12/03/2026: A relaxing evening in a warm, welcoming room, served attentively and professionally by the waitress. Quick service, pizzas with generous toppings, well-cooked, and not a single burnt crust. Almond parfait served decoratively on a large plate, laden with almonds. Excellent value, a pizzeria I absolutely recommend!

23/03/2026: The pizzas weren't bad, nothing extraordinary. The problem was that they charged €5 for each glass of wine we had, and it was pretty awful. Shameless; they took advantage of the fact that the wine price wasn't listed on the menu.

15/02/2026: We chose this agriturismo by chance. We booked by mentioning that we had a friend who didn't consume dairy products, and they prepared the dishes separately, without compromising the quality. Everything was excellent, well-prepared, and you could taste the food fresh and cooked to order.

09/06/2026: Excellent pizza, truly delicious, and crispy fried food, clearly made with fresh, high-quality oil. However, due to the large number of guests, we had dinner at 11:00 PM with pizzas (pizza rounds). We adults resisted, but the kids less so. It's a shame, because, as I repeat, the food was impeccable.

26/04/2026: We found ourselves in Paternò thanks to the GPS, which had gone haywire. At first, I wondered where we'd ended up 🤦; it felt like we were in a town in the Neapolitan hinterland. Everything was closed, no shops were open, nowhere to eat, and the streets were deserted. It was the mid-August holiday. Then, as we set off, we began to discover the town: A Norman tower; a large church; and finally, a restaurant and pizzeria that was about to open: "Ottavo Senso." Judging by the photos in the brochure and the menu, the dishes looked delicious; we then watched others enjoy them. We were craving pizza, so we opted for the one with pistachios, tomatoes, and mozzarella. The place was starting to get crowded, but the pizza never arrived. We chatted, distracted by the pretty good place, while time passed. After a while, the waitress arrived with the pizzas, which, just looking at them and smelling them, gave off a smell that made our already-growing appetite even more intense. 🙄 It was worth it. We've never had such a good pizza. They didn't skimp on the pistachios: they were there. We were full and still eating; my wife took me out to the car with the wheelbarrow. I don't remember how much we paid, but if it had been expensive, we certainly would have remembered. In short: the place was beautiful, the Norman tower and other antiques were beautiful, the people were also beautiful, and the "Ottavo Senso" restaurant and pizzeria, which rounded out the experience with a bang. We'll definitely be back.

15/02/2026: Simply exceptional pizza! The dough is light, well-leavened, and very digestible, with a soft, fragrant crust. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality; you can really taste the difference. Home delivery was very punctual, and the pizza arrived still hot and perfectly packaged. Friendly and attentive service, a wide selection on the menu, and excellent value. One of the best home-delivered pizzas I've ever had. Highly recommended! 🍕

03/03/2026: Very friendly staff and 1 pizza took 10 minutes to get ready on a weekday in winter. Tried 2 pizzas and one of them was watery that the pizza drops. Went the other day to try a different pizza with dry ingredients but the ingredients were plain and they put little toppings.

21/12/2025: This restaurant is located at the beginning of the famous Caltagirone steps, and has a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Service is prompt and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, especially the "La Scala" pasta, which we would have eaten again. The fries were hot and crispy, and the grilled meat was delicious. A great experience.

09/12/2025: We went for a company lunch! Everything was excellent! The place was welcoming and the set menu delicious! Italian appetizers (with special mention for the frittatina with peppers and caponata), two pasta dishes (one with walnut sauce and the other, the chef's signature, "la scala" with fennel and sausage), and dessert to finish! The service was impeccable, the staff were very kind and attentive! We will definitely visit you again! Thank you.

10/11/2025: Delicious food, I even managed to eat it gluten-free. I'm in a small town in Sicily, so I don't expect the staff to speak English. Authentic Sicilian food, where the locals eat. For me and my husband, it was a real hit. People who expect elegance and service using BBC English should think twice and go to the capital, not the outskirts. Anyone who wants to experience local flavors and atmosphere is in the best place. I recommend it ❤️

05/06/2026: Food was good but experience was completely ruined by the random extra charges added to the bill. Why is there a charge on the table?? Never had this in any other restaurant in Sicily - when I asked about it he looked ‘surprised’ and said all restaurants had it. Do not recommend.
