19/07/2026: Truly fantastic! I had an Aperipizza and was pleasantly surprised by everything. The Negroni was without a doubt the best I've ever had: intense, perfectly balanced, and with an extraordinary orange aroma that makes it truly special. The pistachio pizzolo was simply exceptional: soft, creamy, and made with quality ingredients. Every bite confirmed the care and passion they put into their cooking. A special thanks to the owners, Fabio and Sara: two fantastic people, incredibly friendly, kind, and incredibly welcoming. They made us feel at home and even let us try some off-menu specialties, a gesture that shows how much they care about their customers. If you're looking for a place to eat well, drink excellent cocktails, and spend an evening in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, this place is a must. I'll definitely be back!

29/07/2026: We had a lovely evening at Ristorante Roma. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a selection of starters, tuna tartare, pasta, pizza and a dessert. It was definitely worth the visit.

04/08/2026: It's been eight years since I published the first review of this lovely pizzeria. During this time, the quality of the dough made with ancient grains (like Tumminia), which are particularly sensitive to temperature and humidity, has been consolidated. Massimo has learned to tame these conditions, giving us extraordinarily digestible pizzas. For the rest, you can read the other reviews, as the wide selection of pizzas offered is truly satisfying, given that the ingredients are always top-quality. In short, Massimo, Rosalba, thank you, and may the flour be with you, and the tomato, mozzarella, and everything else, we'll eat.

09/08/2026: I waited a long time, but it was worth it. I really enjoyed sitting there, and the food and Aperol were delicious. Between 6 and 8:30 pm, you should expect to wait at least 20-40 minutes.

23/11/2025: We stayed in Giardini Naxos for 6 nights and ate here twice. I wish we had eaten here more. Fabulous food. Pastas & pizzas. Wonderful service and they went out of their way to cater to my fussy teenager. Such reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

03/07/2026: Wow, for a perfect Sicilian dinner, go here. Near the beautiful village of Santa Lucia del Mela (a must-see). A group dinner with delicious and generous portions. Everything is excellent, a wonderful discovery, and you'll finish your meal very late. Take your time to savor everything that's offered.

04/04/2026: After a long journey to the island, we had the pleasure of discovering this little restaurant. The place is informal yet well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food was excellent: among the many dishes served, special praise, and compliments to the chef, goes to the prawns, swordfish parmigiana, and fried fish—truly impeccable. A special mention also goes to the owners: kind, friendly, and just the right amount of attention. After six hours of cycling, a smile and a laugh make all the difference.

24/04/2026: We were on a road trip in Sicily and had dinner here. We had the best pizza of our entire vacation! We highly recommend this restaurant, whether you're craving pizza or a classic Italian meal with pasta and meat or fish. The service was very friendly, and you can speak Italian or English. We were even treated to a complimentary limoncello at the end. The restaurant is located right on the beach. Parking is easy and plentiful, and the location is perfect for a stroll along the shore.

17/07/2026: I often order pizza delivery here for myself and my friends. So far, we've only tried it this way, but I plan to try it out for myself as soon as possible. The pizzas are excellent, with a good quality/price ratio and certainly much more competitive than elsewhere. The order management and fulfillment are excellent: the pizzas are always on time, and deliveries are handled in an organized manner. The proprietary app is an added bonus that no other restaurant has. Not only does it allow you to quickly view the menu anywhere, but it also allows you to order, making the delivery process infinitely faster. We'll be going there soon, so I'll update this review as well. 🍕

28/06/2026: I go to this pizzeria very often, I've always had a good experience, but after the last experience, I'll never go there again. I got takeout pizza and IT WAS DISGUSTING. We all felt sick for a whole day with intestinal problems. It was a terrible experience. It was like I had food poisoning, and there's no excuse for it being a virus because five of us ate their pizza for dinner, and all five of us had the same symptoms that night. (The review I wrote this afternoon was a typo. Instead of writing "one day," I wrote "3," but the terrible experience has remained. We're still sick now.)
