High-quality meats are available from the counter, still uncooked, with a wide variety of ingredients. Outdoor seating is provided within a beautiful brick enclosure. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high-end grill restaurant. The only downside is the higher price than the average grill restaurant in the area.

01/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. When we arrived, it took a while to ask where our table was because the place was packed. We chose to sit on the outdoor veranda because the weather permitted. As soon as we were seated, we were served by an elegant and polite waiter, who brought us bread and water, while our order was taken by someone else. We ordered an appetizer and two first courses and decided to wait until later to choose the second course. The appetizer arrived in a timely manner, good but sparse, considering the price. After that, we were no longer considered; we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for two first courses, which cost €16 each. I'm not a complaining customer, but all the tables outside (which arrived after us and were much larger) ate well before us. The waiter, sensing our disappointment, came over after an hour and said we'd have to wait a few more minutes, but another 20 minutes passed. The two entrees were cold and not worth the expense. We ate and left. We were charged the full bill and asked if we wanted a limoncello, but after two and a half hours of waiting, we just wanted to leave. A bad experience.

13/12/2025: A truly positive experience. The freshest fish, cooked to perfection. The homemade desserts are also highly recommended. In winter, the warm atmosphere creates a Christmassy atmosphere. In spring and summer, the terrace with its breathtaking views of the Gargano offers a romantic and evocative setting.

25/09/2025: Excellent pizza and delicious desserts prepared directly by their very friendly and knowledgeable staff who know how to recommend and, above all, are very quick to serve. The appetizer was also excellent; those meatballs were really good. The owner even offered us a amaro. An experience we absolutely will repeat.

I must say that our high expectations were met, as the Neapolitan dough was excellent. The selection is wide, and we'd love to return to try more. It's a great place to eat a good pizza.

13/01/2026: An institution! Located on one of Manfredonia's main streets, 'La Kambusa' offers high-quality products and consistently fast, courteous service. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and bright. A typical pizza by the slice, the menu also offers a wide selection: pizza by the plate and pan pizza with light, easily digestible dough and top-quality toppings, delicious French fries and baked potatoes, an assortment of fried and baked appetizers (I highly recommend their fried panzerotto with tomato and mozzarella), and even filled sandwiches. The pizzeria also offers fast home delivery through the Moovengo platform. Highly recommended!

06/01/2026: The pizza was disappointing, chewy and poorly topped. The mozzarella on both my partner's and mine was undercooked and lacked stringiness; it seemed to have been added after cooking. They had asked for well-done pizzas, but the opposite happened: they were tasteless. Choose another pizzeria.

10/02/2026: I've become a regular at Baresana, and they never disappoint. It's one of those rare places where you feel welcomed with a smile from the first to the last minute: the owner and the staff are incredibly kind, always on point even when the place is packed. What to order? Well, if you want to truly enjoy, go straight for the spaghetti all'assassina (perfectly crispy!) or the San Gionnedd, a true explosion of flavors. The pizza is excellent, the dough is incredibly light, but save room for the sweet and sour liqueurs, because they're a worthy conclusion to a perfect dinner. Five stars, well deserved! 30/11/2025: We highly recommend it for the cuts of meat, which are truly excellent and perfectly cooked. The pizzas and appetizers are also very good. In fact, some photos are recent, others are less so, as I want to reiterate my review and the fact that we enjoyed our stay at this pizzeria/grill. The prices are always reasonable, and the staff is always polite and prompt. The location is small but very well-kept.

24/11/2025: Service a bit slow. The meat was overcooked, and I wouldn't call it arrosticini. Price was over €30.00 per person.

22/02/2026: Absolutely fantastic pizza both gluten free and regular. The staff are so welcoming and thoughtful. We are visiting from Canada and this was the best pizza we have had! They even have gluten free beer. Bravo!!!!!!

03/01/2026: A welcoming, family atmosphere. The owners are attentive and friendly. We went for lunch at 3:00 PM, having just arrived in Vieste, and they welcomed us with a smile. The food was excellent and the portions generous, so much so that we were happy to return.
