15/01/2025: Das Lupo di Mare ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse, wenn man auf Meeresfrüchte steht. Ich empfehle Frittura Mista di pesce. Ferner gibt es nebenan noch einen dazugehörigen Wein-Laden, aus welchem man im Restaurant bedient wird, oder einfach Wein kaufen kann. Die Geschäftsführerin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert.

Vasta scelta di antipasti, ottimi primi, pesce sempre fresco da accompagnare con vini siciliani. Servizio eccellente, complimenti alla titolare Antonia che porta avanti con grande passione l'attività di famiglia, continuando in modo eccellente e con scelte oculate i sacrifici del grande Pippo e di Cristina.

As soon as we took a seat at the table (far from other diners and on the wall) the owner approached to ask if it was possible to muzzle the dog because some customers sitting on the other side of the room, and above all """LAWYERS"""", had expressed complaints and concern (unfounded) for the safety of their children who were quite far away from the dog and from our table (I specify that to come into visual and physical contact with the dog, the children would have had to get under our table table, since the dog itself was already crouched under the table, tied to the chair with the leash, facing the wall and therefore invisible to the other diners). Given the rudeness and ignorance not only of the diners but also of the owner, incapable of managing an extremely calm situation, we decided to get up a few minutes after taking our seats and leave. I strongly advise owners not to define the farm as pet friendly and to learn to make a selection not only with the breeds of dogs that can enter but also with the customers they welcome, who are certainly not worth more than a dog because they have a degree to show off during Sunday lunch. Palm Sunday, we show up at the scheduled time, not even time to sit down and the owner asks us if we have a muzzle because he has received a complaint from a bystander who claims to be a lawyer. We reply that we do not have a muzzle, but that the dog is used to going to restaurants, does not bark and is extremely calm. The owner counters by suggesting that we put the dog outside or sit at an outdoor table. Naturally we refuse, also because in the presence of a very elderly lady. Certainly in public places open to the public, access for dogs is decided by the owner of the business, but a muzzle is mandatory in the presence of dangerous situations. The owner should have assessed the specific case. He welcomed us with a joke in very bad taste about the dog, he didn't know how to handle the situation, choosing on the basis of an academic degree, when in fact we all have degrees and the undersigned is a professor of law and economics. Rather than pretending to be pet friendly, I recommend prohibiting access to animals since they are not even capable of managing human beings. I advise you to avoid booking at this restaurant In response to the law cited by the owner: I inform you that the law you cited, which has also been repealed, concerns a completely different subject. I invite you to update yourself! Also on dog breeds, my dog ​​is an Amstaff. 01/10/2024: Consigliatissimo! Una struttura a conduzione familiare, che gode di uno splendido spazio esterno con ristorante e albergo. Quando arrivi percepisci da subito un’atmosfera semplice e accogliente, il proprietario ti accoglie con calore e ti senti subito a casa. Molto attenti alle nostre richieste, ci hanno serviti con gentilezza e cura dei dettagli. Allego le foto dei piatti che abbiamo mangiato, con grande piacere dei nostri palati! La caponata di pesce fatta in casa e l’insalata di mare erano sublimi! Per non parlare dei ravioloni di cernia… una goduria! La villa si trova in una posizione comoda vicinissima alla spiaggia e al paese: ci torneremo di certo! 👍

When you arrive you immediately perceive a simple and welcoming atmosphere, the owner welcomes you warmly and you immediately feel at home. Very attentive to our requests, they served us with kindness and attention to detail. We ate fish-based meals with great pleasure for our palates! The homemade fish caponata and the seafood salad were sublime! Not to mention the grouper ravioli... a delight! The villa is in a convenient location very close to the beach and the village: we will definitely be back! 👍
