Sono stata ieri sera in questo posticino delizioso..devo dire molto bello, per quanto riguarda il cibo, tutto ottino, si vede la qualità degli ingredienti..ci ritornerò assolutamente..

We decide to try this place in Casamassima on a Saturday with a couple of friends, a nice place, very nice and clean even the toilets. A right variety of products to choose from their menu in both digital and paper format. We opt to all order pizzas, (including children and teenagers) waiting time just to be Saturday at 9pm, nothing to say. However, the place is pleasant and it didn't take long to wait. All the pizzas were very good, light dough and well cooked, maybe I wouldn't propose a frankfurter and chips pizza if I don't have a fryer available because the chips have to be cooked in the oven and not optimal for that type of pizza (in fact the child doesn't use them appreciated at all), apart from this, the unpleasant episode that I would like to underline is the following: I found on my pizza (a peasant one) a piece of hard ricotta with mold on it, a clear sign of an old or unpreserved product correctly!!!!! Pointing this out to the waiter serving our table, he promptly asked me if I wanted another pizza, but honestly I refused because throwing it away would be an incredible waste of food and I couldn't accept it, but I clarified the concept that it really was a serious inattention and to draw the attention of the workers and the owner, I didn't like the response given by the waiter at that point, because he told me that he couldn't intervene during the service as they might get nervous..... . Very perplexed by the answer I was given, I decide to overlook it and maybe wait for something to happen (the owner's intervention or an apology would have been appreciated) but none of this happened. This left me very disappointed, it is not the right attention that should be given to customers, an accident can happen, but you also need to know how to fix it..... However, I don't feel like giving a rating that would damage the place, because we had a good time and we liked the pizza (a piece of moldy hard ricotta aside). I expect an apology post Thank you

Tonight there was a problem with the pizzas that were delivered to my home but the matter was resolved with extreme kindness and speed by the manager! So, in addition to confirming the fantastic pizzas, I add the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff!

Dopo diversi anni, ieri sera siamo tornati a cenare qui. La pizza e’ buona, digeribile e ben condita, ma non vi aspettate il bordo croccante. Sotto e’ pulita, senza le solite macchie di carbone che si trovano altrove. Bravo l’addetto al forno quindi che riesce a tenerlo pulito. La varieta’ del menu’ tra classiche bianche e speciali e’ notevole, come pure antipasti e qualche primo…unica nota dolente: se ordinate le terrine , che siano patate o altro, sono veramente di quantità scarsa rispetto al loro costo. Ecco, questo e’ decisamente negativo; 4,50€ per una manciata scarsa di dadini di patate al forno e’ ridicolo..come pure le bevande. Davvero too much. Buoni i dolci. Se devo pensare di ritornarci ecco..non penso. Continuo a preferire altro.
