If you want a simple and delicious Trapani-style pizza, go to Stéphy's. The dough is airy and easy to digest, the mozzarella is excellent, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Whether you order a small or large, the price is reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Excellent pizzas. But relegated to a room that seems to be used for storage, everything is piled up there, a waitress shamelessly pushes you to order without any friendliness, and plastic cups are used. Everything is done to bring the chef's performance down to the bottom of the scale. Dinner is about food and atmosphere. For the food, 20/20; for the atmosphere, 5/20.

We went for pizza with friends the other night, and it was a real surprise. The pizza was really good, well-seasoned and well-leavened, and the service was attentive and fast. I highly recommend it.

11/06/2026: The atmosphere was super nice, relaxing and the waiters were super attentive.. Everything was fresh and tasty however I believe that tuna was a bit flat in the dish of pasta. My friend tried the risotto with prawns and absolutely loved it!I would recommend it for sure!!

31/05/2026: Good food, friendly and helpful service, nice atmosphere for winter/summer and the large parking lot is a plus.
25/05/2026: If you're on a trip to Gibellina or Burri's Grande Cretto, I recommend this restaurant in Santa Ninfa for lunch on your way back. Delicious, spotlessly clean, and perfect. All the first courses are worth trying, but trust me, ask the wait staff; they'll be able to give you great recommendations. Being a family-run restaurant, it's really the family members who will guide you! They immediately brought me a fantastic seared primo sale! Then I had the busiate with pork stew, which was also recommended... truly amazing!
