25/09/2025: Choosing this place was a challenge. I've been in Bagheria all my life and I wasn't familiar with it. It was a lovely surprise. I'd read the reviews, and the negative ones about the service made me hesitate...but instead, everything was great. I was in such a rush to eat that I didn't notice one of the photos I took was blurry because my phone was falling out of my hand 😅 We were supposed to have fish for dinner, but the smell of the pizza intoxicated us, so we ordered it as an appetizer. My pickiness means I always try the dough before anything else. A little salty for me because I usually eat less salty, but it was delicious. The popped cosse still had the flavor of the sea...fantastic! When I go to a new place, I always try the risotto, my favorite dish by the way...I loved it, it's second on my personal list. My husband had the busiate with red mullet and fennel (blurred photo 🤣), excellent! It goes without saying that the fried fish is always the undisputed star...superlative! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, and equally surprised by the bill...well done...you deserve my 5 stars!!!!

08/10/2025: Last Saturday, my wife and I went to this pizzeria, and what happened was absolutely shameful. I had a reservation for 8:30 PM. I arrived on time, told the waiter I had a reservation, and asked for a table. He told me to ask a colleague, so I waited. After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked the same waiter if it was finally possible to sit down. The answer was always the same: "You have to ask a colleague, but I couldn't tell who this colleague was." Meanwhile, other people arrived and were promptly seated, and I thought: "They must have a reservation before me." But that wasn't the case at all. Shortly afterward, a couple I know arrived, and despite having, by their own admission, a reservation after mine, for 9:30 PM, they were promptly seated. At this point, I've had enough, and I'm very impatient, so I go and talk to the owner and explain what happened. He still, almost unsure of what to do, tells me that the waiter made a mistake, but at the same time does nothing to correct his and his waiters' incompetence. At this point, after this shameful response, my wife and I left, and we will never return to this place. Everything was completely sloppy, but above all, shameful. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I forgot, I gave it one star, but in reality, I shouldn't have even given that.

05/10/2025: Honestly, the restaurant is unhygienic and the pizzas are tasteless.

30/08/2025: The food is very good, the pizza was impeccable and also the pepperoni, but inside the place it's too hot, maybe because it's summer but in winter it's a refuge against the cold, but I don't pay attention to the details, but the quality of the service is the quality of the food, so you deserve 5 stars on everything. I recommend it.

The location is ideal: close to the center but far enough away to ensure peace and relaxation. The atmosphere is made even more pleasant by soft background music that accompanies the evening without disturbing. The menu is varied and well-curated, with traditional dishes and excellent pizzas, prepared with quality ingredients. You can taste the passion in every course. But what really makes the difference is the welcome: every time we are greeted with the radiant smile of Melania, the owner's daughter, who brightens the evening with her cheerfulness. We're not relatives, just customers who are happy to return time and time again. Highly recommended for those seeking good food, tranquility, and a family atmosphere. 04/08/2025: Order cancelled on Just Eat. But if you're offering a service, why cancel the order? Was it so complicated to make two takeaway rolls? Customer lost!

02/09/2025: I called the pizzeria and ordered two pizzas for 9pm, but when I arrived at the place at that time, the pizzeria was closed. I can't understand why they responded by saying yes.

26/08/2025: Pizzas ordered for 9:15 PM. I call them at 9:40 PM and they say they're on their way, but another half hour goes by, I call again and they say the same thing, they're about to arrive. They arrive at 10:15 PM. Poor organization, because it's not the first time. It happened on a Saturday and I overlooked it because it was possible, but this time on a Tuesday, I don't think there's anything to justify. This is just bad organization. Except that for two "cold" ham sandwiches and a Margherita, I paid 18 euros, a bit excessive. I strongly advise against it.

05/08/2025: Eating at Foscolo 3 is a wonderful experience. Johnnie and his stuff will take care of you and your party from the onset and they will also accommodate special requests, if given proper notice. If you come here, take your time to enjoy your company and your food. It is something that cannot be rushed. Meat cuts are out of this world and pizza selection fits everybody’s taste. Hope you keep it up like this!

21/04/2025: Elegant table and attentive table service, but too long waiting times. The pizzas are very good, but the meat-based main courses are limited in quantity and not out of the ordinary, the price is unjustified, their hot bread is good. The desserts were absolutely disappointing, we ordered a cheesecake and a strudel which in reality were completely different, but I appreciated that they gave us some free biscuits at the end of the dinner.

05/10/2025: Despite the negative reviews and finding no pizzeria with seating on a Sunday at 1:30 p.m., we sat down anyway and have no complaints. Fast service, efficient server, regular pizza, and even a free tiramisu for dessert. A nice, long pizzeria in a busy, lively alleyway.

04/10/2025: It's cheeky to charge €3 per person and, last but not least, 10% of the total bill for service. The food was average, but we weren't served at the same time; I only got it after my wife had finished eating.

03/10/2025: Not so good anymore, the pizza had a thick base that was very hard and tasted of nothing. Last year was a bit better. I don't recommend this place. I had reserved a table for 7 p.m. by phone and when we arrived, the manager said it was way too early. We should go for a walk and come back later, and all of this with our severely disabled daughter who has difficulty walking and can only walk with our help.

22/07/2025: Tasty first course, well-topped pizza, well-cooked dough, and excellent leavening—no thirst overnight. Highly recommended.

08/07/2025: The waiters were very polite... but we had to wait too long for the dishes... we waited almost 90 minutes.

02/09/2025: Historic sandwich shop in Santa Venerina... what can I say... the legend finds form and flavor in a unique location. The structure recalls the characteristics of an Irish bar... without neglecting typical Sicilian flavors, friendly and helpful staff. I hope everyone can stop by!

11/07/2025: Nous sommes arrives tard le soir et sans réservation,,nous avons attendu 3' et nous avons été tres bien installé. Il y a une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnele.Des serveurs très sympathiques alors qu'il y avait le problème de la langue,on ne parle pas italien ni anglais. Le repas fut excellents et de très bonne qualité/ prix. Nous y reviendrons pour la fin de nos vacances.
