20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

06/11/2025: Exquisite seafood and fish in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The chef cooks at a true Michelin level, but the place feels welcoming and unpretentious, just perfect. The service is outstanding. Chokri not only knows everything about Sicilian food and wine, but also about local sea life and freediving. He shared some amazing tips about freediving spots and techniques in Sicily, and it was such a pleasure to talk with him. He is knowledgeable, charming, and genuinely passionate. One of the most amazing dishes were a delicious ravioli with red prawns and another one with grouper, both beautifully paired with a crisp Catarratto. Le 7 Spezie was an unforgettable experience, refined yet full of warmth and authenticity.

02/11/2025: To say that the food at this restaurant is good is an understatement. The food here is superb. The owner, Santo, is a wonderful person with unique hospitality. It's like dining at a friend's house. Among the many dishes, I tried a tongue that I don't think I've ever tasted so good. The appetizers were excellent, the ravioli with pork sauce were incredible, the sausage and the desserts were sublime, the house wine spectacular. And finally, the bill was €59 in total. I asked if I hadn't made a mistake. This place is a true experience. If you happen to pass through Palazzolo, definitely stop by. Roberto

It's a shame that a business should stand out for its courtesy, kindness, and customer service, and those are certainly not your qualities. Try changing whoever answers the phone, because politeness isn't really their thing. Deeply disappointed.

14/12/2025: Very good pizza. Well cooked in the center and with a nice crispy crust. Classic or multigrain dough, both light and very digestible, without feeling heavy. Very original variations, carefully crafted and balanced for a flavor that will amaze you.

30/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria in Acireale, in a very charming and welcoming atmosphere. An indoor dining room seating about 30 people, and a very large and well-maintained outdoor space perfect for the summer. Top-quality ingredients, carefully selected and beautifully presented. We ordered a Vulcanica with a drizzle of chili pepper, a Bronte with pistachios, and a Capricciosa with porcini mushroom cream, and they were all delicious. The desserts were also delicious. The prices are reasonable. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.

24/11/2025: I ate the pizza, the dough was good but the crust was high and the center was too thin. In fact, it was already ruined when it arrived at the table, and it was burnt and charred in many areas.

07/11/2025: I celebrated my 18th birthday at Villa Mirador, and I'd like to share my experience. I chose Sala Roberta for my special day, a room that was impeccable to say the least. The decor, by Orazio Patanè, was also impeccable, and the dishes were perfect and delicious. Special mention goes to one of the owners, Mr. Michele was very helpful throughout the entire preparations, yet the evening was almost completely ruined by terrible entertainment. In fact, the evening could have easily ended at 11:00 if it hadn't been for me, who had planned everything down to the smallest detail. There wasn't even time to clear one dish before another arrived immediately afterward. When I asked both the maître d' and the entertainment staff to slow down, they completely ignored me. In fact, dinner started at 9:40 and ended at 11:00 (a dinner consisting of a buffet, appetizer, two first courses, and one second course). By 11:00, we had already reached or was close to the cake. I would like to point out that even before the birthday party began, I had told the entertainment staff and a gentleman in the dining room that I didn't want the birthday party to go by quickly, yet my request was not granted. I'd like to focus on the entertainment, which, as far as I'm concerned, is a total waste of money. In fact, the first complaint came as soon as I entered the room. A dear friend of mine gave the USB stick with the video to the DJ and the entertainer, and they immediately started systematically complaining about the length of the latter (25 minutes). Subsequently, the discontent continued. In fact, when I asked to slow down, they replied, "Oh, we can't stay here all night," at 10:30. Furthermore, the entertainer wasn't at all involved. I asked for dances from groups of their choice, and the entertainer didn't even bother to show us the dances, assuming we knew them. I don't think this is professional entertainment, or at least at no other 18th birthday party I've been to has it ever been done as ineffectively as at mine. I believe that customers deserve better treatment, since these are all events that I, like all of us, have been waiting for for years or months and the fact that the latter should be ruined by unprofessional people is certainly not ideal, in fact, for the whole evening I felt as if they wanted to send me away, I am sorry to write this review because, as already said, Mr. Michele, the room, the chef etc. were excellent and impeccable in everything, I hope that they can soon improve this aspect as all the others are taken care of down to the smallest details.
