08/03/2026: Nice place and friendly staff. Thin, crispy pizza, with no crust. Worth a try when in the area. Edit: After 7 months, the ingredients on top of the dough have shrunk, and the parmesan cheese didn't taste like parmesan to me.

18/05/2026: The red wine was gone, the appetizer was gone, the dessert was gone. The food wasn't good. The service was unsatisfactory. The ambiance was great.

15/05/2026: Stayed in Syracuse for 7 days, tried a few trattoria then discovered this one, and returned 3 times. The grilled fish was as good as any 5 star restaurant, the vino locale both red and white were excellent and great value. Pizzas lovely, and the orange salad, and octopus salads were also delicious.

17/04/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.

28/03/2026: After the fourth time I've ordered takeout pizza by appointment and waited, I've decided not to go there again. The reservation is worthless; they give you a time and then start taking your order when you show up. So, if you have guests, you're making a poor impression. It's better to be honest and say you only make pizzas if you see the customer face to face. Totally unreliable.

10/05/2026: This pizzeria was recommended to us, and we tried it. Very nice atmosphere. The welcome could be improved. We didn't like the food. They recommended their own chips. They were bitter, some burned, some soggy. Of the four pizzas, only one was cooked well; the others were cooked on top but very white on the bottom, practically raw.

08/05/2026: Extremely slow service and inconsistent food quality I visited this restaurant with high expectations after the show in Teatro Greco, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The main issue was the pacing and service. We placed a simple order (pasta and pizza) at 21:57, but our food didn't arrive until 11:00 PM. It was quite frustrating to wait over an hour while observing other tables around us receiving their food much faster. Moreover, there was a 15-minute gap between the pizza and the pasta being served, which meant we couldn't enjoy our meal together. When the food finally arrived, the quality was not up to standard: • Spaghetti "Alla Siracusana" (€15): The pasta was severely undercooked (far beyond al dente) and extremely salty. Despite the menu explicitly listing anchovies, there were none on the plate. Instead, the dish just had a heavy, unbalanced fishy smell without any other proper seasoning. • Pizza: The flavor profile had potential, but it was noticeably burnt. Large chunks of the crust were charred completely black (see attached photos), leaving a bitter taste. I'm giving 2 stars because the venue might have potential, but the kitchen's execution and the floor management need serious improvement. Would not return based on this visit. If you're short on time, I'm sure you won't waste this precious time here.

16/05/2026: Take a day off work; you'll need immense patience to get served at this restaurant. The pasta is excellent, but unfortunately, we didn't get any pizzas 🤷🏼‍♀️ go figure, it's supposed to be a pizzeria after all… We're still waiting for the appetizer we ordered. Our main course arrived an hour and a half after we ordered. It's quite an experience…

08/05/2026: The pizza at this "pizzeria" is simply dry dough with minimal toppings. The staff is disrespectful.

18/04/2026: Terrible quality. I ordered fried calzones of all kinds, and I didn't expect to find this after such a long time. Furthermore, the pizza was almost raw, anemic, and with toppings that seemed to be from horrible pizzas. I advise the restaurant to improve and not to judge this review negatively. Thank you.

The staff stands out for their exceptional expertise and their constant, warm assistance, making all guests feel welcomed and professionally supported. The food is delicious and commendable, perfectly complementing the villa's refined atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Valeria, whose presence was essential: she guided every phase of the event with discretion and attention, offering constant but never intrusive supervision. Her care truly made the difference.

24/02/2026: We booked through The Fork, which confirmed the reservation correctly, and when we arrived at the restaurant, they told us it was actually full and there was no room. Of course, the waiter who spoke to us was kind and apologized for not letting us know there was actually no room, but there were five of us with a three-year-old daughter, and this made us uncomfortable.

19/02/2026: A very beautiful and elegant venue, the food is truly delicious. You can taste the chef's passion in every dish. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
