12/10/2025: Well, I can't say I had a bad meal, but I didn't have a great one either. The crust of the pizza is really hard to chew, and after eating it, the dough seems to stick in your stomach. But overall, it tastes good. As for the service, the girls are truly impeccable. Very kind and fast.

09/10/2025: Perfect for a easy lunch. Pizza was good, beer was cold, wibe was great at the outdoor seating.

20/09/2025: The WORST gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Burnt on the top and edges, raw on the bottom and inside. I didn't eat it; I would have definitely felt sick. Don't go there. "Chez Ugo" is a good gluten-free pizza in Livorno.

04/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria and restaurant in Livorno and were truly impressed by the welcome, first and foremost, the service, and the food, which was truly delicious. We arrived in the evening by ferry and disembarked quite late, but it was one of the few pizzerias that stayed open late. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel immediately at ease. There was a gentleman who was extremely kind and courteous, and at the end we even asked if he could offer us some sweets, and he offered us a limoncello cake, which was truly delicious. And, to top it all off, he even offered me a taste of their own limoncello, which was truly delicious. The other staff were also all smiling and kind. We truly felt at ease and will definitely return if we have the chance. Highly recommended!

28/08/2025: Excellent location. Super comfortable and very clean hotel. Breakfast is extensive. On a personal note, I must give Alice, the receptionist, a shout-out. After we had a major problem with our reservation, she and her manager resolved it as quickly as possible, without causing any further problems. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Alice. Highly recommended accommodation.

23/09/2025: The pizza was delicious and plentiful. The first courses weren't particularly generous, and we recommend sticking to the à la carte menu. If you vary something, you'll be a bit disappointed. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga. We asked to remove the bottarga, and the chef brought us spaghetti with clams without even a sprinkling of parsley and garlic. I understand that we modified the dish, but the foresight to complete it in a different way was lacking. Excellent place, I recommend it.

Fans of the Bavarian world, you can find typical dishes and excellent beers. The calzone as they make it here is difficult to find. Excellent fried foods and fillets. Prices below average..

30/08/2025: The pizza itself was good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We had to wait around 50 minutes for our pizzas, and one of them was even served together with the starter, so by the time it was eaten, it was already cold. When the staff asked how the service was, I politely explained the long wait and the issue with the timing of the dishes. Instead of apologizing or showing understanding, the family running the place told me to “chill out” and dismissed my feedback. I wasn’t asking for a discount or making a scene; I simply answered honestly when asked. I found their attitude extremely rude and unprofessional.
