15/10/2025: The pizza was truly delicious. Seating is available both inside and outside. The servers were also very friendly. The drinks might have a bit too much ice, but they're available without upon request. Definitely worth a visit! Larger groups are also possible (reservations are required, though).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There's a good selection of wines. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are very well-maintained and stylishly decorated. 28/09/2025: This place was recommended by several people. The pizza experience was quite good; if it weren't for the rest, I would have given it 4/5 stars. What lowered the average was the lack of clarity regarding both the reservation and the service. I called to make a reservation and was told that the table would be occupied by other customers starting at 8:00 PM and would be free as soon as it became available. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 PM and, after informing the staff of our arrival, we waited patiently. While waiting at a convenient table outside, we saw our designated table become available at 9:45 PM, but they didn't seat us until 10:00 PM, the time listed in their reservation book. Once seated, we ordered appetizers and pizzas. We chose "peeled potatoes" from the menu and expected them to be the actual potatoes, but instead, they delivered classic French fries. Which in itself isn't a big deal; the problem lies in pointing it out to the waitress, who replied, "These are potatoes with their skins on. When you fry them, the color of the skins has faded, but they're still there," which left us very perplexed. As I said at the beginning, the pizzas are quite good; the problem lies in the lack of clarity in communication. There's nothing wrong with saying "we're out of potatoes with their skins," but what's more annoying is the attempt to mock us, as if we'd never seen potatoes with their skins. I'd come back to try other pizzas; I hope I can change my mind about the rest.

05/10/2025: A truly disappointing experience at Oneida. We were lured by the offer of the "round pizza + sweet pizzolo + drink + coffee" menu for €17, but the reality was quite different. First of all, as soon as we arrived, we were forced to share the pizzoli with the pizzas, effectively limiting our freedom of choice and forcing us to order less than we wanted. None of this was written on the menu, so we felt a bit cheated. The sweet pizzolo, moreover, is not "per person" as one might expect, but one for every four people! This information was also completely missing from the menu. At the end of the meal, we asked for coffee, but decaf wasn't available. They offered us a sorbet or a bitter liqueur as an alternative. Thinking it was a courtesy (or at least included in the menu, since they were offering it as a substitute for the missing coffee), we accepted. When we got the bill, we discovered an extra €10 for the sorbets—€3 more per person than the €17 menu, because the one with the sorbet would have cost €20. It's a shame no one specified this, and it was simply presented as a change for the lack of coffee. When we complained, the response was a cold "it's on the menu," with no willingness to engage in dialogue or understanding. Overall, an unpleasant experience and lack of transparency in management. A place that started off with good promises but completely lost itself in confusion, a lack of clarity, and an attitude toward customers that was anything but fair. I don't think we'll return, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an honest place that lives up to its hype.

24/10/2025: This is our first time here, and I have to say that, aside from the somewhat long wait (which was understandable given the number of people seated), we were very happy and satisfied. The platter was delicious and plentiful, the pizzas excellent and full...!!! The place was clean and welcoming, the staff was "tidy", helpful, and kind. The prices are a bit high, I must say, but you pay for quality. What can I say?! We'll definitely be back, and for me, who's only been in Sicily for four months, this is definitely a great calling card...!!!

04/11/2025: High-end restaurant. At the invitation of colleagues from Catania, we tried this restaurant with its impeccable location in the center of Catania. The interior courtyard is truly well-kept and eye-catching, as is the table setting and decor. The menu offers both meat and fish dishes. I personally made a less than ideal choice, as the braised beef was really poorly presented, though overall it was good. It went better for the other diners, as both the entrecote and the fish dishes (although smaller portions) were very good. Honorable mention for the pizza: truly delicious. The wine was good and the service a bit slow, but it's worth a try!

10/10/2025: We had dinner at this place and were thrilled. Excellent food, very friendly staff, and a beautiful location. The pizza is truly Neapolitan, the pasta with potatoes and provola is a real treat, the cured meats are all delicious, even the babas are out of this world. I highly recommend it.

04/11/2025: My review is about the pizzeria. I dined with friends, made a reservation, and had zero wait time. The wait staff was professionally welcoming; our table was in the cave area. The location was beautiful and very elegant. Even the table linens were clean. The pizza was good; the toppings weren't abundant, but they were high-quality. The pizza wasn't burnt. Prices were reasonable. We were able to stroll outside after dinner. Digestion was uneventful. Recommended. Next time, we'll try the restaurant.
