La Fenice is the pizzeria I've always been looking for!!! Super seasoned pizza and not with the usual 4 sad things scattered around! Good quality of products. Short waiting times. The staff is welcoming and kind, they periodically worry about whether everything is to your satisfaction. This made us feel welcomed and pampered, small attentions that were not at all obvious. Absolutely affordable prices! The pizzas are around an average of €7-8 up to €15 for the "specials".

The place is cared for down to the smallest details, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The decor is elegant but simple, with light tones and floral details that make the environment relaxing and pleasant. The service was impeccable: the staff is extremely kind, attentive and helpful, capable of making every customer feel pampered and welcomed. Moving on to the food, every dish was a delight! We started with a hot mixed appetizer: croquettes, panelle, chips perfectly golden and tasty. The pizza with salmon, buffalo mozzarella and Greek yogurt was simply exceptional: soft and well-cooked dough, very fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a quiet evening with friends or family. We will definitely be back!

14/05/2025: Yesterday evening, accompanied by a friend, I went for the first time to this bistro in the center of Palermo. The place is sober with wooden tables of excellent size and well spaced from each other. The jazz music in the background accompanies without disturbing. We started with a mixed fried squid and baby squid, followed by spaghetti with sea urchins, certainly the best I have ever tasted. All accompanied by a good "Feudo Arancio" grill. A special note goes to the waitress who pampered us throughout the service with impeccable professionalism and friendliness. When I return to Palermo it will certainly be an essential stop. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location with a great view, comfortable rooms, abundant breakfast with a great variety of sweet and savory foods, during dinner you have the opportunity to taste delicious pizzas with an excellent dough and well seasoned I recommend the carbonara, the real and the bomb, in addition to many really good and well-priced dishes, in the pool I appreciated the very resistant deckchairs that do not embarrass those who have a certain weight like me☺️, I really recommend this structure maximum availability and kindness and care from all the staff I will continue to go ...

15/05/2025: A Hidden Gem of Sicilian Hospitality Staying at this authentic Sicilian family-run B&B was one of the most heartwarming and delicious travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like part of the family—warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and a sense of pride that radiated from every corner of the property. The rooms were charming, comfortable, and full of character, but the real highlight was the food. Breakfast had almost everything which was homemade, using fresh, homegrown ingredients from their land — such as olives, sundried tomatoes, roasted eggplants and zucchini, olive oil, etc. Each dish a love letter to Sicilian culinary tradition. They also had a feast of bread, cold cuts, cheeses, cookies, and pastries, etc. Every bite was rich in flavor and authenticity. What made the experience even more special was the passion the family poured into every detail, from the presentation of the meals to the stories shared. It didn’t feel like just a stay—it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Just a quick 20 minute drive to the valley of the temples or the Turkish steps. 01/06/2025: Excellente découverte ! Une pizzeria qui propose des produits de qualité à des prix très raisonnables. Les pizzas sont généreuses, bien garnies, avec une pâte fine et croustillante comme on aime. Le cadre est simple mais agréable, et l’accueil chaleureux. Un super rapport qualité-prix!

27/05/2025: Vi este restaurante mientras caminaba por Cefalú. Está fuera de la calle principal, pero es fácil de encontrar, ya que hay señales que conducen al restaurante. Fui por el Busiate alla Trapense que era bastante promedio, un poco demasiado acuoso. Todo el personal era amable. Los precios eran justos. Muchas opciones para vegetarianos y consumidores de carne por igual.
