I ordered a pizza with salmon, tangerine, pistachios and delicate cheese – a composition that was intriguing on paper, but only on the plate revealed its full potential. Juicy, lightly smoked salmon met here with the citrus freshness of tangerine, creating a surprising and at the same time harmonious counterpoint. Pistachios – crunchy and subtly sweet – gave the whole thing depth, while creamy cheese combined the flavours into a masterpiece that no master chef would be ashamed of. The cake? 27/04/2025: Returned after many years for dinner with friends: we ate well from the starter to the dessert. Everything was very good, fast service. The second course of grilled squid skewers was honestly a bit poor. The meat dishes were plentiful. The desserts were excellent. Finding parking is not very easy, but if you turn around a little you can find it. After all, Buti is a small town. I will return. A wonderful evening.
