Beautiful view of Etna and vineyards. Parking is available and has disabled parking at the front of the restaurant.

The fish antipasti platters—both al crudo and cooked—bring the essence of the Mediterranean Sea straight to your table. Fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented, they set the tone for a memorable meal. Here, food truly becomes art, and flavor turns into an experience. Pasta dishes are served perfectly al dente and elegantly plated. We enjoyed carbonara al tartufo and bucatini all’amatriciana, followed by a beef fillet in gorgonzola sauce that was simply divine. The flavors blend harmoniously, and the cooking is spot on. If you’re looking for authentic cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and a peaceful dining setting, we highly recommend this gem.

20/07/2025: Ineguagliabile!!! Pizza di altissimo livello, ingredienti scelti con cura accolti da un impasto leggero e nello stesso tempo buonissimo. Location molto bella, una scalinata con diverse terrazze. Personale molto gentile e sorridente, ottimo rapporto qualitá prezzo. Da provare e tornarci non appena possibile.

31/07/2025: The pizzas are delicious. The crust is thin and crispy, and the ingredients are fresh, which is a real plus in a tourist area. To top it all off, during the 10-minute wait, a small band played music in front of the restaurant, which made for a very enjoyable experience! I highly recommend it.

The food is simply outstanding, full of rich, authentic flavors that truly capture the essence of Sicilian cuisine. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home every time we walked through the door. And then there's pizza number 19 — a masterpiece. Without exaggeration, it’s the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Perfectly baked, bursting with flavor, and unforgettable from the very first bite. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and eat here. Corte dei Medici is more than just a restaurant — it’s an experience. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We tried pizza and sandwiches, which were thoroughly enjoyed by the entire group. The service was quick and very friendly, always accommodating to every request. Personal recommendation: the delicious pizza with porcini mushrooms, guanciale, and Ragusano cheese cream.

01/08/2025: Posto molto bello, inserito in una città Scicli che emana fascino. Nulla da dire sulla pizza e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglierei di migliorare la qualità della Birra e dell’acqua frizzante (decisamente sgasata). Per il resto darei sicuramente una seconda possibilità. Qualità/prezzo 4 Servizio 3,5 Birra e bevande 3.

On the panoramic terrace where you can have lunch or dinner al fresco, there's a beautiful fountain that enhances the beauty of the place. The pizza is delicious, made with sourdough and quality toppings. The waiters are very kind and knowledgeable. And the owners are always there to welcome you with a warm smile. The menu is very varied, with both fish and meat, and everything is fresh and high-quality. If you want to eat well and have a wonderful evening, this is definitely one of the best restaurants in the city.
