06/10/2025: We were impressed by a video on YouTube...but weren't that impressed 😞 The pizza looks good, is crispy, but unfortunately, it's incredibly salty!!!!! And that wasn't because of the anchovies! Glasses are also in short supply; they only have plastic cups!

31/08/2025: The best pizza!! Finally, after 10 days in Italy, great pizza! Takeout, so you don't pay extra. But there are tables outside if you want to sit down. The taste is amazing and the view of the sea is amazing. Right on Via Roma - brilliant!

06/10/2025: We were strolling through the charming streets of Taormina when we came across a lovely little spot adorned with flowers. The menu caught our eye, so we decided to step in — and luckily, a table was available right away. We ordered the tagliatelle with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, fresh chili, and pistachio, as well as the trofie pasta with pistachio, almond, and shrimp. Both dishes were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff warm and welcoming, and to top it off, we were treated to a complimentary shot of almond wine at the end.

06/10/2025: Amazing truffle pasta 10/10 and great atmosphere sat outside - you catch all the guys walking up and down playing live music. Loved it.

14/09/2025: After a nighttime bike ride, I decided to get a takeout pizza. I was greeted by a kind and helpful waitress, the pizza chef was also very friendly, and finally, at the cash register, a man (perhaps the owner) made me pay and told me to sit at a table while I waited for my takeout pizza. Finally, once I got home, I ate my pizza. It was exceptional, excellent, with excellent ingredients and a light, digestible dough made with top-quality ingredients!!! I'll be back!!!

07/09/2025: We ate until we bursted, and everything we ordered was excellent. The location was very rustic, the food was typically Sicilian, and a hat's off to the sweet and sour rabbit, which was truly spectacular. As always, I'd like to compliment the very organized and kind staff in the dining room.

20/09/2025: ★☆☆☆☆ Stay away! My experience at La Napoletana was extremely disappointing. During my lunch there, I forgot my daughter’s thermos on the table. I was the last customer at that time, so I expected the staff to either collect it or keep it safe. However, when I returned one our later to retrieve it, allegedly no one knew anything about it, and even after several e-mail follow-ups, they showed no willingness to check the cameras or genuinely try to resolve the issue. Consider this a warning: your belongings are not safe here. If you leave something on the table, you will most likely never see it again. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

03/09/2025: I was there yesterday, September 2nd, and immediately made friends with the pizza chef, an artist of 20 years, who makes incredible, even imaginative, pizzas. The pizzas are truly fantastic, even the cassatella. I recommend it to everyone. It's a shame we live an hour away, so I think it'll be hard to go back. Anyway, thank you, and go there; they're waiting for you with a smile. :)

23/09/2025: my restaurant to go, high on my list. Very populair make a reservation! Simpel and very tastefull menu's, i love the bruchetta's en pesce spada, even the pizza's are very good and not expensive. I visit the restaurant when i am in Marsala where my sailing boat lays.

30/09/2025: We ate pizza there several times. I always had the vegetarian pizza without cheese because it's vegan, and it was by far the best, with delicious sauce and lots of vegetables. Overall, it was always great; the service was very friendly and attentive, and the food was super delicious and absolutely affordable. We'll miss it!

27/09/2025: When you see a restaurant that serves pizza, kebab and everything in between, I should have trusted my instincts and stayed away. Yes, the waiter was friendly as mentioned in other reviews. He just missed one of our orders completely (a pizza). I have been in Italy for the past 30 yrs and you can always get something nice anywhere. This was the 1st time that we had something terrible. The salad was just letters with tomato thrown in with mozzarella - no dressing. The fried mozzarella cheese was probably frozen instead of homemade. The pizza never came and we just paid and left. If you are just looking for bite, the paste chain Busiate was much better.
