I'm not from Modugno, but out of necessity, I've been going there a couple of nights every year—for the past three years—with family and friends. I recommend it for anyone with gluten intolerance. The pizza is excellent. Seeing the diners' dishes and hearing their satisfaction is a pleasure to return. This year, it has once again proven to be up to par. The food is plentiful. The waiters and owner are very helpful and cater to everyone's needs.

I know Barbara because she also had a pizzeria in Palo del Colle, so we decided to visit her here in Modugno at her historic pizzeria. The atmosphere is very beautiful and, above all, clean. She's always kind and helpful. The pizza is delicious, and the fried foods are light and crispy. High-quality products at competitive prices. I recommend everyone to stop by.

12/12/2025: Lunch at of my favorite restaurants in Gravina, Osteria Radici, built into a cave on the road to the ravine and the aqueduct bridge Their focus is on traditional Gravinese food made with local ingredients. We started with their fried zucchini with mint and the bruschetta with a peperoni preserve and pallone di Gravina cheese. For mains, we had the spicy assassins’s pasta and the braciole di cavallo, along with wine from Radici’s vineyard (a blend of Primitivo, Nero di Troia, and Montepulciano). For dessert, sporcamuss, crispy puff pastry filled with custard. Service is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully appointed, especially during the holidays! A wonderful “last supper” on our Pugliese tour!
07/12/2025: Lunch for a baptism. The waiters were very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.
