I can say that the pizza was raw and the pasta was white... It wasn't cooked...well, it's not a small thing.....then I saw the owner bending over backwards... Between the oven, the kitchen and the counter. Then I understood everything..

14/12/2024: Sono cliente del Centrale da tanti anni. Tanti pranzi in famiglia in occasioni speciali ma anche tante cene. Location eccezionale, interno molto elegante, esterno da favola in struttura in vetro con tetto movibile ben riscaldata d'Inverno e fresca d'Estate. Spesso c'è musica dal vivo ed altri tipi di intrattenimento. Dalla carne al pesce ai dolci è un'esplosione di qualità e raffinatezza;,la pizza poi è un "must" ai livelli delle migliori pizzerie campane, Mario dà Secondigliano un vero artista della Pizza, e lo dico da campano. Il servizio è veloce anche quando il ristorante è pieno ed il personale giovane ed educato. I miei preferiti Cristian e Kletissa sono un binomio perfetto di professionalità ed esperienza lui e gentilezza e dolcezza lei. Il Centrale è un Ristorante/Pizzeria/Pasticceria di altissimo livello ma con prezzi nella media, tornerò sempre più che volentieri. Paolo Nik

03/08/2024: Nice and welcoming place, the guys who serve are very kind and helpful. Mixed land appetizer: little mixed and only with many cured meats, cheeses 2 pieces in number and grilled vegetables always and only 2 pieces, one of aubergine and one of courgette. Afterwards we had a pizza, watered down in oil which was a shame because the dough was very good and so was the cooking.

08/10/2024: I ordered on the phone for two pizza’s and we arrived when they said it would be ready and as you can imagine, they hadn’t even made it. And to our surprise, there was only 3 people sitting down inside. Super unhappy and this is not the first time it has happened. I am writing this as I stand outside and watch him just put the pizza in the oven.

22/12/2024: Friends' dinner for a pre-Christmas dinner. Table on the beautiful VERANDA. Everything was fine at the beginning, then the air conditioners stopped blowing heat and were blowing cold air. I had to point this out to the stewards. They turned off the climate. Cold and frost. Now I say that there could be a technical fault but you have to be careful for your customers either to have them sit inside the room where the heating worked very well or, apologizing for the inefficiency, at the time of the bill apologize and apply a discount.

17/12/2024: We went to this pizzeria a few nights ago and we must say that we were more than satisfied. As lovers of Neapolitan pizza we went a little out of our comfort zone with this type of pizzeria which offers a more crispy and dry variety of dough... but it managed to amaze us! Despite the thin base, the cornice is high and airy, the ingredients are also of the highest quality and the flavor combinations are also innovative but always based on tradition. For example, we ordered a "Carbonara" which left us speechless, one of the best of the evening together with a taleggi or roast potato... this too to be recommended to everyone. We also tried a classic margherita, and one with cooked ham, stracchino and olive powder, these too were excellent but the other two will remain in our hearts, together with another particular pizza served as a roll with courgettes inside, cooked mozzarella which we have taken as an appetizer to share. The only flaw were the desserts, a tiramisu (this was good) and a lemon yoghurt which was quite acidic and not at all sweet, despite the honey (you could tell it was a quality yoghurt that didn't come from the supermarket, but I would have combined differently). A positive note is the entire open kitchen, which allowed us to observe the work of the pizza chefs throughout the evening, perfect and super controlled. Furthermore, the table service was always up to date, ready for every request and above all friendly as it should be in all pizzerias. The price may be a little high but it respects the quality of the raw materials and the work behind everything. We will happily return ☺️

12/12/2024: Fantastic food, perhaps the best pizza I've ever eaten... excellent quality raw materials... Normal prices... However, I must say that the place is a bit bare... from the outside it looks like a large warehouse, upon entering it improves but the feeling of an old repurposed structure does not end... Good service, but you want to give the impression of being in a luxury place, furnishings that can be significantly improved... All in all the aesthetic part is negligible if you take into account the excellent pizza ...

The outdoor accommodation is very beautiful and the location is very close to the beautiful village of Gragnola. Very good pizza and fair price. Very friendly service. I recommend it
