26/07/2025: There are experiences that you never forget, and the one we had in this restaurant is undoubtedly one of them. Together with my family, we found ourselves immersed in an authentic, warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every detail seemed designed to make us feel at home... but with something more: respect for tradition, love for cooking and a professionalism that is rarely encountered. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by an impeccable staff: discreet, kind, present without ever being intrusive. A composure and care for the guest that struck us right away and that accompanied our entire stay, making it harmonious and relaxing. And then the food... how wonderful. Each dish told a story: that of their land, generous and full of authentic flavors. From the rich and fragrant appetizers, to the expertly prepared second courses, up to the desserts that left a smile on our lips... each bite was a little journey into this wonderful land rich in flavors and tradition. It is rare to find a place where the quality of the cuisine marries so well with the soul of the service and the beauty of the atmosphere. This restaurant gave us a precious moment, made of taste, human warmth and true tradition. We will return, without a doubt.

25/07/2025: Since it's impossible to give less than one star, I'm giving it one star. I've never received worse treatment. In Altamura, there are much, much, much better options.

27/07/2025: I'm not giving it a full 5 only because the portion of the fried fish, which is very good, is really small. Unlike the generous first courses. You must try the swordfish linguine and the gnocchi. Super!!! The cuisine is fresh and it shows!!!

20/07/2025: We discovered this little restaurant nestled in a charming village near Lecce, and it was wonderful! The warm welcome and impeccable service immediately put us at ease. The staff is not only attentive but also offers excellent advice on both the dishes and the local wines. The ingredients are impeccably fresh, prepared with passion and simplicity, as only Italian cuisine can. Each dish was a true delight, enhanced by the authentic and peaceful setting of the village. 08/08/2025: The ham they put on their pizza's is pure heaven. Carved right in front of you in the kitchen.

05/08/2025: Very good quality pizza. One of the best in town. Be careful, it's best to make a reservation or go there at opening time because of the long wait.

24/08/2025: Based on other reviews, I expected a 5-star experience, but it fell short. We made the reservation on time, and the dining room was beautiful, but we suffered a bit from the heat. Despite being only two people, after trying the excellent fritters (pupi), the wait for the pizzas was considerable (an hour), so the beer got warmer than it should have been. Furthermore, the sauce bowls served with the pupi arrived with smudged edges... I would improve the presentation to avoid even thinking they were already used. Perhaps additional single-serving sachets would be more welcome. Overall, the pizza was good, but far from my standards. Beyond what may be subjective tastes (thick/thick pizza, crispy/chewy), I can't help but criticize the toppings: both pizzas produced a lot of fiordilatte water in the center... one in particular was extremely salty due to the capocollo. Average quality/price ratio, lactose-free supplement €2, Neapolitan dough €1.

18/08/2025: Nice pizzeria in the center of Gioia del Colle, good pizza and a great selection on the menu. The only problem is that at the beginning of the evening, the Neapolitan dough isn't available because there's little demand. Either you don't order it, or it's not available at the end of the evening, not at 8:15 PM... and anyway, I find it hard to believe that in a pizzeria, authentic dough isn't appreciated.

30/04/2025: Giunti in Andria volevo fare assaggiare una buona pizza alla mia ragazza che viene da fuori, ci rechiamo in questa pizzeria e chiediamo un tavolo per due senza prenotazione, una donna probabilmente la titolare ci dice che avevano due opzioni o un tavolo vista cucina senza nessun tipo di protezioni (per la contaminazione di cibo) e un tavolo che bisognava liberare in un'ora. Optiamo per il tavolo da liberare entro un'ora, ordiniamo un antipasto e due pizze, il cameriere ci dice "vi metto una ciccio calda per accompagnare" e va via. All'arrivo del conto la ciccio che nessuno ha ordinato viene inserita. Dopo l'antipasto ancora con il boccone in bocca tolgono i piatti, mangiamo le pizze stessa situazione subito via i piatti e tempo zero arriva il conto. Nemmeno il tempo di usufruire dei servizi che ci dicono che dobbiamo liberare il tavolo. Da quando ci siamo seduti erano passati 30/40 minuti e non un' ora come concordato. Cibo ottimo ma servizio pessimo.

09/08/2025: We dined with a group and the service was fast. The pizza was good, and the desserts are by Tommasino. The drinks were delicious. The staff was friendly. You can also dine outside. I highly recommend it.

04/06/2025: Siamo stati ospiti presso questa bellissima pizzeria una domenica sera per gustare una pizza. Abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità del personale, l'ottima pizza che non avevamo mai assaggiato e che consigliamo vivamente perchè è veramente molto buona.. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

18/08/2025: More than a pizzeria, it's a wonderful place to meet and chat, obviously enjoying excellent food served with skill by the owner Donato (a great person) and his impeccable staff. The appetizers and obviously the gourmet pizzas are highly recommended.

27/08/2025: The restaurant is very well-kept, beautifully decorated, and the staff is very friendly and professional, ready to advise you on the dishes. The broad beans with chicory are very good. The orecchiette with turnip tops are superb. The lamb is delicious. Very secure parking. Well done.

The owner is friendly and helpful. Each dish is unique in its simplicity. You can feel the essence of Puglia. A big thank you to all the staff who made us feel like family.

30/08/2025: Delicious appetizers, homemade, authentic food. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained—a marvel. We stumbled upon it during a trip and were greeted and served with rare kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

05/08/2025: Very nice place with an exceptional wine list. Service isn't the most attentive, but I understand it's the height of summer. The cannoli was delicious, but the sorbet arrived runny and warm. Despite this, no one asked us why we'd all left it. Other than that, it's worth noting that the place is truly charming and tastefully decorated. The outdoor chairs are very comfortable, but the indoor ones, too high and uncomfortable, are a bad fit in my opinion.

31/07/2025: We went there twice during our vacation, and each time the food was of high quality, without being over the top. The ambiance is also very pleasant and harmonious. The waiters were rather reserved, but still friendly and attentive. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant! Top!

05/08/2025: A very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere! We had pizza for dinner, which was delicious to say the least! Very light dough. At the end, we enjoyed the desserts, which were equally excellent. We will definitely be back. They also offer free private parking.

03/08/2025: A home delivery order was cancelled five minutes before delivery, after having booked an hour in advance. When asked for the reason, they stated that there was an event at the restaurant that took priority over orders because they needed staff. The order had been selected for gluten-free food, and the cancellation caused significant inconvenience.

20/07/2025: We had a wonderful time at Ristorante Antichi Sapori in Torre Vado. The restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but once seated, you'll enjoy a friendly and authentic atmosphere that truly reflects the generous cuisine. The welcome was warm and the service very pleasant throughout the meal. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, perfectly complemented by the simple yet flavorful cuisine. We started with a lovely mixed appetizer platter and octopus carpaccio, accompanied by chilled Aperols, perfect for whetting the appetite. For the main course, the grilled calamari was tender and well-seasoned, and the light and crispy fried seafood was a real treat. All accompanied by a bottle of local rosé at a very reasonable price. A lovely, authentic spot, highly recommended if you're in the area!
