24/09/2025: We organized a wonderful party for about 60 people at Manuja in September 2025 under the new management of Giorgia and her husband. Aside from their kindness and helpfulness, the food was delicious, we had a great time, the place was magical, and the buffet was so good! We had both vegetarians and celiacs, and they were able to accommodate every request. Thank you so much for organizing our pre-wedding!

24/08/2025: Our expectations were a bit disappointing, with pizzas that were unfortunately not good. I can only hope it was just a moment and that everything becomes 5 stars 😜

07/08/2026: Fantastic. In a small place I found so much goodness, superlative staff. The pizza was super good, I even ate the edges. I recommend it. Pizzeria Etna Pedara. I recommend it. I usually take photos too. But you'll understand it smelled amazing. I devoured it. Next time I'll take a photo. 😋

25/01/2026: I placed a delivery order. The pizza was stringy, the fries raw and unsalted. I called their number to ask if they could cut the pizzas (given the delivery delay), and initially they said yes. After a few moments, the pizza chef said in the background that they had already left because the pizzas were already boxed.

05/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Mamà Pizza Bistrot and the experience was positive. The pizza is excellent, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. A special highlight is their exquisite almond parfait, truly delicious and the perfect end to a meal. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to their guests' needs. The location is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a peaceful dinner away from the hustle and bustle.

18/03/2026: We had pizza for dinner. It's not your typical soft-crust, high-crust pizza, but a very crispy one. The ingredients are very good, and the service is excellent. The prices are a bit higher than average, but we saved a bit with The Fork.

26/05/2026: Historic pizzeria in the heart of Acireale. Really good pizza, fair price. The pizza is very light and easy to digest. Gluten-free pizza is also available, with a noteworthy dough.

03/05/2026: Burnt pizza, shown to the owner that it was burned underneath, and he didn't say a word, pretending nothing had happened. Added to the bill.

15/08/2026: The wait staff was kind but unprofessional. The waiter was rude and inattentive to the customer's needs, as the air conditioning wasn't working in one part of the room, and he justified his actions by saying it was 40 degrees outside. We politely asked for a solution to the problem and received presumptuous and pretentious answers. It's a shame, the food was mediocre, but for the price, we couldn't expect fresh, quality fish. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not very enjoyable due to the extreme heat in the room. This experience will never make me return, primarily because of the lack of empathy and kindness toward the customer.

15/08/2026: Took more than an hour for the food to arrive, certain people who came after us got their food before me. Overall, not worth if you sony have the patience to ask multiple times that your food will be forgotten.

15/08/2026: An excellent place to have a quiet lunch and enjoy good food with a sea view. The owner is very kind, as are the rest of the staff! The pizza was excellent, as was the spaghetti alla roccia, which I really enjoyed. Even though there were 12 of us, the service was quick and satisfying. Highly recommended.

03/08/2026: The atmosphere is very welcoming as soon as you walk in; you immediately feel at ease. The service is impeccable, the staff are friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, even when the place is full. As for the pizzas, they're a real treat. The crust is thin and perfectly crispy, the ingredients are fresh and generously distributed. You can tell it's made with care, and that makes all the difference. Special mention goes to the cooking, which is perfect—neither overcooked nor undercooked. The only thing that bothered me a little was the hygiene. I noticed that the person putting the ham on the pizzas didn't wash their hands before handling it. They did wash them right after, though. Apart from that, I have nothing else to mention. Overall, we had a great time, the food was delicious, and we received a warm welcome. I recommend this pizzeria for its atmosphere and the quality of its pizzas, hoping that the hygiene standards will be improved.

01/08/2026: To be honest, I wasn't in the mood when I entered, I entered by chance, it was quite late, past 11pm, on a Saturday night, in the summer, in unbearable heat, but there was nothing else open in the hotel area. We shared a kind of calzone, beer, water, fast service, efficient, that pizza with a kind of cheese like buratta and a few slices of salami was really good. It was good, but it didn't impress me. I understood that it was a traditional place, we were tired, we were in a hurry, maybe next time we will study the menu better and try something more sophisticated. You pay 4 euros for the table, 6 euros for the beer, 4 euros for the water, 12 euros for the calzone.

01/05/2026: We had lunch in Racalmuto, the birthplace of Leonardo Sciascia and the birthplace of Gaetano Savatteri, where we took a bus trip on a beautiful Sunday in April. It's truly a rich town for tourism, because you'd never imagine a place with just 7,500 inhabitants has so much to tell and see. Lo Zenzero Restaurant was once a favorite haunt of actors and singers who performed at the beautiful Teatro Regina Margherita, just steps from the restaurant. Our assessment of the lunch was positive, and the owner, Mr. Andrea, and his young staff deserve encouragement, because those who stay in town and don't emigrate to find work elsewhere demonstrate courage and a desire to succeed despite the myriad difficulties faced by the people of this land... Thanks to Mr. Andrea, his wife who prepared the meal, and the girls who served us at the tables with kindness and great availability! Warm greetings from Alcamo!

08/07/2026: It's beautiful and the food is good. The pizza used to be better and the prices were more affordable. Now they're breaking your back. For a pizza and a beer, I want 20 euros. Otherwise, it's okay.
