01/06/2025: For us, one of the best pizzerias in Ceglie. Beautiful ambiance in the vaulted cellar of an old olive oil mill. Outdoor seating is also available in the summer. Friendly and attentive service, and an interesting selection of different doughs.

09/06/2025: We ordered 2 pizzas and a bottle of water. The service was great and we were treated pretty well, especially when we asked for money to be moved from a table because some customers were smoking. It would probably be a good idea to add some more staff because we called the girl who took orders 3 times and 3 times she told us to wait and then didn't come, I understand very well that given the amount of people there it's not easy to keep up with everyone. Therefore, adding some staff would improve the service. The food was great and the wait was average, I still feel like recommending the place, at least for the pizzas.

09/06/2025: We’re spending a week in Lecce and have already been to Rustica twice — it’s that good. The food is absolutely amazing, full of bold, rustic flavors that somehow feel both homely and refined. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, but the mountains (yes, the mountains!) are something else! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. A special mention must go to Julia, whose cheeky smile and warm energy added an extra sparkle to both our visits. She’s an absolute delight and made us feel so at home. We’ll definitely be back again before we leave. If you’re in Lecce, make sure Rustica is on your list.

11/06/2025: We sat for a family dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, quality and quantity of the food. We had salads and pizza each. As said already food was delicious and both size of salads and pizza were more than enough to satisfy us and even beyond :). Service was also great. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for delicious pizza.

Luogo piacevolissimo tra gli ulivi, atmosfera rilassante, servizio ottimo con camerieri veramente attenti, gentili e professionali. Complimenti ragazzi ! Cibo di qualità, carne eccellente ed anche la pizza “meritevole”. Lo consiglio vivamente.

09/06/2025: Deliziosa cena in mezzo alla pace di alberi d'ulivo. Personale molto attento e per la maggior parte decisamente apprezzabile. Naturale che ci sia sempre qualcuno che si distingue per carenza di empatia... Menù minimal, molto apprezzato perché spesso nel troppo ci si perde. Piatti curati, abbondanti e veramente molto, molto buoni.

03/06/2025: A quiet little restaurant near the provincial road but without being subjected to its noise. We were placed in a trullo, there were practically only us (5 of us). Very kind waiters, not invasive who, which is rare, explained, as they gave the dishes, what they were about. Excellent food, endless house appetizers and then upon arrival they gave us fried broad beans, olives, bread, taralli and focaccia and halfway through lunch a crudité that was good for 10 people, all "courtesy". Highly recommended.

21/06/2025: One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The dough is light and thin, tomatoes are fresh and full of taste, bufala mozzarella is delicious! Choose pizza bufala. For two pizzas and two beers we paid 21€

17/06/2025: The pizzas are very good, with a wide selection and a beautiful outdoor setting in a courtyard adorned with palm trees. The crust could be lighter but remains very airy and digestible.
