23/03/2025: The pizzas are good and the staff is quite friendly and nice. However, the real problem with this pizzeria is the on-site experience. The place is so crowded that the tables are stuck on top of each other, making any movement a challenge. Getting up to go to the bathroom or go out to smoke is an adventure: you literally have to push the people sitting down to make your way. For this reason, the only time it is worth getting up is to go and pay the bill. During the evening I received elbows, shoves, bag hits and even butt hits on the head (yes, you read that right), all due to insufficient space between the tables. This management of spaces is at the limit of tolerability and, probably, also of safety. It's a real shame, because the pizzas were good, but the overall experience was so uncomfortable that we will definitely never return.

20/03/2025: Good pizza with generous dimensions and excellent toppings.. The room is good and it is pleasant to be outside in the summer. Highly recommended

23/03/2025: Nice location with ample parking (shame it's a bit hidden), but if you discover it you'll definitely come back! The delicious pizza, quality products and a varied menu compared to the classics.. friendly and welcoming staff, fast service.. we will definitely be back 😉

02/02/2025: Intrigued by a promotional video, we wanted to try the shank cooked by Crilú. To start, we shared a choreographic platter of excellent quality cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by fragrant morsels of fried pizza and flanked by caponata, courgette rolls and sautéed mushrooms with potatoes. Some of us enjoyed the pork shank, very tender and cooked just right, with a side dish of baked potato cubes. Others ordered pizzas, baked and fried, all excellent. Those who still had room chose a dessert and we were kindly offered some glasses of high quality grappa. As far as drinks are concerned, we started with a For Sale, an artisanal American Amber Ale produced by the Modican Tarí brewery, to continue with Birra dello Strait. The strong point of Crilú is always the service, very efficient, combined with the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The location is warm and welcoming and the fact that it is surrounded by nature represents an added value.

10/04/2025: Ho mangiato al Ragno d'Oro sia a pranzo che a cena ed è una garanzia! Lo staff è meraviglioso, i proprietari sono disponibilissimi e molto attenti ad ogni dettaglio, i ragazzi di sala attenti ad ogni richiesta e super gentili. Abbiamo mangiato in gruppo: zuppa di cozze, spaghetto con le sarde, frittura mista e insalata di seppie all'arancia con crostini al curry, tutto spettacolare. A cena la pizza era buonissima: cotta in forno a legna, con ingredienti freschi e soprattutto impasto digeribilissimo. Consiglio assolutamente. Cenare con vista tramonto sul lungomare di Cefalù è incredibile e il Ragno d'Oro offre una vista pazzesca😍😍

27/10/2024: Este restaurante es uno de los muchos a lo largo de la bahía en Cefalu y tuvimos un almuerzo muy agradable aquí. Elegimos una variedad de 'contorni' y realmente disfrutamos de todos. A pesar de que tradicionalmente se trata de guarniciones, tener 4 o 5 para compartir hace una muy buena comida para dos. El servicio estaba bien y el ambiente animado y bueno.

02/04/2025: Locale ordinato, pulito, curato. Ho potuto apprezzare la professinalita del personale, discreto, accogliente, sempre pronto a consigliarti e descriverti una portata Ottima la pizza. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

01/04/2025: Don carmelo non fallisce un colpo , pizza strepitosa , tortino al cioccolato da guinness word record , tutto accompagnato da un attento servizio . Oltre ai cinque pallini aggiungo tanti complimenti.

17/03/2025: Cibo veramente di bassa bassa qualità e prezzi ingiustificatamente alti, in tutto ciò nonostante l’orario non di punta, abbiamo aspettato 1 ora d’orologio per due semplici portate e l’acqua e una birra sono state portate dopo 15 minuti sotto sollecito. Servizio scadente è dir poco. Sconsigliato.

15/12/2024: I'm really sorry, but this time I'm forced to give a negative review: I've been to this place to order something twice, in the first case I ordered a piadina with porchetta, ketchup and mayonnaise...they brought me a piadina with ham without ketchup and without mayonnaise. In the second case (i.e. today) I had ordered a pizza diavola + chips, they delivered this pizza to me and once I got home I found a very simple devil without chips despite having paid a supplement of €1.50.

08/09/2024: Nice location on the sea as expected. Terrible service, the waitress looking fed up and condescending asks us what we want to order without offering us the dishes Giorno or the fish of the day which are instead offered to the other two tables who we later discover are regular customers. We order the sweet and sour sardines, many of which are good, and a green salad. That We are served "house" oil in a cruet unlike the other tables where "good" oil is brought in a bottle. What a lack of style and rudeness to make distinctions between customers!! I believe it is one of the first rules of catering and education. I'm sorry for the very kind owner who unfortunately didn't serve us!

08/09/2024: Location carina sul mare come da aspettativa. Servizio pessimo , la cameriera con aria stufa e di sufficienza ci chiede cosa vogliamo ordinare senza proporci i piatti del Giorno o il pesce della giornata che invece vengono proposti agli altri due tavoli che dopo scopriamo essere dei clienti abituali . Ordiniamo le sardine in agrodolce, molte buone e insalata verde . Quella Ci viene servito dell’olio della “casa” in un’oliera a differenza degli altri tavoli a cui viene portato l’olio “buono “ in bottiglietta. Che caduta di stile e maleducazione fare distinzioni tra i clienti !! Credo sia una delle prime regole della ristorazione ed educazione . Mi spiace per la proprietaria molto gentile che però sfortunatamente non ci ha servito !

16/12/2024: Ottima pizzeria, tanti posti a sedere fuori. La pizza è buona come gli ingredienti freschi. Ho provato il liquore a limone e al melone consigliato dalla cameriera e posso dire che sono buonissimi. Cameriere gentili disponibili, e sanno consigliare al meglio. Un po da migliorare il servizio avendo attenzione per delle dimenticanze. Per il resto tt ok Facile accesso per chi è disabile come me
