19/10/2025: I had to stop by by chance. The place is definitely not touristy (I understood from the local views). But the atmosphere is really nice, the food is good :)
13/09/2025: I was drawn in by the reviews, but... No kidding! The place is very old, very dirty, perhaps not renovated in 40 years, with terrible decor. The bathroom is shameful, all broken and dirty. I can't even imagine the food.
The prices are low, but the food isn't up to par. The only decent thing is the pizza.
We ordered a kind of tagliata served 1980s-style with a balsamic vinegar glaze in a zigzag pattern. It was old, tasteless, and stringy, and cost 14 euros! The mixed grill was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
I'm sorry, places like this should just close down in 2025.

08/03/2026: Nice place and friendly staff. Thin, crispy pizza, with no crust. Worth a try when in the area. Edit: After 7 months, the ingredients on top of the dough have shrunk, and the parmesan cheese didn't taste like parmesan to me.
21/11/2025: A well-maintained venue, well-optimized air conditioning, and a pleasant atmosphere, reminiscent of a mountain cabin. Good food, friendly and attentive staff (66cl beer served in a chilled bucket), and fair prices.

15/11/2025: The calamari stuffed with onions and Malvasia wine is one of the best dishes I've ever tasted! The caponata was superb, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was relaxed.
10/11/2025: Another night, on our road trip around Sicily, we were looking for a place to eat that was away from the typical tourist traps. We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance, and it was a real find. We took the owner's advice (which is exactly what we visitors should do), a woman who exuded great enthusiasm and love for cooking. I have to say, we had a fantastic dinner. We were also very grateful for Cintia's attention, her help with the language, and for allowing us to relax and chat in Spanish for a while. A truly lovely moment. If we ever return to Sicily, this will definitely be a stop on our list.

11/10/2025: Ordering two takeout pizzas on a Saturday evening in the center of Sciacca meant I'd have to wait a long time outside the pizzeria, and I was prepared for it. Despite the long waiting list, the very kind lady at the counter and the pizza chef worked wonders, and after a quarter of an hour I was happily rushing home, accompanied by the aroma wafting from the boxes. The pizzas were truly delicious, well-cooked, with a soft and flavorful crust, rich in tomato and mozzarella. I hope to repeat the experience before the end of this Sicilian vacation, so I can cherish the memory of an excellent pizza until the next time.

I'm a pizza lover and that place fulfills everything I wanted. Sitting at the park, honest house wine and more than honest pizza.

30/09/2025: Focaccia costs 7, prices are average, and the location is beautiful, being close to the sea and with a space for walking. What I'm not happy with is the excessive crowds and the barely adequate service.

I recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipari. 23/10/2025: Lovely harbour restaurant. Best pizza we had on the island. Chef owner recommended a delicious dessert. No photos as all in tummy. V satisfied.

02/12/2025: I wanted to try it more than once to see if it was an isolated incident. The tomato on the focaccia was completely sour (happened several times) and there was almost no mozzarella/cheese (just a hint). Plus, the place was cold.
It's a shame because the place is nice, but under these conditions, we won't be coming back.
27/09/2025: Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted unwelcome by a lady who, when we requested a table we'd previously reserved over the phone, exclaimed, "I don't have a table, wait there!" (all in Sicilian). Once we secured a table, the quality of service improved. We ordered a simple mixed fried dish and the traditional focaccia, which was very good. One downside was the large number of animals, given that we were sitting in the outdoor area.

24/12/2025: Delicious food and service. The owner and staff are attentive and incredibly friendly. Today there was a variety of antipasti, delicious fish, and to finish, lots of desserts, each accompanied by a little story. Tomorrow I'll be back for pizza when the wood-fired oven is lit. Highly recommended!

28/12/2025: Terrible experience. The pizza was poor quality, undercooked, and flavorless. The ingredients seemed anything but fresh, and the wait was incredibly long. The inattentive and disorganized service made things even worse. The atmosphere was shabby. Definitely a pizzeria to avoid.

20/08/2025: I always come here for focaccia. The focaccia is very good, and the staff is kind and friendly. It's a shame the place isn't the best looking. Overall, it's good, I recommend it, and I'll be back.
17/08/2025: The focaccia was good, but it would have been better if it were hotter. The wait was long, so it's best to order the focaccia. The pitone, which just came out, was very good.
