02/05/2025: Difficult to find but excellent pizzas are worth it. A real car park, a refined and pleasant setting but the important thing is that the plates are on the table. Antipasti with local charcuterie, followed by a wonderful pizze and an almost light tiramisu 🤣🤣🤣 and not very sweet. With glass of wine and 2 bottles of water for less than €70 for two (full menus). We are going back tomorrow!!!

31/03/2025: Everything is excellent, I review it like this, the pizza is really the way I like it, crunchy, thin and the ingredients are of excellent quality, the wait staff is kind and always present, I will return with pleasure, I highly recommend Le Serre pizzeria.

30/05/2025: After our week-long sailing trip, we finally ended up at Ristorante Jessica. It was the highlight of our entire vacation. Excellent seafood and fish dishes. Extremely attentive staff and a very personable chef. Truly worth a visit! Despite the very high quality, the prices are reasonable, and the location right on the beach is sensational.

17/05/2025: While waiting for the afternoon opening of my travel and life companion's art group show, we stopped at this place near the Statue of Liberty, which is much more than just a bakery: it also includes a bar and a restaurant. We were in a hurry, but we couldn't resist tasting some excellent anelletti al forno and an irresistible sfincione palermitano. We finished with an excellent coffee, in a pleasant and original location. If you have more time, it's really worth stopping calmly and enjoying everything.

17/05/2025: Pizza is a food that I eat only once a week, but since I came to Italy, I ate countless pizzas for two weeks until I got sick of them. I started with the somewhat unfamiliar name of spicione. Spicione refers to sponge pizza, and it is an Italian name for the dough that is fluffy and thick like a sponge. It is not round but square-shaped, and it is characterized by its appearance similar to pizza bread. I arrived at a bakery slightly outside of downtown Palermo to eat spicione. I originally thought it was a pizza place, but it was a bakery that sold pizza, and it was busy with locals buying bread until late at night. You can choose other breads from the display case, and for pizza, there is a menu attached, so you can refer to it and order. When you order, they cut the pizza baked in a huge mold and heat it up once. The price for the two signature pizzas, spicione and Siciliana, and two bottles of beer was less than 10 euros. I was surprised at the cost-effectiveness and was impressed by the friendly staff. As I mentioned earlier, the pizza is square and cut into 8 pieces so that you can eat it one by one. The edges are baked crispy, similar to Detroit pizza, and the dough is focaccia, which is probably not Italian. As the name suggests, Siciliana contains ingredients from Sicily. Instead of tomato paste, it is topped with a lot of herbs, finely chopped cherry tomatoes, caccicavallo cheese, anchovies, and onions. Since the dough is thick, the taste of the ingredients should be absorbed into the dough, but the texture of the dough was moist as if it was soaked in water, so it wasn't like that at all. The savory taste of the cheese, anchovies, and onions were also well-infused into the dough. The spiciness of the spiciness was much heavier than that of the Siciliana because it was based on tomato paste. The ingredients felt like they had completely soaked into the dough, and the saltier taste went well with beer.​ Personally, I don't think that Spinchione surpasses Neapolitan pizza because my taste for pizza is so strong. However, it was definitely delicious, and considering the price, I want to eat it more often than Neapolitan pizza.

25/05/2025: Really enjoyable evening. After leaving the Greek theater, after the theatrical performance we went to this beautiful place. We were welcomed with extreme kindness and sincere smiles. The menu is fun and the dishes are exquisite. Very good pasta, octopus and swordfish really top notch. We ended with a fruit salad. Beautiful experience

25/05/2025: I went to eat at this wonderful place. Original. Creative. Simply incredible. We had both the pasta with shrimp (unforgettable) and delicious pizzas both with Neapolitan dough and those a ruota di carro. I recommend it to all of you who read.

28/05/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Ortigia. Young and friendly staff. Modern and very well furnished environment. You can see some beautiful wallpapers on the walls. The pizza was good but the digestibility of the same was really complicated. So my judgment on the food cannot go beyond two stars.

04/06/2025: Consigliato da mio figlio Tommaso e Valentina la sua compagna, siamo riusciti fortunatamente a prenotare in questo meraviglioso posto in cui fare esperienza del mangiare bene curato da un ottimo chef. Ottima l'accoglienza e una carta molto completa che abbina sia un menu alla carta di pesce sia un vasto menu di pizze e fritti. Ho scelto per l'accasione una pizza con burrata e pistacchio, veramente ottima cosi come ottimi i fritti. Vale il posto e vale il cibo. Tutti gli altri miei commensali hanno scelto cose diverse e tutti hanno apprezzato le loro pietanze. Ottimo anche l'accoglienza e la gentilezza e raffinatezza della proprietaria. Ho conosciuto anche lo chef che ci ha salutato e conversato amabilmente con il nostro gruppo prima di lasciare il locale.

27/05/2025: 5 stars deserves it all!! We celebrated my baby's baptism everything was really very nice and elegant at the same time, our menu included fried appetizers and pizza. (tasty good pizza) their wood-fired oven in sight is wonderful 🤩 A thank you goes to Mr. LA ROSA and the staff because finding kind and helpful people today is not easy. I RECOMMEND GOING TO EAT AT GRACE RESTAURANT.

22/05/2025: First of all, I ate very well, the place is nice and clean and the staff is kind and qualified. The only thing I don't understand is the name and the menu. The restaurant is called "Sicilia Nostra", as a Sicilian I only find 3/4 "our" dishes, the rest are dishes served everywhere. Some pleasant reinterpretations like the Bottoni al gambero rosso.....but not much of Sicily. It's a shame because for the price paid I would have liked more courage.

When you frequent an excellent place for a long time the risk is that it fails to live up to the already high expectations. Here, however, the expectations are always higher. Compliments to all the staff, from the kitchen to the dining room. A rarity. Highly recommended

03/05/2025: Very pleasant dinner. The two of us ordered a Sikelia starter, scallops with porcini mushrooms and Palermo-style cutlet. The order arrived very quickly and the dishes were much appreciated by both, especially the scallops. We will definitely be back. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Francesco.
