23/02/2025: Abbiamo chiamato alle 20e30 per chiedere se avessero posto per 10 persone, in 5 minuti ci hanno richiamato per dirci che ci avrebbero trovato un tavolo. Arrivati dopo 10 minuti e il tavolo era pronto. Personale gentile e nonostante oltre a noi ci fosse un altra tavolata da 15 persone il servizio è stato rapido. Abbiamo preso tutti pizza a diversi gusti ed è piaciuta a tutti. Non abbiamo provato antipasti e primi però possiamo dire che la pizza era molto buona e ben digeribile...che non è da dare per scontato

18/01/2025: I've known this pizzeria for a long time and I've always enjoyed it, it's been a while since I went to eat, but I've always liked the place both in winter and in summer with the outdoor tables. We took two pizzas, one of which was gourmet, water and half a liter of white wine, costing €32.50. The tomato used is from Mutti and the mozzarella is I think fiordilatte, very good dough, so we will definitely return, the quality and good price maintained over time

10/03/2025: It's really worth going there to eat, slow service between one course and another, but really excellent dishes, handmade pasta, it's a shame I didn't photograph the starter but I've attached the two first courses, the second course and the dessert

12/04/2025: Very nice place, we were struck by the attention to children, games, books and hard plastic cutlery and glasses are available. The pizza was really good and the staff were very kind!! We will be back!

29/01/2025: When I can I always go there for lunch, the food is simple, good and genuine. It's like entering a family's home, always greeted with a smile. Fast service, wide choice of first courses and dishes with side dishes. The house wine in bulk is also good. Excellent quality - price ratio.

10/02/2025: Dice:vorrei mangiare una vera pizza,e allora cosa di meglio che recarsi dallo scugnizzo che regolarmente viene inserita nella guida del gambero rosso tra le migliori pizzerie italiane. Dice ancora:vorrei far precedere alla pizza uno sfizio,e allora bisogna provare,ad esempio,le nuvolette fracasse,che io e mia moglie preferiamo.E continua a insistere:ma le birre?Vengono alternate con regolarità a capo di una scelta ponderata improntata alla qualità .E incontestabile continua con :ma i dolci?Beh,basta provare lo "scugnizzo tentatore" e le perplessità svaniscono.Ma questo metaforico cliente non si arrende e domanda ancora:magari il servizio è asettico oppure scostante;e no,sbaglierebbe anche in questo caso,perché allo scugnizzo trovi accoglienza e cordialità,genuine e spontanee.Ed è per questo ed altri motivi che 'o scugnizzo è la nostra pizzeria del cuore,perché è cucina di qualità,cortesia,ed io e mia moglie vogliamo bene a questo manipolo di scugnizzi.

05/02/2025: La pizza è sempre buonissima. Quando sono ad Arezzo é una tappa fissa. Salsiccia e friarelli la mia preferita! Non vedo l’ora di tornare.

01/04/2025: Cena a base di pesce... insalata di mare , n.3 striscine di totani ,1 gambero e il resto cozze secche!!!! Per me zuppetta di mare ... idem.... poi fritto misto veramente di scarsa qualità e baccalà coi porri discreto... buono il prosecco e cameriera simpatica e efficiente .. rapporto qualità prezzo molto scarso.

13/03/2025: I had dinner at this osteria in Lucca and left enthusiastic. I tried the seafood carbonara and the fried seafood, all excellent dishes, well cooked and tasty. The place is welcoming, the staff friendly and the service fast. An absolutely recommended place for those who want to eat well in a pleasant atmosphere.

13/04/2025: I was very impressed with both the food and service at this restaurant. Florentine friends brought me here who have eaten there only once or twice in the past. The staff not only remembered them but what they had ordered previously. They also made an effort to introduce us to other delicious items on the menu. I really liked the mortadella/burrata pizza and the lemon dessert. I would definitely come back again.

26/09/2024: The pub no longer serves pizzas, only sandwiches - it was the only place open after 11pm in this province - restaurants close very early here. We had a nice meal and the owner was also very kind, however it is a place where locals come to drink and smoke...

21/02/2025: the gentlemen made the wrong order by removing drinks and food from our plates. many had already eaten and opened the bottles but took them away anyway. disappointing service!..

24/02/2025: Esperienza realmente pessima Il pane dei crostini secco con un misero sugo ai fegatini. Affettati scarsi e non freschi. Vassoio di carne mista per una persona, mentre in realtà era da dividere per 4. Inoltre personale non adeguato, abbiamo rimandato indietro una bistecca che aveva odore di formaggio, non abbiamo ricevuto neanche le scuse. Proprio altamente sbattuti, adesso capisco il motivo per cui tale ristorante non è e non sarà mai affollato.

28/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera in maniera divina. In frittino di benvenuto poi Una gamberessa fritta poi Dei mazzancolli appena scaldati meravigliosi poi Delle crocchette di tonno incantevoli poi Due Ombrine al forno con cappella di porcino in padella aglio e nepitella e dei porcini fritti e Per finire sorbetto al limone e cioccolatini fatti da loro. Tutto annaffiato da Cà del bosco e due Chardonnay francesi. Andrea in cucina trasmette ai piatti tutta la sua passione e Lorenzo in sala ti accoglie con grande calore. BRAVI se passate da Castiglione vi consiglio di andarli a trovare.
