When a place does so well, you can see the passion behind every detail. In the Kitchen: Chef Gianfranco Parisi is a force of nature. His dishes are an experience for the eyes and the palate, combining technique, flavor, and a unique charm. At the Bar: Francesco Gaiano is a master behind the bar, with exceptional drinks and great professionalism. At the Bakery: Massimo in the pizzeria churns out spectacular pizzas, with perfect dough and cooking. In the Dining Room: Giovanni Fiorelli and the entire team welcome you with such attention, kindness, and energy that make you feel immediately at home. A beautiful atmosphere and an extraordinary staff that all pulls in the same direction. When you come here, you experience the region at its best. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

04/07/2026: A friend had spoken highly of this restaurant, and our expectations were high. When we arrived, the place was beautiful and clean, with friendly, cheerful service. We had the potatoes with cheddar for appetizers and the classic hot appetizer, both excellent and perfectly cooked. For the main course, we tried a little bit of everything: the sirloin was incredibly good, juicy (despite being cooked above medium), spectacularly cooked, and the baked potatoes were also delicious. The pasta with shrimp and pistachios was delicious, a more than generous portion (we were recommended, being foodies), and the pasta was perfectly cooked. And the pizzas were very good, flavorful, well-seasoned, and not at all heavy; even the baguette was amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't get to have dessert, but we'll definitely make up for it next time. In conclusion, well done everyone, a great restaurant, don't change. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent dishes in the best Trapani tradition, cooked with family care! The professional and friendly staff make you feel right at home. That's how it's done! Well done.

12/07/2026: You arrive, you line up regularly and wait your turn. When they call you, you can't sit down, and you skip out if everyone at the table isn't present... stand in line again! :( Thin and crispy pizza, very good! Reasonable prices compared to many other gourmet pizzerias.

08/08/2026: For now, I can only comment on the pizza and dessert, both excellently made, with quality ingredients and beautifully arranged. The service is quite fast and professional; I was very impressed by the maître d', very attentive, punctual, and knowledgeable: he understood our tastes and gave us excellent advice. Kudos to him and his staff. The restaurant has its own charm, which I really like, and is well-equipped to meet a variety of needs. The quality-price ratio is average; I'll add that, compared to other similar restaurants I frequent in Northern Italy, it's quite affordable, but we know that location makes all the difference. We'll be back to try the restaurant's dishes.

We did have to wait a little for our pizza, but honestly, it turned out to be a nice —it gave us some extra time to enjoy each other’s company before the meal. Once the food arrived, it was more than worth the wait. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious pizza and a great atmosphere, this place is a must-visit.
