22/06/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant which is located along the Vecchia Aurelia road, so easily visible when driving by. We sat in what can be considered a veranda which I found very welcoming. We ordered delicious fish dishes and they offered us a nice, fresh, sparkling white aperitif, much appreciated given the evening temperatures. They have a nice menu, very varied, the service is excellent and the dishes served are very delicious. Recommended!

23/04/2025: Very clean environment and very friendly staff, excellent pizzas but the best thing about this pizzeria is the welcome that Giuseppe and his children and the staff give you, the only flaw but obviously the parking doesn't depend on them.

06/06/2025: My girlfriend and I come here very often, great atmosphere and great menu, I absolutely recommend the stracciatella-filled donzelle with mortadella and pistachio as an appetizer. The pizzas and desserts are very good.

02/06/2025: terrible service from the girl who took our order at 9:40 pm. First of all, the girl accidentally spilled coke on one of our friends and didn't even offer to change the bottle with a new one. The appetizer arrived after 10 minutes but all the first courses arrived 40 MINUTES after we finished the appetizer. Everyone was hungry. Strangely, after having asked for the order, everything arrived after 5 minutes. All the other tables that arrived with us had already left while we were still waiting for our order. It is not possible to have this type of service in a well-known restaurant.

31/05/2025: Berberè was recommended by the host of our Airbnb. The food is made with fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious. The wait staff was kind and happy to have us there. Try the crostini with anchovy, butter, and grated lemon peel. It was delicious! They do charge a 2€ coperta per person, but most places do.

29/05/2025: Stopped here for some food , got a table and asked for a drink , the ignorant waitress didn't have what I asked for , she went off and spoke to another member of staff pointing at me and making comments and pulling a face , rude and unprofessional , ordered food, paid ( with a service charge !!!!! Should call it rubbish service charge ) and went , this company will never get my buisness again.

17/05/2025: Nice and informal place. Friendly staff. Good ingredients and mostly local, so very positive. Good craft beers. They use live sourdough and stone-ground flours, another point in their favor. In my opinion, the yeast flavor is too strong and the pizza is a bit "biscuit-like", but the toppings are really good. A bit expensive in my opinion...

16/05/2025: Good pizza. Pay attention to the products used that seemed very genuine to me but the welcome was unpleasant. You go to a pizzeria to have fun and we were a group of wild women who wanted to celebrate their theatrical success. Never! The owner told us that "You could only hear us... and that it was time to lower your voice" ... Honestly if I can't have fun I'll stay at home and therefore I won't go back. Women have been told enough to keep quiet, that's enough.

31/05/2025: The best bar in San Gimignano. Very kind staff, delicious croissants! Not just breakfasts, but also for lunch, fabulous ribollita and minestrone. Our daughter and her partner say the pizzas are amazing! Right piece. It's worth the trip!

25/05/2025: I took two first courses: the dish of the day called “Pici Tricolore”, very spring/summer, and penne with cheese and truffle sauce. Both very good and affordable price. If you pass by San Gimignano you can't miss it. Congratulations!

22/05/2025: Exceptional experience! Cesare and Ramona let us taste the real cuisine of Rome and the always present highlight are the artichokes! Try the tris, or if you are lucky the poker! Everything delicious, impeccable and very fresh. Restaurant specializing in fish!

15/06/2025: Esperienza pessima, da evitare assolutamente Avevamo segnalato con largo anticipo che una persona del nostro gruppo era celiaca. Nonostante ciò, al momento dell’ordine ci è stato comunicato che non avevano nemmeno il pane senza glutine: un'assurdità nel 2025, soprattutto per un ristorante che pretende di essere attento alle esigenze alimentari. La persona celiaca ha ricevuto il suo piatto e ha finito di mangiare da 15 minuti, mentre le nostre pizze non erano nemmeno state infornate. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni a un membro dello staff, ci siamo trovati davanti a un atteggiamento scortese e poco professionale: hanno dato la colpa alla cameriera, alzando la voce tra loro senza nemmeno rivolgerci una parola di scuse. Di fronte a tutto questo, abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andarcene. A quel punto, il pizzaiolo ha pensato bene di gridare “bravi!” in tono sarcastico, peggiorando ulteriormente una situazione già imbarazzante. Tutti i tavoli attorno a noi erano scioccati dal comportamento del personale. Un ristorante si giudica non solo dal cibo, ma soprattutto dal rispetto verso i clienti. In questo caso, non c’è stata né professionalità, né rispetto umano. Non torneremo mai più e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia esigenze alimentari particolari (o semplicemente voglia essere trattato con un minimo di educazione) di mettere piede qui.

12/06/2025: We had a homemade tagliatelli with fresh truffle, it was amazing! The Chef served it himself. The T-bone steak was cooked to the perfection. Kind waitress, good house wine and good prices.

10/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was not convincing. Non-existent welcome. The pizza was flavorless (even though it was a 4 Saisons pizza) and the dough was very average. Very surprised by the lack of attention shown to customers upon entering the restaurant 🤔 Luckily, the bill was a small amount.
