20/04/2026: A charming restaurant tucked away from the main shopping street, quiet with few passersby. The pizza was absolutely delicious!

20/04/2026: Great pizzas in a beautiful setting We found La Napoletana just off the main drag in Taormina and were very glad we did! The staff were so helpful and didn't bat an eyelid when we asked to share a starter and pizza (we were a little full after conducting extensive tests on the local gelatos 😋). There were so many pizzas to choose from, including several we hadn't seen anywhere else. The food tasted so delicious and fresh. The staff were friendly and service was fast. Highly recommended!

02/06/2026: I met Mrs. Nancy, who not only gave me good advice but also proved to be a serious and knowledgeable professional. The dining room, which was quite crowded, maintained an above-average level of service, and so we had a very quick dinner.

20/02/2026: For us, the second best pizza during the holiday. Very nice atmosphere and good pizza. I appreciate that it is a restaurant and not a buffet. We liked the wine from the jug and the service was the best we encountered during the holiday. The establishment cannot be recommended.

25/05/2026: A good place for dinner, it boasts several awards for best pizzas. There's a wide variety of options and the staff is very friendly. However, while the pizzas were quite good, they didn't strike me as outstanding compared to other Italian pizzerias. Total price around €23 per person.

07/05/2026: We had a horrible experience at the restaurant. I went to Castelmola many times and everywhere people were friendly. Elena, our server was annoyed just by the fact we entered with 3 children. The place was quiet and I said we're going to sit at the last table outside just to make sure children won't bother anyone. The question 'What do you want?' is unacceptable even if English isn't the first language for someone, but she asked also in Italian : Cosa volete?! in a hurry like we were on her way in a quiet place.... My 4 years old daughter was tired so she lifted up the plastic table cover and I told her to put it down. Elena in the other hand has told her off; stop it! Now your family can't eat here because of you!!! She looked at her so badly even though she stopped when I asked her to sit still. The pizza Margherita was okay and the 2 aperols as well, but the service....never again. My card didn't work contactless and she kept shouting it's NEGATIVE PAYMENT, NEGATIVE NEGATIVE....I said we can insert the the card of course and then it worked....never again, never!!!! Elena, educate yourself!!!

12/06/2026: During our vacation, we found this little pizzeria during an evening exploration walk. We had dinner here twice, both times we managed to sit at the inside counter facing the oven - it was great to wait for the pizza in this quiet peace and then eat it. The dough is very delicious, thin and crispy. It was a new and delightful experience, because we had not eaten this type of pizza before. We found well-chosen flavor combinations here, and the quantity was just enough to give a pleasant feeling of satiety. Locals also eat here, and judging by the reactions, it can be said that they are returning customers who really love this place. We had kind, polite service, I recommend it wholeheartedly 🤗🌞

27/09/2025: The atmosphere is discreetly furnished in a nautical style, with indoor and outdoor tables on a nice veranda. The staff is well-trained and ready to accommodate your requests. The restrooms are clean, although not overly large. The fish caponata is truly exquisite, as are the paccheri allo scoglio, with fresh cherry tomatoes. Overall, the prices are fair for the quality of the dishes.

24/09/2025: A beautifully decorated place where everything breathes the sea. Lovely interior and fantastic food! The service was also excellent! Definitely recommended for a stop for lunch or dinner!

08/12/2025: A place every Italian city should have. Atmospheric, affordable, and delicious. The pizza is not large, priced at €2.00, but very tasty. Good beer is also not expensive at €2.50. I highly recommend it.

01/05/2026: It can all be explained in one word... EXCEPTIONAL We ate some delicious pizzas made with quality ingredients, but I'd like to highlight the gluten-free pizza, made with homemade dough. It's the best I've ever eaten... highly recommended. I'll be back.
