaurant. Not a very ideal location with 35 degrees outside because it was very hot under the veranda (it will certainly be cooler in the evening), the service isn't great because both the waiters and the staff at the counter have nice long faces, to get a few smiles from the waiter and an exchange of words took a lot of effort! Coming to the quality of the food, all in all good quality, prices not too high!

08/06/2024: Tutto perfetto ….la gentilezza dei camerieri, la velocità nel servizio …ma soprattutto la bontà dei cibi , dagli antipasti (tipicamente toscani ) ai primi (ottimi i pici) ai secondi ed infine ai dolci (crema al mascarpone sublime)

06/07/2024: We really liked the pizzas, they rose well, cooked in a wood oven, and all brought to the table at the same time, without excessive waiting times. Good service, clean environment. I would only recommend putting something more soundproof in the room, where if there are full tables, unfortunately there is no custom of speaking softly in Italy and it can be a bit chaotic. But overall I would recommend coming to eat here and I personally will be back!

22/06/2024: "Cena" in famiglia con bambini presso la nuova sede di Viale Adua. 2 ore e mezza per avere un antipasto, consegnato per una buona metà, sbagliato. Pizze mai arrivate Vino caldo Camerieri che vagavano sperduti tra i tavoli con 1 piatto alla volta senza sapere minimamente dove consegnare. Ti aspettavi di veder sbucare Cannavacciuolo da un momento all'altro ma, appurato che non si trattava di una puntata di Cucine da incubo, ma di un incubo in carne ed ossa, ce ne siamo andati a digiuno. Hanno avuto anche il coraggio di chiedere il conto delle 4 cose portate alla rinfusa... Da evitare categoricamente !!!

10/07/2024: I arrive with my elderly mother to have breakfast, the outdoor tables are dirty with food, used napkins, cups and ashtrays full of cigarette butts. I enter the bar, there are a couple of people, no more: I ask if we can sit outside, and they simply reply that they don't do table service (note that the tables are theirs, they are not common to other places ). I accept this, for goodness sake, but I want to find the table clean, or I want to be told that while I'm ordering someone will go straight away to clean it. But no, a totally careless attitude. How sad. I went to give my money to another bar.

26/08/2024: We spontaneously picked up two pizzas to take with us to the nearby campsite - quaint shop! You could watch the owner roll out the dough and make the toppings, the ingredients were fresh and the pizza was in the oven and in our hands quickly. On average €9 for a pizza, value for money is right. It's a shame that we only discovered the shop on our last evening.
