It is certainly worth a visit, for quality, taste, assortment and last but not least passion for one's work. Honor to the merit and professionalism of Angelo the owner. 03/04/2024: this place offers a menu full of special and tasty dishes that go far beyond pizzas, prepared in the typical Murgia tradition, but reinterpreted with a Pop twist by Michele the pizza maker. Gin in this pizzeria challenges one of the most beloved pairings at the table, pizza and beer. Unlike beer, it would indeed seem that Gin tends not to ferment especially when in combo with pizza. I savored some of the dishes on the menu while munching on his proposed gin, Aqua Luce, which I can confirm, made my stomach more prone to digestion. The secret of the more than 40 pizzas you can taste here lies in the temperature-controlled natural maturation technique that ensures a dough prepared in the traditional way, guaranteeing high digestibility without compromising taste. Reason why if you are looking for a highly digestible pizza that leaves you satisfied without weighing you down my suggestion is to try it as soon as you come to these parts. Stellar appetizer not to be missed Buffalo mozzarella wrapped in soft mortadella, breaded and gently fried in Panco along with egg and flour. All served on a bed of cream of zucchini, enriched with a chili bell pepper jam. The next course the "Palino," a pizza alla pala with sautéed vegetable cardoncelli with wild fennel, fior di latte, grana cheese coming out cooked pancetta and yellow datterino, fried Altamura bread crumbs, smelled of Murgia with a crispy aftertaste of the dough wonderfully flavored by the crumb. At plate number three, I reached my personal apotheosis of pleasure. "Fresh tuna cut into carpaccio, fried artichokes and homemade mayonnaise with Murgia herbs (marjoram thyme sage rosemary) served with strictly homemade bread made with cereal flour." The thick, full-bodied mayonnaise with its delicate taste and creaminess perfectly enveloped the tuna carpaccio, which was so fresh that it melted in your mouth and you wanted to eat it endlessly. The next course, with its bold, bold taste, transported me to the heart of Lucania. this pizza is a stroke of genius: stracciatella, the 'nduja, pezzente sausage and a crispy Crusco bell pepper breadcrumbs. It cannot be explained but tasted, especially if you have never in your life encountered the flavor of peperone Crusco or if you know it and are certain you can't live without it. Try it I recommend making a reservation, it is always full, from Tuesday start calling to secure your place at the table.

16/03/2024: I can only make a comparison with other Neapolitan type pizzerias. The Service was fast and professional, nothing to complain about. The spaces are a little cramped. The pizza compared to others of the same type, is good ok, but nothing exceptional, perhaps I had a little too high expectations. 4 out of 5 of us didn't digest well at night. Very good beer at a reasonable price. In general the cost of the pizza is average with its competitors, the cover charge and the cost of beer are very good.

27/03/2024: I recently went to Pizzeria Ciao Ciao in Mesagne and I must say that it was a real discovery. The place is welcoming and modern, the staff friendly and helpful. But the real star is the pizza! The mixture is light and fragrant, perfectly digestible. The condiments are high quality and very fresh. I tried the "Ciao Ciao" pizza and it was really delicious. But the real surprise was the "round" of meatballs. It is a series of fried meatballs of different varieties, all prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The meatballs are really delicious and one leads to another. I highly recommend Pizzeria Ciao Ciao to all lovers of pizza and good food. You won't be disappointed!

11/05/2024: We spent a week in Torre Canne and ate here every evening. The fish carpaccio and tuna tartare are my favorites for starters. The noodle dishes are all delicious. At Secondo Piatto I love the fish dishes or seafood. The desserts are all very tasty. When it came to wine, we trusted the recommendation. That always worked wonderfully! The atmosphere in the restaurant is very friendly. We always felt very comfortable!

25/03/2024: Invited by friends, I sit at the table in a decidedly narrow room. Despite everything, after an initial moment of discomfort, I appreciate a family atmosphere and the service staff makes me immediately feel like I'm at a family dinner. The mixed frittini at the start are excellent and the sautéed wild chicory is equally good. Noteworthy are the pieces of horse meat in sauce served in a bread crust that envelops the crock. I was then able to taste a slice of pizza with porcini mushrooms and bresaola: although the filling was really abundant, the seasoning was very limited!!! Digested everything. Compliments
