22/08/2026: The pizza may be good. But when it comes to takeout, lose hope, you who enter. Waiting an hour for a pizza is simply absurd. Orders get mixed up and the lady at the cash register gets confused easily. If the place is full, don't say yes to takeout.

30/06/2026: Welcoming, excellent pizzas, and very friendly staff. The place is quiet, almost family-friendly, and that's a big plus.

04/07/2026: Santa Tecla, Acireale, CT. Via Argenta, 110. We had two pizzas, both delicious and enjoyable, but not unforgettable. The wait was a bit long, but the splendid terrace overlooking the sea more than made our patience worthwhile. The staff is courteous, although a little more attention would have made our evening even better.

21/12/2025: An experience to forget. After over an hour of waiting, I was served a completely charred pizza. When I asked to remake it, the staff tried to discourage me by saying that the wait would be incredibly long (despite their mistake and the already long wait). The climax came when another person at my table found a piece of plastic in her pizza: they immediately offered to replace it without a fuss. Only after this second incident, and after the rest of the table pointed out the obvious disparity in treatment, did they come back to me and offer to remake it. Too bad that in the meantime, so as not to have to watch the others eat, I had already started consuming the little that wasn't burned. I felt deeply mocked: first the refusal masked by the long wait, then the belated attempt to make amends just to keep up appearances. Paying for a subpar product and such disorganized service is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

08/10/2025: We went to Tre Archi to celebrate a birthday. I had an excellent Sicilian appetizer, accompanied by an excellent pizza. We'll definitely be back...

30/01/2026: I was there yesterday. The pizza was excellent like few others in the area. You can tell by the look of it, the care that goes into its preparation. The dough was really good. I highly recommend trying this place. Make a reservation!

10/08/2026: Very good pizza, typical Sicilian, well-topped, but with a restaurant that's not even full, you can't make a table wait almost an hour and a half after ordering to have pizzas delivered because you let the takeout pizzas go first. That's extremely annoying.

The product is only traditional focaccia, pizzas, and main courses. The staff management, however, remains unclear, without even considering the dishes or the staff's professionalism. I think when you think you're getting to the top, where you're sure the tables are full every day and everyone's orders were placed days before, the customer represents your growth, and that's why you have to treat them a certain way. One day the waves can change direction. Be kind, practice kindness, and you'll certainly have better results in the long run.

26/08/2025: The place is really cute; in the summer, tables are set up outside in a quaint courtyard, surrounded by greenery and lit by pretty strings of fairy lights. It's a real shame about the waitress's "welcome"; as soon as we were seated, she asked us all to choose the same dish "because we only have four burners." When I replied, citing our different needs (one person is vegetarian and the other doesn't eat fish), she replied with an annoyed expression, "Do as you wish, I warned you. Don't complain if you eat separately afterwards."... is this a restaurant or not? 🤣 We ordered two grilled fish and two identical first courses anyway, to make things easier for the kitchen; the other diners chose two other first courses (including vegetarian busiate pasta with basil cream) and a grilled meat. The other waiters were kind and professional, and the wait for our dishes wasn't long. The first courses are good and tasty, the grilled fish is lightly seared (the squid and shrimp are almost raw, so if you don't like it, let us know in advance). The prices are a bit high compared to the local average.

25/04/2026: Nunziata, Mascali, CT. Via Piedimonte, 8. Besides the excellent pizzas, the fresh fish stands out (try the pepata and the bavette ai confini del mare). The owner is very attentive, even for gluten-free needs. The place is small, cozy, and perfect for any occasion. Very popular: reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Takeout and delivery are also available.

26/08/2026: An experience to be quickly forgotten. We stumbled upon this pizzeria out of hunger, but we would have definitely preferred to stay hungry. We ordered three pizzas, receiving one disappointment after another. The bufalina pizza was an insult to tradition: no trace of authentic buffalo mozzarella, replaced by a watery discount-store cheese, topped with four raw cherry tomatoes thrown haphazardly in the center, and an oversized crust that minimized the surface area of ​​the actual pizza. The diavola pizza fared no better: overly salty, with olives served with their pits still on, which nearly broke my tooth, and a spicy salami that was absolutely not spicy, also drowned in an oversized and devoid of substance crust. The only positive note came from the Nutella pizza, the only one to save itself, but only because the spreadable cream certainly wasn't the kitchen's fault, which simply spread it over a mediocre dough. To complete the picture, the explicit request to cut the pizzas, repeated twice and completely ignored by the staff, forcing us to figure out how to break them by hand outside the restaurant without any proper tools. The final bill of twenty-one euros and fifty cents for this cardboard box disguised as a pizza is a slap in the face of decency. Terrible quality, inexistent service, and an experience to be categorically avoided. I'd rather go hungry for life than set foot in here again.

26/08/2026: Last night we had dinner at Palangaru, a place I've dined at in the past. I've always had fish, which is very good and fresh. But this time, after a few fish-based lunches and dinners, we opted for pizza. Unfortunately, it was completely disappointing. I'm not criticizing them harshly, but rather suggesting they improve, given the lovely location and the very friendly staff. However, you can't serve a pizza that's worse than a frozen one. Don't argue with me about subjective tastes, because it's obvious when a product is mediocre. The mortadella was absolutely rubbery, and the burrata crumbled when cut, with a terrible flavor. They definitely need improvement!
