06/02/2025: This is a lovely little bistro in the middle of the main Piazza in Pietrasanta. Now usually I don’t go to a place with less than 4 starts in google but this time 4 of my friends had a steak here and they said it was amazing and I was so happy I did. Sometimes you have to lean into your discomfort. I ordered only the steak with a side of spinach, a glass of their homemade house red and finished off a basket of bread socked with olive oil. Also the oil is homemade and if I could I would bathe in it.. I loved it!! And I only eat steak once or twice a year, so I’m so happy that I tried it here. I wish I could comment on the rest of the menu but I went there expressly to taste what my friends were all raving about. One of my friends went there 3 days in a row and ate the steak. Once was enough for me because I don’t have the digestive power I used to have.

22/01/2025: Pizza buona ma prezzi alti e cameriere troppo insistente, di quelli che non ti lasciano in pace se non prendi più cose… una chiacchiera continua. Volevamo due pizze e ci siamo ritrovate con un antipasto fuori menù da 16 euro e due coperti da 4 euro ciascuno.. etc

10/02/2025: A disappointing experience. The waitress was not welcoming, and the service was slow—25 minutes of waiting for dessert. The risotto was way too salty, and the tiramisu I ordered was completely frozen, with mascarpone as hard as ice. When I pointed out the issue, I was simply told that it was a “different type of tiramisu.” The result: an inedible dessert, but I was charged for it anyway. I won’t be coming back.

13/04/2025: I took the takeaway tronchetto and saltimbocca for the first time and I highly recommend it, good and seasoned correctly. I will definitely take it again.

02/03/2025: Location Wonderfully informal, simple but very welcoming, ideal for an evening with friends.. simple cuisine but prepared with love for the products.. We only saw the pizzas passing by but they had an interesting appearance.. Courteous and professional service

Diciamo che gli ingredienti saranno sicuramente buoni ma non ci è piaciuta la consistenza della pasta: molto sottile e durissima tanto che non si tagliava. Birra particolare ma buona. La scelta dei dolci poi: ce n'era uno solo. Prezzi piuttosto alti rispetto ad altre pizzerie di zona se si considera che l'ambiente è molto semplice. Che dire? Da rivedere...

02/11/2024: It was a sad experience. The person who made the pizza probably dropped 1 dl of salt into the children's pizza. They had to go to bed hungry, and the pizza was given to the birds to eat...

15/04/2025: Gourmet pizza. Pizzas with excellent ingredients. The tasting menu is recommended where you eat a quarter of 4 different pizzas, served one after the other and therefore always piping hot.

08/04/2025: One of the best pizzas I've eaten. The place is beautiful inside. An open kitchen and a team that prepares the pizzas in front of our eyes. The dough is crispy and delicious...I personally ordered it with artichoke. The price is a little high but worth it

18/04/2025: Very nice place, but in my opinion many things need improvement. I appreciated the pizza dough, but on the other hand I don't find the choice of only making pizza by the meter pleasant, and if there are two of you you are forced to take half a metre, obviously leaving something left over. Half a meter of pizza between two people means throwing away food, and food shouldn't be thrown away. It arrived very badly cut and seasoned a little so it comes in the end. Prices? I would say honest at least when it comes to pizza. Service? Waiters a little too present. Would I go back? Not even!! I would say that only the place deserves 5 stars, but if you do catering it's not enough to have a beautiful place.

17/04/2025: The pizza at Scuderie is so good it's addictive!!! Our favorite flavor is the Sicilian.... an apotheosis!! If you are more than two or three people, a meter of pizza is better (up to three flavors of your choice), otherwise half a meter is enough (two flavors max)... and then if you are always hungry, you can get another one! All the other dishes are equally good, and the portions are generous, from pasta with tomato sauce (they also make half portions, for example for children), to tagliolini with lobster and cherry tomato sauce (truly the best!). Then there are the desserts! Typical desserts from Campania! The products arrive directly from down there more or less every day with the courier, the desserts, the mussels, the provola... And this helps to make the difference, in addition of course to the courtesy of the staff, who makes you feel at home ❤️

23/03/2025: Ho preso un filetto e verdure alla griglia. COTTE BENE E GUSTOSE. Ci tengo a questa recensione perché sono stato in alcuni ristornati "gourmet" della zona e - oltre che pagare il doppio per la stessa cosa - ho mangiato molto peggio. Al Viale si mangia bene, c'è cortesia e un aria semplice, di comunità. Per chi oaice questo tipo di ambiente allora vale davvero la pena. E se invece vi importa di mangiare bene allora l'OK vale per tutti
