15/02/2026: On Sunday 15th February, after a snowshoe hike on Mount Etna, we stopped at a restaurant in Fornazzo. We ate very well. The restaurant was well-furnished and the quality of the food was truly excellent. I recommend the strozzapreti with mushrooms and the pistachio tortellini prepared by them. The chef deserves 4/5 stars for the quality. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming.

05/01/2026: 1 star not so much for the food or the waiters but for the unprofessionalism of the management.. Italian Sunday evening unacceptable to charge double the cover charge with 2 cover charges because you pay for the event.. First of all it is not specified when you book.. In any case the wording on the receipt is unacceptable.. Because in my opinion the cover charge pays for the service.. Of the waiters who did not clear the table double... So I hope since you pay double for the cover charge, the employees are also paid as such on these days... 0 seriousness!!

18/12/2025: Truly delicious pizzeria! The ingredients are always high-quality, fresh, and flavorful; you can immediately taste the care and passion in every pizza. The dough is light and well-cooked, and the toppings are always generous and perfectly balanced. The staff is incredibly friendly: Paolo and Cettina, along with the rest of the staff, are welcoming and always smiling. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, ideal for an evening with friends or family. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

18/10/2025: I ordered two very simple family-sized pizzas, and they told me to wait an hour, giving me the exact time (it was Saturday). I called them twenty minutes before the agreed-upon time, and they confirmed they'd be there at that time. When I got there, they still had to make them, wasting my time even more. In the end, I waited almost two hours. The girl who took my order was rude and unfriendly; when I spoke to her, she didn't even pay attention to me. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either! A bad experience.

07/06/2025: The pizza is really good and well seasoned, a little less when you choose the buffalo mozzarella because it seems almost non-existent!! The dough is very digestible and the cooking is perfect, nothing to say. What I can't understand and it's already the third time and certainly the last because the prices rise considerably when you ask for home delivery, I recently ordered: Covaccino in erba €7.20 Pizza fuoco €6.60 Tot. 13.80 At home I paid €17.30 Is the difference of €3.50 the cost of home delivery? It doesn't seem to me that you came in a limousine!! It's not the first time and in any case I strongly recommend using the take-away option because the pizza is actually good

13/12/2025: I've had the chicken twice, but I'm only just finding the time to write a review... I have to say it's very good, including the delicious baked potatoes. It's under new management with very friendly staff. I have to try the pizzas, which look delicious. A word of advice for owners: renew your Google profile or flag and delete old reviews that don't do you justice and significantly lower your rating.

17/01/2026: Terrible experience. The lady taking reservations is rude and arrogant, and the pizzas arrived cold and tiny. The gluten-free pizza wasn't good! I don't recommend trying it, but rather, go to another pizzeria!

21/12/2025: This restaurant is located at the beginning of the famous Caltagirone steps, and has a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Service is prompt and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, especially the "La Scala" pasta, which we would have eaten again. The fries were hot and crispy, and the grilled meat was delicious. A great experience.

09/12/2025: We went for a company lunch! Everything was excellent! The place was welcoming and the set menu delicious! Italian appetizers (with special mention for the frittatina with peppers and caponata), two pasta dishes (one with walnut sauce and the other, the chef's signature, "la scala" with fennel and sausage), and dessert to finish! The service was impeccable, the staff were very kind and attentive! We will definitely visit you again! Thank you.

19/08/2025: I'd like to start by saying I'd been to this place twice before and it was great. Four of us arrived on a Monday evening around 10:30 PM and asked if we could sit down. They said yes, but with a less than welcoming expression. We sat outside, and throughout the entire dinner, we felt like we were being looked at askance. When it came time for the pizzas, we ordered two Campagnole and two Contadine. The two Contadine had very acidic, probably raw, tomatoes, while the two Campagnole were full of oil. The reason? They had baby artichokes in oil, which, moreover, shouldn't have been there: the pizza called for artichoke cream, not artichokes. We pointed this out to the cashier, but the response was, "Oh, I didn't know either," without any apology or explanation. I think it's fair to point out that if an ingredient is missing and needs to be replaced, all you have to do is let the customer know: maybe they would have chosen another pizza. A simple "I'm sorry for what happened" would have been enough to save the situation. A little respect and clarity towards the customer would be needed. Addition: even though I was polite, you responded in the usual rude way, as you know no other way (PS: we arrived at 10:30 PM, not 10:50 PM, and yes, it wasn't artichoke cream, but artichokes overflowing with oil). But we definitely won't be back, as if you were doing us a favor. Incredible, crazy things. Oh yes, I correct you, you can only dream of such kind and polite customers, but perhaps you're used to the opposite ;)

22/02/2026: If you're passing through Cerda, a stop at 120 Street is a must. We ate divinely: the artichoke dishes are the centerpiece of the menu and are prepared with rare mastery, showcasing every nuance of this typical local product. ​The real surprise was the pizza: it's not often you find such a specialized restaurant that also makes such a good, light, and flavorful pizza. ​The atmosphere is made even more pleasant by the truly engaging and professional staff and the management: the owners are exquisite and friendly people, capable of making you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer. Quality, passion, and a warm welcome. Five well-deserved stars!
