26/02/2025: We were not particularly impressed by the place, we ordered pizzas and desserts and the opinion on both was only fair. To be honest, we saw some very scenic and inviting fish dishes passing by and we will definitely be back to try them. The service was also so-so. Nothing serious, the table wasn't ready upon arrival but they prepared it within a few minutes, half of the drinks were brought to us and we had to request the others, things like that. Pleasant environment, a little noisy.

11/04/2025: I ate in this pizzeria last night with a friend of mine...what can I say, simply top notch, very kind staff (they even offered us cecina while we waited for our pizzas! It's not something that can be taken for granted!) Many varieties of pizzas and I would say that ours were very, very good! There is an internal room where you can stay in peace, we waited talking and eating for our children to come out of the cinema! We will definitely be back! See you soon!

20/03/2025: Pranzo di lavoro in questa tipica trattoria Toscana con una forte caratterizzazione estetica dell'arredamento, servizio veloce, piatti buoni e ben preparati. Penne al ragù e fette di manzo con patate. Pranzo piacevole, di qualità, sicuramente da tornare.

19/03/2025: Returned to this trattoria after a long time. Wonderful, both in terms of location and gastronomy. The menu is varied and full of interesting dishes. For two we spent a fair amount, with a shared appetizer, two first courses, desserts and coffee. Highly recommended

05/02/2025: A bit of an old-style tavern restaurant with a really large playground for children.. several tables on the first floor like the kitchen but I didn't go up and I don't know if there are other tables.. a gazebo outside for the summer parking space in the square. There were two of us, we took two slices of angus with porcini mushrooms... we waited about 30 minutes. On the ground floor there were only two other couples... then one dish arrived at a time of which one cut was well cooked (see photo of the difference in cooking) we had asked for them rare... half a red wine, a water, 2 grappas, an amaro del capo and a correct amount. 60 euros.. shame about cooking one course.. because the price and food is not bad.. they accept cards.

05/02/2025: Very welcoming, excellent for those with children as there is a huge games room. From appetizers to dessert everything was excellent. Excellent value for money. There were 12 of us, 6 of which were children and they really enjoyed themselves. A place where I will definitely return!

16/02/2025: Non tornavo da qualche anno a Firenze e avevo perso i contatti dei ristoranti della città. Cercavo un posto carino, caratteristico, per trascorrere la sera del mio compleanno a cena con la mia compagna. Il brandolino è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Cordialità, servizio, qualità del cibo , presentazione del locale ottimi, nulla da discutere, sicuramente uno dei migliori della zona che ci potesse capitare ! Consiglio veramente a tutte le persone che sono a Firenze di passarci anche solo una serata per assaporare i sapori della tradizione. Recensione e voto stra meritati! 03/08/2024: Impeccable and fast service, kind and friendly. Very thin pizza, balanced in seasoning, of excellent quality and success. With this deadly heat, perfect air conditioning and spacious seats. Excellent quality and price ratio. Without high expectations for exterior or interior.

02/01/2025: The staff is very kind and helpful. The toilets are not suitable for disabled people. The à la carte menu is sufficiently varied, with fish and meat dishes. The wine by the glass is the house wine, the white is a little lively, but then they serve me a local white, Baia del sole. We start with a warm seafood salad, €13, good and rich; let's start well! I move on to a plate of pici with clams, bottarga, lemon scent (€14), too bad the pici were way, way behind cooking (confirmed by the kitchen) and I don't finish them. A grilled sea bream €17 (which has dried out a bit, to be generous...) with grilled vegetables €5 (courgettes a little less than raw). Finished the dinner with a good creme brulee €6. Unfortunately, the homemade bread was chewy. Cover charge €2, water €2, glass of wine €4. In the end the €65 pre-bill arrives, but the receipt arrives only upon express request. Gluten-free: a rosette with cover, then they can serve gluten-free pasta (standard formats) and fried fish, with corn flour.

30/11/2024: Personale molto gentile. Servizi igienici non idonei per disabili. Il menù alla carta è sufficientemente vario, con piatti di pesce e di carne. Il vino al calice è quello della casa, il bianco un po' mosso, ma poi mi servono un bianco del territorio, Baia del sole. Iniziamo con un'insalata di mare tiepida, 13€, buona e ricca; cominciamo bene! Passo a un piatto di pici con vongole, bottarga, profumo di limone (14€), peccato che i pici erano moooolto indietro di cottura (confermato dalla cucina) e non li finisco. Un'orata alla griglia 17€ (che si è un po' asciugata, per essere generosi...) con verdure alla griglia 5€ (zucchini poco meno che crudi). Chiuso la cena con una buona crema catalana 6€. Il pane fatto in casa purtroppo risultava gommoso. Coperto 2€, acqua 2€, calice di vino 4€. Alla fine arriva il pre-conto 65€, ma lo scontrino arriva solo su espressa richiesta. Senza glutine: una rosetta con il coperto, poi possono servire la pasta senza glutine (formati standard) e il fritto di pesce, con farina di mais.
