All homemade and tasty: caponata, ricotta, cheese, olives, mushrooms, everything delicious! And not to mention the pizza! Soft and super-leavened dough, with that golden crust that smells of a wood-fired oven. I had the "old-fashioned tabisca": tomato, anchovies, pecorino, mountain oregano, and parmesan. Balanced, just the right amount of flavor! My partner chose the Siciliana with fried eggplant, parmesan, and basil. The eggplant was dry, not greasy at all, fantastic! A simple place that welcomes you with a smile and a chat. They tell you about the ingredients, where they come from, and you can see their pride in their homeland. Reasonable prices: €8-13 for such rich pizzas. Generous portions and top-notch ingredients. They have homemade almond parfaits, impossible to skip. If you love pizza, this place is a must-visit.
